What Insiders Are Saying
The Plimoth in City Park is Denver's best date night restaurant.
Food was ok. Steak was salty. Appetizer and dessert was good. Server was overwhelmed when we arrived. Took over 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. Expected more from the food but the ambiance was nice
The Plimoth never disappoints. Definitely a top restaurant in Denver with the best staff!!
Cuisine was as expected having dined there on several occasions- exceptional.
We were dining at The Plimoth to celebrate our sons graduation from CSU. Our server was also a CSU graduate. Thank you for the warm service and the sparkling wine toast, it enhanced our visit. The Plimoth has become our go-to restaurant when our family wants to dine out. Your service on Monday ensured we will continue to dine with you whenever we can. Thank you!

Anniversary dinner. Portions were generous and quality was very high. Drinks were spendy $19 Hendricks Martini? Other than that it was amazing!
Great meal all around from cocktails to dessert. Relaxed setting. Attentive wait staff. Highly recommend this place!
Our dinners were excellent. The menu is different each time we visit and every meal we have has been wonderful. The wine pairing recommendations are very good. The service is among the best at any restaurant we have visited.
We enjoyed our dinner. Super great waitress!
We had an awesome experience. We booked a table at 5pm for the same evenung and they treated us like we were old friends. Impeccable service (thanks Mike!), great food, and the perfect ambiance.
Awesome service, great cocktail menu, nice use of seasonal ingredients, and the food is amazing! It is a little pricey but overall worth it. We'll definitely be back!
The chicken was the best!!!! Great service and excellent location if you are going to Museum of Nature and Science or others in the area.
We were more than delighted by the incredibly friendly staff who really set a high bar for the kind of service and interaction one truly wishes to see in a restaurant. They were as enjoyable as the food, which was superb. Can't say enough positive things about Plimoth.
We loved our experience at Plimoth! They did an incredible job at taking care of us, especially when I shared that I was gluten free! They made sure to give me my own menu that had what I could eat highlighted. Way to make a girl feel special!
Nice anniversary dinner. Since we were driving we had wine by the glass, always risky but the Malbec was very good. I had the fluke and my wife the rabbit, both are recommendable.
Service was superb! Dishes were delicious but a little on a pricey side, especially given the location of the restaurant. Their wine selection was quite impressive for such a small restaurant. I gravitate towards old world wines and they had some great choices of French and Italian wines. They also change their wines by the glass regularly including high end and rare wines.
I’ll definitely be returning. This my new date night spot.
The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh and incredible ingredients. Its a super cute neighborhood gem with a full bar and great wines. It's a casual spot, not inexpensive, but totally worth the money.
The food was excellent!!! All else great, too. Hadn’t been for a while and will now make it a regular.
Very disappointed in limited menu and prices. Our appetizer was great...our main dish...fair.
Food is excellent. Service mostly great, but wait for water and drinks was way too long
It's been around for 6 years..and it was our first time..Looking forward to our next meal there.....great menu...awesome food..and flavors...superb service..A neighborhood staple..
Always one of the best, most understated restaurant experiences in Denver.
Consistently awesome! :-) Great date night with a seasonal menu and strong cocktails with local ingredients.
We go to Plimoth often - it is our favorite restaurant. The food could not be better and the staff is outstanding. Special kudos to Mitch and Nora!
Katie is an excellent wait person. Presentation impressive, taste impressive. Highly recommend.
The entrance into the restaurant is a little awkward as people have to do a little “dance” around each other. We had a great server, Katie. Food was excellent! Would definitely go back!
A wonderful find. The type of "neighborhood" restaurant one might find in Manhattan or Chicago. A friendly, welcoming, somewhat cozy feel, with creative, elegantly presented seasonal fare from a diverse, regularly changing menu. We mostly certainly will return. Soon.
Our dinner at The Plimoth was wonderful. The food was amazing and we were still discussing our favorite parts the following day. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy, and the Plimoth was incredibly accommodating. When we were seated she was given the day's menu, but some items were crossed off entirely(no way around the dairy in these dishes) and other dishes had certain things crossed out with alternatives written in place. It was just a very thoughtful way for somebody that can have trouble dining out to begin a meal.
Again, we had a great time. The food, service and space are right among the top restaurants in Denver.
Food was delicious. Our server, Mitch, was terrific. A 100% positive experience.
Always good, interesting food there. Complimentary sparkly for engagement celebration. Waiter was very nice and knowledgeable—they were out of the wine we ordered and he suggested a substitute that turned out to be very nice. Will always be on our list when we return to visit our daughter.
Great vibe, intimate, love the flavor combinations, will definitely be back. John the bartender is a rockstar!
Excellent food and staff! Quaint neighborhood feel with 5 star eats.
Amazing as always!
Great as always! Warm welcoming staff and love the owner Pete.
A substantial wine list of all prices that compliments an imaginative menu.
We were from out of town, not "in the hood" as this is designed to be a neighborhood place. Our server Katie was astounding, and from cocktails all the way through entrees and main courses, this place did not fail to impress. I eat out often, as did the rest of the table, and we agreed, this is a 5 star on every count. The food was creative but very tasty. Sometimes those two don't go together. It is sort of a smaller dining space, I suppose a really noisy table could ruin it for the rest of the diners-not so in our case, but a noisy table of six would carry other everywhere. But if you like food and like it served in a very classic neighborhood restaurant bar set up as opposed to a slick "downtown" setting like many of Open Tables top restaurants.
a delicious dinner and delightful evening. We sat at the bar and tried dishes recommended by the bartender. Had a nice convo with another guest.
Creative, fresh food so flavorful!
Love the plimoth! Always our favorite place to go!
