Lasagna was unreal! Scallops and meatballs were also delish.
Wonderful ambience, delicious food, attentive service. The pasta uses high quality noodles. Good for guests of all ages. Lots of steps to and from the front door. Advance reservations are highly recommended.
Food are not great, tasted good not great, there’s many restaurants much better than that
Overall, the food at Pink Door is good. Yes, it's a little pricey and some of the portions are small. However, it's one of those spots you pay for the ambiance and experience. I was lucky to go on a Monday night which is the night they do the Aerial Acrobatic performance. (No pictures allowed!) The service is good, the server kept coming back to check on my table to make sure our water was filled and that we enjoyed the food. Their specialty is the vegetarian lasagna which has spinach and pesto in it. It was good and creamy but felt like it didn't have enough sustenance to it. The Vongole pasta was good, again just your typical vongole linguine. Nothing special about it but I still enjoyed it. I also got a side of the meatballs since we felt like we needed some meat and those were decent as well. Not bad but nothing special. Lastly, also got a side of their Tuscan fries and the portion for this was huge! Super tasty as well! Loved the garlic and herbs and the fries were crispy. Definitely worth it to get the fries!
In terms of drinks, I ordered a sophisticated lady and it was a nice cocktail. It was sweet and fruity but still had a good amount of liquor in it.
The restaurant is very cute and intimate. A nice place for a date-night for sure. Or perhaps a small girl's night.
Service was slow for what level of busy the restaurant was (slow to moderate).
Amazing good, great venue, will definitely return!
Amazing food and entertainment! Dinner here was worth the hype.
I thought the Pink Door was an excellent place to have dinner. Also came with a show as well. My wife and I enjoyed our dinner very much and plan to go to the Pink Door again.
Celebrated my wife's birthday. We were shown to a window seat overlooking the waterfront. Outstanding service, Outstanding food. We have eaten at this location a few times in the past and it always is a positive experience.
The atmosphere and food was great. Good customer service.
We choose to share so we started with the oysters the cheese plate
Excellent service. Great value for the food that we received. The wait staff were wonderful. Showed up for 1:30 reservation and was not seated for 15 minutes. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Definitely recommend.
Usher was not very friendly but food and waiters are both great
Great view, warm atmosphere and fantastic food! As we read reviews we noted the cheese board and lasagna as must try dishes - they did not disappoint. A wonderful night
We had a great time and a nice dinner. Server was helpful and attentive. The restaurant has a great decor and is cozy.
I've been to The Pink Door a handful of times, and each time I walk away thinking it's the only restaurant within Pike Place Market worth the fuss. The prices can be a bit on the fancy side, but for that you get consistently fantastic, filling meals. My only gripe is that service can be hit or miss. The staff is friendly and makes helpful recommendations, but is often forgetful about simple things like silverware and drink refills, to the point where I've felt forgotten if I'm with a party of several people. It's perfect, however, for a date. Make a reservation for dinner in the back room or sit at the bar for lunch, and enjoy a carafe of wine or their fantastic cocktails and it feels like you're the only two people in the world, in the best possible sense.
We went there for my wife's birthday lunch with my 2 kids. Food was amazing! Definitely will go back
Early dinner with the family the Tuesday before thanksgiving. Lovely experience as always!
My boyfriend and I had an incredible meal celebrating our four year anniversary! We loved starting with the house antipasto. We ordered the Pappardelle and the Rabbit— delicious! Amazing food and amazing views of Seattle! Thanks!
We took our son (6) to see the aerial show and it was really cool. The food is amazing (though the gf bread was like store bought & I would just skip bread all together instead of ordering the gf option) service was great.
This unique restaurant offers delicious food and excellent servoce. Highly recommended for anyone who travels to Seattle!
Beyond the delicious food, friendly service, and whimsical atmosphere, I was especially grateful to the staff at The Pink Door for accommodating our unique circumstance where we needed to bring our small, new, sleeping pup into the restaurant. She was sleeping in her kennel the entire time and they placed us in a perfect spot (corner table) where we could sneak her under the table, out of sight. I know how making such concessions can result in eyerolls from other customers (we are not making this a habit, by any means), so I am really grateful for their flexibility. Some staff even came by to say hello to her. Thanks again!
Loved the ambiance such a pretty restaurant!
Great place with gourmet food and excellent service.
Best food and the tiramisu is to die for. All around great date night choice.
Amazing food and service. Wish we were able to sit near the live music though!
A sunny lunch in winter at the market. Does that really happen? Yes. Celery and mushroom and ?fennel salad was beautiful but. Turns out, bland. Caponata was perfect with good portions on crostini. Thank you. Well be back to try more
One of the best restaurants in Seattle, amazing food, amazing service, amazing venue. Thanks a ton!
Every bit of our meal and experience was phenomenal. We will def return. Thanks!
Great food!! Very Kind!
We felt like we were missing something. We were in the room closest to the big window and had no idea that the show was in the other room. As well, the pasta with mini clams that I had was so salty that it burned my mouth and lips. Our waiter never gave us an opportunity to complain, nor did he ask if we wanted anything else after our dessert. I am not impressed.
Outstanding service. Excellent food and a view that was to die for. We will be back!
More than anything, our server made our meal. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we were enjoying ourselves without being overbearing. It was an absolute pleasure to dine here.
Fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.
Very good very good very good very good very good very good
The four of us celebrate our multi decade friendship with a quarterly lunch to honor the birthday of each friend. The Pink Door staff treat us with gracious professionalism and always a touch of delightful wit. The menu never ceases to be fresh and inspired, the Pink bubbles flow, the laughter ensues, and more memories are made. The Pink Door environment is a marvelous cross of Mediterranean elegance and French Bistro. We always share multiple appetizers. We love the Antipasto platter, the beet salad, fresh oysters with pink peppercorns mignonette, roasted cauliflower, followed with the risotto of the season, their famous meatballs, and a choice of many delightful salads. Sometimes we share an entree - then finish with a perfect cappuccino and the Budino - the most heavenly butterscotch pudding topped with a shot of scotch. Oh yes please! It’s truly a feast of the senses. The place is always packed, so reservations are a must. This is a truly well run establishment and we often see the manager make her rounds, greeting guests and taking care of every detail. She doesn’t miss a thing! We truly feel cared for and encouraged to relax and take our time. It’s why we keep coming back, four times a year, for the last 17 years.
Great atmosphere and very good food. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine selections. All in all, a great evening.
A M A Z I N G. The food, TO DIE FOR, the music, TO DIE FOR, the service, TO DIE FOR!!!!
Celery and roasted pear bisque was amazing, as was the osso bucco.
The Pink Door has been a favorite of mine for thirty years and the signature lasagna has never changed. It’s hard for me to order another entree because I love it so much and it tastes of nostalgia. Views of Elliott Bay from the new dining room are wonderful, but the large parties in that room (birthday/anniversary type celebrators) made it difficult to get our waitress’ attention. Although it doesn’t feel like a hidden gem anymore, the Pink Door is wonderful!
