OUTSTANDING...HADN'T BEEN IN LONG TIME BUT DEFINITELY GOING BACK SOON.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service excellent! Great spot!!!
Beautiful atmosphere. Striking view. Excellent food and service!
A great spot for a special occasion, or even if you just want quality food at a reasonable price. My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed. There was the pleasant surprise of live music which we didn't know would be going on that night. The staff was very accommodating. I specifically asked for the "most romantic table available," and was sat in the main dining area. (I'd recommend asking for the main dining room vs the entrance room where the bar, stage, and performance area is unless you are there for the music/performance. The noise level in the back dining area was much more conducive to good conversation, and, the view of the Great Wheel is stunning! Thankfully, a party was just getting up from a window seat (ask for a window seat for parties of 2) and we were able to sit there vs. the corner spot where they were going to sit us. I was glad I asked the host to take a picture of us at the beginning of the meal as we had a late reservation, (9:45 PM) and the wheel was still lit up, where after the dinner and dessert, it was not. The food was amazing, and well-priced. (Risotto and Lamb Shank, with brussel sprouts for an app, and the "Boobie Cake" for dessert) The waiter was able to suggest wines that paired nicely to each of our meals, and was price conscious which is highly noted and appreciated. (Some servers would automatically go for something priced higher to drive up the total tab) The decor was lovely, bathrooms clean, and the vibe was awesome! We were one of the last two parties to leave and the staff was friendly the whole time, we never got a rushed vibe at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
To keep it short and simple, You will leave this establishment smiling from to ear trying to figure out the next time you can dine here again. Everything was OUTSTANDING. From the moment you sit down your dining experience will be 5 star quality. I'll be back again. Reservations have already been made. :-)
Amazing food, staff and overall experience
They where very nice
We were seated in the quieter dining room with the spectacular view. That I expected. The unexpected was the creative menu, incredibly fresh and delicious meal, and knowledgeable waiter. Excellent experience.
Lasagna, risotto, linguini clams and pappardelle bolognese were delicious. Italian soda, ginger beer, non-alcoholic specialty drink and proseco spritzer were quality. This was a last-minute Open Table reservation for four on a sunny Saturday evening that was easily accommodated. Beautiful booth seating with breath-taking view of the bay.
Loved it! Just opened new area super cute. I have food allergies and they made its best to satisfy my needs without being mean about it. Super nice place.
It was incredible!
Beautiful view of the bay , great service , very nice romantic restaurant
What a wonderful experience! The lasagna was amazing! Our waiter was sassy and I loved it. The restaurant itself is beautiful. If I had mention something bad, it would be that the ladies sitting next to us were super loud, but of course, this is nothing the restaurant is responsible for. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and we will come back if we ever find ourselves back in Seattle!
a nice place in the heart of Seattle. Live music was really good, and food/service as well
It was our first time in! Service, food and our table by the window was the icing! Next time in town it will be our first stop! I had the clams & pasta dish, my wife had the lasagna! Both were exceptional! The waiter was friendly and informative.
The view from the back room is fantastic! Great waiter and the food was excellent! The chef made a great vegetarian pasta dish. The sole stuffed with crab amazing!
I had a reservation for my boyfriend on his birthday and we were so happy with our decision. Everything was so delicious and our server, Andrew basically sold us on everything we asked about. We can’t wait to come back!
My food was overall very mediocre. Both sausage and meatballs were so overcooked.
Fantastic choice for an anniversary. We were seated with a perfect view of Pike Place and the bay. The food was incredible, the service was constantly on point, and I left ready to plan another day to return. We arrived during the lunch menu and the choices had us in awe. We can't wait to go back for a dinner service.
I have loved this restaurant for many years for it's warmth and fantastic food. With the recent remodel you can enjoy Seattle magnificent views from both the patio during warm weather and the dining room. A true destination.
the place has a great rep but i also heard that it can be hard to get a table during peak times.... so when i saw a chance to get a reservation i jumped at it.... and wasn’t disappointed!
I have been coming to Pink Door for 18 years as I work a block away. I am a frequent lunch customer and I appreciate the new indoor dining room section. It's bright and cheery and perfect for vendor/client lunches anytime of year. Summer is also great because the outdoor patio is like no other place. Rather than umbrellas to block the sun, they've created a meshed roof so you don't have any direct sun beating on you. But, everyone still wears sunglasses which gives it this California vibe, you'll want to order a drink, and you should, they're good.
We have been going to Pink Door for years - especially for birthday and anniversary celebrations. Always comfortable, always great food and outstanding service. LOVE the new space and vibe - a very successful remodel. We will be back!
We had a delicious, relaxed dinner and drinks. Delicious food, delicious (huge) desserts, creative drinks list. A great time was had by all.
Great ambiance, wonderful setting, and fantastic food. If you love Italian food and hidden gems this place is definitely a must visit.
Terrific service, view and food. Such a fun place to go!
Restaurant was really nice and the food was delicious, seemed odd when I could not get a drink at the bar. Bartender helped my girlfriend get her drink and then walked away without seeing if I wanted anything(which I did). Second time waiter forgot to bring drinks to the table till the very end of the meal. People next to us received great service(same waiter).
I love this restaurant! Great staff, great organization, great service, great food, I appreciate how they really do provide a memorable experience! The food is amazing, one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in Seattle! ( I Know, as I'm half Italian and have taken several trips to Italy) if you are looking for mozzarella di bufalo, which is not always easy to find locally, they have it! I definitely recommend eating at the Pink Door
Wonderful in every way! A little pricey but for special occasion or date night, well worth it!
My family and I always love having dinner at the pink door for special occasions! Food, fun, and unique entertainment!
Warm, friendly staff, good food (though small portions), and great atmosphere.
Good experience enjoyed the food and ambience would love to visit again!
The Pink Door was amazing! The views, the food from appetizers to dessert, the wine and the ambience were just so wonderful!! We will be back for sure to enjoy more from this gem of a restaurant!!
So wonderful. The Crostini were amazing as well as the spinach lasagna. Lovely birthday lunch date.
We love coming to the pink door but this time we didn't have a great experience. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options and we seemed confident in ordering the gluten free pasta but when it came out it was not gluten free noodles my boyfriend ended up getting very sick the next day. He said it tasted amazing though but we were disappointed in the service overall and the non gluten free food
The Pink Door was the perfect spot for dinner on my birthday. We were in town visiting from New Orleans and Houston. We chose The Pink Door because of the delicious looking menu and lightheartedly because my favorite color as a kid was pink.
We started with the lobster ravioli (divine) and brussels sprouts for the table. For entrees we ordered Bolognese, Lamb Oso Bucco, Spaghetti and Meatballs and the Northwest Fish (seared tuna over a bed of flavorful fingerling potatoes and eggplant). Everything was spiced perfectly, had wonderful flavor and was a large portion for the price. For dessert we had ricotta cheesecake and the ice cream trio. Both were delicious. Our reservation was for 9:30pm and the ambiance was perfect at that time. The restaurant wasn't too busy, therefore wasn't too loud. The music was serene, lighting was easy on the eyes and we had a great view of the sound which was an added bonus. Our waiter, David, was kind enough to accommodate dietary restrictions and was very informative about each dish. Thanks David! Next time we are in Seattle we will be back.
The restaurant was super cute and bigger then expected from the outside.
It feels like your in an underground place, but theres a whole back room area where there are large windows that bring in waterfront views.
We had a lovely sunset , corner table view.
The food was great. We shared plates since we were not that hungry, but overall experience was lovely.
Great place! Awesome service! Would recommend for sure! Pasta was good, but next time I would try something else.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Loved the recommendations our delightful waiter provided , all in all loved our evening out
Best dinner I’ve ever had! Paired with excellent speedy service who was generous to give excellent advice on wine which both my boyfriend and I enjoyed. Loved it so much I booked it again for my birthday!
The food and wine are always excellent! Friendly and professional staff. One of our favorite restaurants in Seattle.
