What Insiders Are Saying
For meals when you don't mind spiking your cholesterol, go to The Pig in Logan Circle.
Really good food! Try the “Porchetta”. It is divine!
great thematic restaurant with creative dishes that deliver on flavor
The Pig is one of our “go to” restaurants in town because of their consistently good food. This time I got a pork chop. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I think it was one of the best chops I’ve ever had. This spot will continue to be one of our favs!!
Absolutely amazing food!
Great place for dinner. Selections and specials are phenomenal. Staff is very pleasant and top notch.
lovely food, lovely waitress, and I loved the pig themed cocktails
Great for an impromptu brunch. The service was great and the dishes were super creative and delicious.
We really enjoyed the ribs and the pork shank. I definitely recommend this restaurant to all.
John was a wonderful server.
Never have had a bad experience. All good is delicious 🐷
Excellent as usual.
We visited The Pig for brunch. It was excellent. Food was great and creative. Service was great. Can't wait to go back.
Excellent food! Great drinks.
Wow was this a great place to visit. We showed up early and started at the bar, and then moved to our table at the time of our reservation. Bar service was great and the drinks were on point. We had a quick snack of the bacon wrapped peaches and they were delicious. Our server at the table was super friendly and fun. She recommended some great starters and we had the pork belly buns. Amazing! We also had the Brie in puff pastry with blackberries. Highly recommend both. For entrees we had ribs and the Pork belly and scallops. This was a great visit and can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town.
If you love pork, this is definitely the place to go. Even if you just like well done and creative meals, this is a great find. Good service with attention to food allergies. Had the charcueterie and mains of the shank and pork chop. All of it was excellent.
The sausage platter was unbelievably dry. Flavor was good. The drinks were pretty much mixer with a splash of alcohol. 2 drinks, one sausage platter, two apps, and a side of mav and cheese came out to 100$. Save your money and go to federalist pig. Cheaper and way better food.
The pig delivered on their pork! I had the smoked Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly, and the pork was nice and smoky. I also indulged a bit and ordered the crunchy french toast, and that was also delicious. I would happily go back to The Pig in the future!
The food was just unremarkable
You must try the pork belly buns. It was the experience of the night. Our server was incredible. Great for a group of friends. Even though it isn't really a small plates place per se, they accommodate sharing very well.
First time I've been for lunch, and I'm going to add it to my regular rotation. Easy to get into, solid value, delicious food and great service.
We had a blast at The Pig. Our server was outstanding. Food was fantastic. Location was convenient for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any visitors to DC.
Food is really good. I’m a bit disappointed with the cornbread; the rosemary was too overpowering. I wasn’t too hungry so order the breakfast Sammie and it was delicious! Make room for desert. Sticky toffee pudding is the way to end the meal.
Family and I were visiting from Texas. Loved the pig tails on the menu, staff was great and overall pleasurable dining experience
My birthday dinner was great
Food was excellent. However, pricing for drinks way over the top even for Washington DC. Two Martini's for $32 plus tax? Come on! Made this more than $ as shown by Open Table.
The pork was divine!
The food was really good. The prices were very reasonable. The service was just ok.
Excellent with wonderful & unique takes on old favorites & a huge Charcuterie!
Materia prima ottima cucinata molto bene mise es place inesistente servizio veloce ambiente troppo rumoroso costo sopra la media per quello che offre
Service is fast but not too friendly...maybe because they’re so busy. Food is terrific and portions are perfect to large! Love that it’s farm-to-table!
Fun, casual date night option. Didn't feel rushed, and were able to really enjoy our meal at our own pace. Great service, yummy food, good wine - I suspect we'll go back in the not so distant future.
Outstanding food and service!
all of the dishes were wonderfully prepared and portion sizes were appropriate
We were there for restaurant week (lunch) and didn't order from the main menu. Everyone seemed pleased with their choices. Service was very friendly.
Great food and good service!!! We will definitely be back
Dinner with friends. Looking for a restaurant offering comfort food with a twist. The Pig delivered. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family. I will be back.
First time dining and had a feast! Literally, I ate a lot. I’ll definitely go back. But I have to watch my diet.
The food here was amazing. All of it. And the service as well, was on point. She was great with recommendations, and came by to check on us just the right amount, always with a smile. I think her name was Dora. Honestly, we tried "the Bird" and thought well, next we should try "the Pig." The Bird was tolerable, but the chicken wasn't on point and the recipes fell a bit flat. The Pig, on the other hand, left us dreaming of the next time we can come back. Some of the most flavorful food I've ever had.
We went for restaurant week. The food was good, service was adequate. A few of the bee
