Great choice for dinner before seeing Hamilton!
Would definitely do it again as a pre-show alternative to the hoity toity $$$$ restaurants with their "show specials".
My only complaint would be the need for some sort of the signage once there. You enter through another pub/restaurant and plenty of signs saying "rooftop open" or something like that... but nothing saying "Perfect Pint is upstairs on the rooftop". Ended up going into the other restaurant to figure out where we needed to go.
Perfect Pint has a great location, menu, and overall venue.... they just need to advertise how to access it a little more clearly.
We went here New Year's Eve, free of charge unlike other bars in the area, the food was delicious, service really good.
We were able to leave our table at 23:30 to see the New Year in, we were right by the main area for ball drop and we were let in at midnight to get the atmosphere at midnight. It was an amazing night. We then went back to the pub and watched the rest of the bands performance
Had a great experience at Perfect Pint. We made reservations and seated promptly. We sat up on the 2nd floor which a quaint and nice seating area. The atmosphere was great and service was quick. Considering most places are short staffed and it appeared the bar tender was handling all the tables, she was prompt and attentive. For food we started off with Momma’s Mozz Sticks. They were cheesy and the dipping sauce was fresh marinara. For meals we went with The Goddess salad which the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I had the beef stew which was rich, loaded with veggies and hearty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place off the tourist area.
We were seated immediately. Wait staff were responsive and courteous. It has a nice vibe and I would recommend to others and return myself.
Great lunch after going to see the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. Easy walking distance, fun pub atmosphere and great food!
What a wonderful experience! Service was great, food and drinks were awesome, atmosphere was even better.
I had a reservation for The Perfect Pint but we were immediately shunted over to Connolly's next door. Slightly different menu and no real explanation given. It was very odd. I guess they are connected but it was kind of unsettling.
Definitely didn’t live up to my expectations. This place had some great reviews, maybe we just hit it on a bad day.
I had a reservation and upon entering the establishment, I advised the hostess of my reservation. Before I could get anything more out, he said - "we are booked up". I said ok but I have a reservation and he replied - "I don't care, you should go next door". WOW!!!! So, we went next door to Connolly's and it was AMAZING! Got right in and had the chicken pot pie!! It was soooo good!!!!
Needless to say, don't bother with the Perfect Pint, instead go next door to Connolly's!!!!
Very comfortable and inviting pub close to Times Square - menu has lots of options - but not super healthy ones. Burgers, fries, snack-worthy appetozers
The Perfect Pint declined our reservation. Very disappointing.
Roof top restaurant and bar has a festive and fun atmosphere! Ernesto is a great host. He and his staff work hard to provide a positive dining experience. Great selection of craft beers and spirits! Great wings! Had the Lamb Burger and it was outstanding. Reasonably priced. Convenient walk to Time Square, Bryant Park, Theatre District. Will continue to go back!
The Lamb burger and sweet potato fries were tasty and the Guinness pour was pretty perfect. Enjoyed relaxing and watching sports. This is a bar with good pub food.
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the address for this restaurant! We were told to go up to the roof, it was opened to the outside!
The food was delish & beautiful presentation! Staff attentive & helpful. We really enjoyed our meal & cant wait to go again!
Had a great lunch rooftop before a Broadway show. The lunch was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The server could have been a bit more welcoming.
Very loud music, mediocre food, decent service. Fine for a party-atmosphere night out, but not for a family gathering such as we were having.
Great pub experience with classic fish chips and a pint, delivered under the open sky which felt very Covid friendly. Staff were very attentive.
Fish and chips, chicken wrap were both very good, and the Perfect Pint has an extensive beer list. Rooftoop views on a lovely evening with a Jameson was one of the highlights of our evening. Thank you for checking vaccination cards and the warm welcome!
The calamari was horrible. We were not sure if it was all batter, no fish. Server was very pleasant and accommodating. A good place for a hamburger or a sandwich. Beer choices abound.
Cool place. It was extremely loud but a work party was ending and there were extra people on the rooftop.
Good place to grab a quick bite before seeing show. It was loud but it is a bar.
No happy hour, just take note of that
Very busy at normal happy hour time on roof (which is small) so get their early
Servers were very nice and moved quickly
Not too loud, relaxed vibe
Great music, food and service
Birthday lunch and always a great time
So happy we were able to sit on the now enclosed rooftop with clear glass roof - lovely
We had an amazing time!! Food, drinks, and service were great!!
A roof top restaurant in the theater district that was a great find for a lunch following a business meeting - good assortment of beers and ales.
Ehhh! Nothing special. Service was okay and food was avergae
Perfectly good place to stop for lunch or a quick bite
Cute place serving some traditional Irish dishes as well and more. Lots of great beer choices. It's on the 4th floor and has some outdoor seating, not exactly a rooftop but fun. They've done a great job with COVID precautions.
Super fast service ! Great to be back to the rooftop.
More bar than restaurant. The food was ok but nothing really special. The Shepherd's Pie was a bit disappointing and lacked flavor. Not well seasoned and didn't have a homemade taste to it. Not much love went into the dish or Irish pride for that mater. It was something you would expect from a chain place like Applebee's. The Perfect Pint Irish Red beer was on the watery side and lack character. I regretted that selection after my first sip.
It's really a bar that has food and should either improve the food or stick to bar finger food and just do that well.
A little hard to find as the name outside isn’t the name in which we booked reservations for. Upon arrival we were told there was no seat for us despite our reservations. Tables were really close together. Steak was terrible. Bathrooms were small but went with the “pub” theme. Brussels sprouts were spoiled. Mashed potatoes were cold and old. Spinach dip was ok. Serviced was hit and miss. Attentive however not accommodating. Wouldn’t dine here again.
Great spot for friends and family to eat drink and just enjoy a good time. We sat on the rooftop which was enclosed but spacious. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point! The bill was amazing I was able to treat my family comfortably! The ambiance is chill but also lively, by that I mean a balance of great energy and chill at the same time!
We love the Perfect Pint every single visit!
Food was awful
From the outside seems the PP is closed. Entrance is at connollys.
Great heated rooftop dining at The Perfect Pint West. The menu was basic but offers something for everyone. My soup, black bean burger and mud pie were all delicious. The service was excellent and the prices most reasonable. Wonderful dining option near Times Square for both visitors and locals.
Second time there. Always a great time.
Great food & excellent service
Fantastic place to meet with family and friends! Service is impeccable. Food is excellent. Last but not least, the pint of Guinness is perfectly poured! Check out the bathroom, a keg sink, not to be missed. Thank you Perfect Pint!
