We were there for my husband's birthday and it was great.

Always my husbands favorite!

I live right around the corner from The Phoenix and my boyfriend and I thought we would give it a go because it's so close. It turned out to be a wonderful decision! Our waitress was amazing, the food was amazing, and the overall experience was amazing!

Our server Drew (?) was excellent. So glad you guys are open and still serving good food! You’ll be seeing us more often! Also your implementation of the new standards were very noticeable, but necessary for patron peace of mind.

Never had a bad meal, loved everything. My favorites are the chopped salad and key lime pie.

1st time. Celebrated a family birthday. Food was good but not great. Service was OUTSTANDING from moment walked in the door until we left. 2 members of party of 4 said their pork and fish were overcooked, but the sauce was DELICIOUS. Person who ordered steak rated it OUTSTANDING. Person who had Phoenix salad rated it good but not great. Overall, would definitely recommend Phoenix Restaurant.

I enjoyed crab bisque and The Phoenix salad. Both were excellent. My husband had halibut fish and chips which left much to be desired. The halibut smelled very fishy like it was old. It was very greasy also. The coleslaw was dry and tasted like plain shredded cabbage. The fries were mediocre.

Wife and I go to The Phoenix on a regular basis and REALLY missed it being held in a Democratic, power hungry, lockdown. When finally able to go, we jumped at the opportunity. Dinner was as always, very delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Service is impeccable despite the Phase 2 re-opening rules. We thank them for hanging tough through this tough time.

I have enjoyed every meal I’ve had at The Phoenix. Glad they are open again!

Had a great time! Food was fabulous!

There was some confusion when we got there. I made reservation for bar at 4pm. Hostess said they don't make reservations for the bar. I pulled up my confirmation and she was surprised. Said it was set up wrong. But no problem. She took us shortly to our seats. Server was super nice. The hot wings and potato skins were cold. Rest of the meal was good.

We live fairly close to the Phoenix and have been coming to this restaurant about once a month for 5 years, since we moved to Bend. We have NEVER had even a mediocre meal! The food is always delicious, prepared and presented beautifully, and the pricing is very reasonable. The ingredients are fresh, and the veggies are always cooked just right! The service is impeccable as well. The ambiance is very lovely - it is mostly booths so there is privacy. We always have a delightful experience and truly believe it is one of the nicest restaurants in Bend!

Service was good, food good one person in our party had a chicken dish said it was a little tough on the outside but good on the inside. Too full for dessert maybe next visit. Making reservation on line was easy.

We certainly missed being able to eat at The Phoenix during the covid quarantine. We
like to celebrate special occasions there and we delayed my birthday dinner for two days
so that we could enjoy our favorite dishes. It was great to see the wonderful staff back
at work. Food is always good and the servers are excellent.

Sorry to see the rise in prices. Understand from your standpoint, but hard on a senior budget!

Was great food!! Little bit of a wait not many place’s to park and server kept forgetting our bread but we go because the steak is great!!!

Our server was very attentive and had a great attitude. The food was outstanding!

They definitely make it easy. I made a reservation for 2 at 645 and when we walked in at 635 our table was ready we were able to walk right past everyone waiting which was really nice. The service is always great there and very prompt and food was delicious we had the taco salad and some wings which definitely recommend

Service was very good, very timely. The food was properly done and of good quality and had a nice presentation. The price was reasonable.

The Phoenix is just one of those places you want to come back to time and time again. Great menu, outstanding service and pleasant atmosphere.

We enjoyed our waiter, who had served us before, as well as our food and beverages. We Have tried a variety of dishes from the menu and have never been disappointed. We Heartily recommend the Phoenix for a simple and satisfying dinner

We go to the Phoenix often, but not usually as a date night destination. We ended up with a last minute babysitter and were able to land reservations for Valentine’s Day. We will definitely be back for more date nights! The ambience was perfect, the special was absolutely delicious, and the service was amazing. 10/10, highly recommend.

We arrived about 30 minutes early for our first Valentine’s Day in 5 years. It was amazing view upon arrival and they asked if we had reservations. They allowed us to order drinks before getting our table and had a wide selection to choose from as well as a decent selection of recommendations. We chose to order our favorite drinks and got a very strong drink that turned out smooth but yet amazing at the same time. We were both extremely pleased by this and the server made sure we were well taken care of. The food came by and it was delicious, if I had a bigger belly, I would have ate more. Afterwards, the drink was so good that I had to have one more. We chatted and enjoyed our dining experience as we choose our desert to a fabulously made creme brûlée. Over all, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and the best in bend. For this being my first time being here, I will definitely go again.

Delicious food, great service at a resonable price! Lunch or Dinner you will be happy. The only drawback is the noise from the sports bar, a major sporting event would mean grabbing a beer and joining the fun!

Valentine’s Day, place was packed. The locals certainly know a good place to eat. The bar has a fabulous Happy Hour menu with multiple selections of delicious food options, not just chips & salsa, etc. Dining room has never disappointed, either.

We both had the sunset dinners. Meatloaf and salmon. Soup, salad and desert. Everything was tasty and well prepared. Jeff our waiter was great! A little noisy because there was a table of 16 nearby in the next room, but they left pretty quickly after we got there. A busy place on Friday night. Make reservations. Menu has everything you could want from dinners to pizza. They make it all. The entree salads look amazing too. We will be back!

I have always enjoyed the Phoenix and continue to return when I want an exceptional meal.

We really enjoyed The Phoenix. It's is very unassuming for how good the food is. The wait staff was excellent and really fun. Would definitely go here again.

Three of the four of our party ordered prime rib at $30. It was terrible, mostly fat and it was not prime, or choice. Really, where did they get this beef? You could barely cut it with a steak knife. Easily the worst prime rib dinner I have had in a long, long time. My dinner companions agreed.
I like most things at Phoenix, but will warn all to never order the prime rib, which this was not.
Just terrible.

Had a large booth for 6 adults, plenty of room. The server was excellent. We were celebrating two birthdays and they brought them out 2 nice desserts.

Had a great dinner, good service, a fun waiter. It was a bit noisy because the Ducks were playing for the finals and the crowd was charged! Other than that we had a great time with friends in the dining room.

Great food great service, period.

We enjoyed our meal. Our server, Mari, was amazing. She had many tables and a few large groups and we were treated with amazing service.
