It was Perfect!
I've been here at least 10 times in the last year - every meal but one was phenomenal.. This is one heckuva place to dine-in and experience good folks, food and ambience..
Saturday February 22, 2020. Our first visit. We had a reservation, and didn't have to wait long. Our waiter, Sarah, was excellent, fun and enthusiastic. Goat cheese salad, seared scallops entrée, and Newport Seafood pie were all very good, as was a shared bread pudding dessert. Good bar and wine selections.
Food was excellent but the service was sub-par. Starting with being seated: after having reservations for three weeks we asked for a window and the hostess rudely said we'd need to request one when making a reservation next time. So we had an interior table with no view. Our food didn't all come out at the same time and the bus staff were confused about our orders. I've been before and always enjoyed it, but this time was very disappointed.
Delicious and enjoyable dining experience!
We always love the dining experience here - the service is friendly and attentive, ambiance is great. The food can be anywhere from outstanding to good - I decided to try the Salmon Oscar this time (instead of my usual steak) and is was good. Request a window seat especially if you have kids with you!
My wife and I took our son and his wife there to celebrate his promotion. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the Cioppino seafood soup and the Newport Pie.
Always excellent food, service and ambiance. Will return regularly.
Our server, Meghan, was very pleasant and the food was perfect.
I went to the Perfect Landing to meet a colleague who has an office at the airport. The restaurant is surprisingly large and offers great views of the runway. The ambiance was excellent and the food choices were really good. I would definitely go there again.
Always enjoy the food and the ambience when we eat here. I had the fish and chips my wife had the fish tacos both were good. We will be back again!
My son and I went to Air Force Academy Hockey game and was going to eat brunch down in the Springs the next day after staying the night in a local hotel down there. A lot of places were closed that we wanted to go to so we had to come back up anyway and decided to go to a tried and true location we find consistently great. Made a reservation through Open Table and took a nice leisurely drive up and had a great meal. You do need reservations for Sunday brunch because it is worth it.
Great food, great service and just a different place to check out! Have always wanted to eat here and it was a very nice experience...we will be back!
Very nice place for breakfast. Server wonderful and helpful. Answered all our questions. Would go again and recommend.
Birthday. Wait we love we love watching the planes landing yeah taking off.
Our service was great, wish I could say our food was. The lobster came out barely warm, my Daughters baked potato was barely warm and hard in some spots like it wasn’t fully cooked. My steak that I ordered med-well was way beyond well done. The drawn butter for the lobster tasted like croissants, so I don’t know if they use that butter on anything else but it was off putting. It was my Daughters 18th bday so she didn’t want me to complain to the server.
Service was very slow, 20+ minutes to get a drink. Food runner apologized when he delivered our food, food was cold!
Drove over 125 miles for a very disappointing special dinner
Breakfast was amazing! had the California Benedict, it was delicious. They had a piano player which we sat next to which was a little loud but nice. Clear day and a Saturday so the airport was busy, so lot of planes taking off and landing!
Fun birthday celebration!
It was amazing the food was perfect and delicious it wasn’t loud and the Waiters were nice
Valentines dinner. They had a special menu. It was nice.
This was the first time that both hubby and I agreed that food prep “missed a best”. It was the Valentines Day Menke and his medium rare steak arrived closer to medium well. My scallops ( I had them at 2 other restaurants recently and they were perfect elsewhere) were undercooked and no sweetness to be found in them. No brown sear either. Totally white outside. Since we had friends with us, we didn’t make a fuss and send food back to wait a long while to recook. Disappointed. 😔
Love the environment - one of my favorite places! Great views of the airstrips and snowcapped mountains!
The view from the bar seating was outstanding and my crab benedict was cooked to my request, as was my wife’s benedict dish too. The house made muffins were exquisite. I highly recommend The Perfect Landing for brunch.
Excellent lunch on Valentine’s Day. We asked for a window table or booth and got one. Delicious lobster Reuben. The clam chowder is outstanding. My husband loves the burgers there. Their potato chips are so fresh and light yet super crispy.
Although the restaurant had very few diners when we went for breakfast, it took very long to be served. The food must have waited on the warming table for half an hour before we got it judging from toast and omelet. Also very inferior biscuits and gravy. This was a special occasion breakfast, so it was very disappointing and NOT typical of our usual experience at Perfect Landing. Great view and ambiance though.
Like the name says. Perfect. This is one of the best restaurants in Denver.
My wife and I ordered steaks. Both were not cooked as requested.
A very unique place on the runway of the Centennial airport. A note to vegetarians: there are very few options but they do have an Impossible Burger. The food was excellent but the service was poor. Took very long to get our orders and small requests such as ketchup were never fulfilled. However, will return.
Favorite place for brunch. Great views, good and ambience.
One of the pure gems in the S Denver area. The views of all the aircraft, front range, and ambiance are in incomparable.
Great to be able to make a reservation; great service; very good food; only objection was no gluten free options.
Service was very poor and the food sat under heat lamps so long the food was kinda hard. I was very disappointed.
Had a very nice meal and experience.
Service was a little slow and we kept having to remind and ask the staff for stuff. Water glass was dirty and fork tongs were uneven. Just little stuff. Food is always delicious!!
Have dined there a number of times over the past few years and have always been pleased with the food and service
Wonderful window table out of the traffic of large groups walking to their tables. Our waitress was very accommodating to the fact that we were not in a hurry and we had a lovely 2 hour lunch!
Too bad we couldn’t get happy hour specials at. Table- had to move to the bar
Great place to eat. Fun to watch the planes. Very busy so I would recommend reservations.
Our nephew, a corporate pilot had flown in from Alabama. We met him at The Perfect Landing for lunch. The food and service were excellent, as always, and we were entertained by the comings and goings of light aircraft, business aircraft, and one Air Force jet and one Navy jet.
