I made a reservation on Open Table and was told that the restaurant has not used the service in 2 years. I booked through my hotel rewards and want to make sure that I will get credit for eating at the restaurant.
We had 6 of us and had an awesome dinner and drink experience. The atmosphere was fun and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable!! A definite must do in NYC😊
terrific shepherds pie - great bangers and mash - fabulous baked potato and cole slaw
Food was great. Service excellent for a pub setting. Very impressed with their staff.
The place was nice. Wait staff good and accommodating. Food came quick and that was awesome. Just didnt care for the food. Thought it was going to be better than it was. Most likely I wont return mainly because of that.
Portions are generous. Service attentive and good.
Timing of the meal was well before the normal dinner rush but great to know a meal was available at the time.
They did not have the reservation which caused a lot of confusion.
All was good except for the food. Was not as good as usual.
We were in town for the us open and this was close to the hilton. Food was great and the value was super. Highly recommend the perfect pint.
Lovely evening. Family of four including two teenage boys were well looked after. Great food and fabulous array of draft beer. Thoroughly recommended.
Our second visit.... we’ve been to both east and west.... we’ll be back.
We were downstairs and I had to yell to the hostess to communicate. It was very loud I guess due to soccer crowd. We went upstairs to have dinner which was more quiet and nice. We had 80 year old people with us climbing stairs so it would have been nice to know this would be expected. The service was great and congenial which was very nice considering they must have been crazy busy and tired with the soccer crowd. The Chicken Pot Pie was awesome. The Shepherds Pie was good (I would try something else); others who had it really liked it. We managed to have room for cheesecake and the apple pie! It was awesome!!!
I had the fish & chips--the serving of fish was very large and hearty. The chips were sufficient even though the portion appeared to be on the lean side. My friend had the burger and found it most satisfying.
Service is efficient and attentive.
Ideal spot for a quick meal and tasty meal at that.
Have never been to the East Side on a Saturday. Met friends for lunch before an afternoon appointment. The whole neighborhood was very quiet and not very busy. We were seated immediately and drink orders taken. The service was very good and attentive. Shared an order of wings and all had burgers. Overall, the food was good and cooked as requested.
This was a great little pub that wasn’t too much. Food was delicious, service was good. I enjoyed their signature beer.
Food is great and the waitstaff is always friendly. Our server Denise was a pleasure and she accommodated every request we made; a perfect example - the ladies in my group wanted coffee and dessert but wanted it to go, Denise was super quick to make sure it happened seamlessly.
If they honored our reservation I made more then a month in advance I am sure I would have enjoyed it. But since they didn't I probably would never make an attempt to make another reservation to go back.
Food was dry and chewy not fresh and the pub felt like weatherspoons back home
Great place to hang. Great food and booze. Service was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
Can not believe on February 21 we ate outside on the roof deck!!!
All 5 of us enjoyed or meals and drinks, service was very good. It was my wife and I first time at the Perfect Pint. It was recommended by my daughter and her husband which had been at the other location and my wife cousin from Germany the same. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends when visiting NYC.
Carl from Penna.
Had a wonderful time having girl's lunch
Food was great and even though we were there for over 3 hours no one rushed is out.
Great spot, great food, lively but not intimidating. Go and try it, you won't regret it.
Great place!!!! We had a blast! Thanks!! Great service and ambiance
The restaurant was in a convenient location to my office (3 blocks). We basically seated ourselves as there was no one there to seat us initially . Took a minute to get service. We actually finished our first sodas and was about to get refills when the food finally came out. The food was good though so it was worth the wait. The busboy was really anxious to take plates away as he was pulling my plate away as I was eating.
I may would go there again, but sit on the 2nd floor or at the bar.
Had dinner and beers on the rooftop seating area. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of engagement with the customers that made it a memorable evening. Food was delicious and their beer was terrific! We had the IPA and the Golden Wheat. Will certainly return with friends!
Great place right near GC. When the weather is good there is a great outdoor seating area. Small but good food selection. Beer could be better but service was good and fast. Sat on the second floor after having a beer at the bar on the first.
Apparently the restaurant doesn't actually honor Open Table reservations (Open Table please note!), but the were able to accommodate us anyway. Went on St. Patty's, they had special but limited menu, with plastic plates and utensils!
As always terrific burgers and sweetpotatoe fries
Recently shared a meal with my lovely wife before a Broadway show. The Lobster bisque and Blue burger was excellent and went well with the Irish brews we ordered. Would definitely go back. I was considering getting the Fish n chips but changed my mind after seeing a plate delivered to a nearby table. It looked like a processed frozen fish filet instead of a hand dipped filet I was expecting.
We needed a casual spot in the east 40s for lunch on a Saturday, that would take a reservation. (This was the day of the Women's March, we assumed there would be crowds.) Happily, I found The Perfect Pint online, because the sandwiches and fries were very good. And, I definitely want to return to try the extensive choice of beers. The only problems were confusion about our reservation and not enough service staff. (They were clearly overwhelmed by the crowds that day.) Still, it didn't take long to get food. So, I will go defintely back on a less crazy day.
Great find. Just a little loud
We like to come here for a delicious meal, good service, and lively ambiance. There's something for everyone on the menu.
Very mediocre. Food was served cold with not much taste and the service was terrible. Waitress was not very interested. Also the restaurant was very cold. Air blowing directly on our table. Very disappointed.
This was an amazing find - eat upstairs and escape the noise and chaos of the city
The food is very good. The only thing that was odd was the fact they accepted a reservation for 11:30 and told us when we arrived that they don't open until noon. We waited and were served prior to noon. Maybe update your reservation hour choices to reflect the actual time they open.
Very friendly "Irish Bar" type setting. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Food was good - standard bar fare. Would return for sure.
The Lamb Burger.
This was my 1st visit to The Perfect Pint at the suggestion of my friend. We both started with a pint. I had the Duvel which was a lite ale & my friend Mary had the goose IPA. We then both ordered the chicken over ceasar salad which was a perfect portion. I tried the buffalo and she had the breaded. After dinner we ordered another beer and headed to the rooftop bar. It was lively as it was a Friday evening. This was a good place for a dinner before a show which is what we did afterwards.
I love the food from the Perfect Pint. Never a disappointment. The service at lunch time however is always so-so. Beside that great place for food and drinks
