The Peached Tortilla

For a place that has “tortilla” in the name, the tortillas were lackluster. Their Mission-brand taste level ruined the flavor profile of otherwise decent fillings. The crispy umami wings, while the flavor was great, were not all that crispy. The service also left a lot to be desired- we were left waiting for long periods of time while our waiter attended other tables. That being said, the flavor of the wings was great and the Dan dan noodles are worth ordering if you find yourself here.
Sunday brunch was yummy but slow! My friends were trying to get to Dallas and we had to check on our order and ask for the bill.
This restaurant is outstanding. They always go above and beyond to accommodate. The food and drinks are fresh, inventive, and delicious.
Peached is a great little Austin restaurant, the Laksa bowl is our go-to sharable.
Parking is a mess, definitely make a reservation so you don’t have to wait!
Great food, great prices!
We've had only great experiences at the Peached Tortilla, including our most recent visit. The staff is attentive but not overwhelming, the food is always delicious, it is an all around inviting place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, and we're looking forward to going back soon. Additionally, this is the perfect place if you like shareable plates. Try the cauliflower three ways!
Wonderful food! Staff was very attentive but it did take a while to get the check. Loved the specials. Can't wait to return.
Very interesting menu
Some very well executed menu items (Southern fun!!)
Friendly and helpful staff
Not every menu item works in concept or execution (for me the tacos fall flat).
Parking can be a challenge
Fun place and I would return... even if the place is slighlty over hyped.
Delicious and memorable. I read the cookbook and traveled from Colorado to eat here. More than worth the trip.
Great feel inside, nicely decorated cozy space. Quality service, tasty food, and even better drink menu!
One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! A true gem in Austin.
Picked this restaurant from YELP and we were pleasantly surprised. We did make reservation which was a good thing because it is a small place. As appetizers we had the pork belly buns which were amazing. We also had fried rice which was delicious and my husband had a dish with some seafood, which i don't like but he said it was amazing.
Yet another great experience at the PT. Service (Miguel) was perfect, and the shared dishes we ordered all disappeared. Completely. Good job.
Best restaurant in Texas. Hands down. Fantastic service, reasonable prices and of course, really, really good and interesting food. If you're Asian at all, take this as assurance that "yes, this is legit."
The best meal we had while visiting Austin from Los Angeles. We also ate at Uchi, and Odd Duck, and The Peached Tortilla was the absolute stand out hands down. I wish there was one in LA. Ever dish wowed and the flavors were spot on. We could've eaten there all three nights, honestly.
It was Valentine’s Day. We had the drinks at the bar first, witch were really good. My bourbon cocktail was very similar to a Mexican soda. Very refreshing! They offered a tasting menu considering the occasion, we all got something different. The food was spot on. I would definitely recommend this place!
They do a great job at this place! My only reason for less than 5 stars was that our reserved table took about 30 minutes to get freed up (it was Valentine's Day).
Had a good time. Good date spot.
Planned a first date here because I already love the restaurant so much and feel safe there to meet someone new. The date absolutely sucked, but the food and especially the service was absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be back, and soon, just not with that guy ;)
The tacos were tasty but the Friday lunch menu is very limited.
The ginger chicken fish we had wasn’t very ginger”y”. The ginger flavor came from a side dish. Wasn’t enough of it.
Perhaps we were unlucky.
Amazing food, staff and ambiance! It was our 1st time here and we will definitely be back. You have to order the bacon jam fries.
Unfortunately, i cannot say much about our date night. It was the 3rd try we gave The Peached Tortilla, and now no more. Starting with the server: I had to constantly repeat my answers to his questions. The menu: no creativity. It all looks sad and there is no creative expression at all. The food was poorly served and sad to look at. No herbal tea's. No non-alcoholic beer...which every restaurant should carry since everyone is coming with car. We will not return. We were in and out....so sorry
Great place to visit, interesting plates great food and service will be back.
Ran a few minutes behind and got a call confirming we were still coming. We were seated within 3 minutes in a nice area. Ambiance was comfortable, service from Maria was fantastic. The food was delicious. Everyone was very accommodating and personable.
Food was tasty and prices fair for Austin. Biggest drawback is this place is FAR too noisy that you can't hear yourself or others with you talk. I won't go back for that reason unless midday and not many in the restaurant. They need to look into noise buffers that can be absorbed in the ceiling as it can be done.
The parking lot was too tight. The spaces were too small.
One of our favorite Austin places! Wish the parking situation was better; may just Uber next time!
I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. The only negative thing I have to say is that my truck got a boot for parking at the building next door. Learn from my mistake and make sure you park in the correct lot. I hear the company used to patrol periodically day & night, so don’t chance it. Regardless of the boot, the place was great, service was on point, the noodles were fresh and overall food and drinks were REALLY good.
we were in the smaller room off to the side. it got so loud that we had to leave early and go elsewhere for dessert. but the food is great!
Had a great experience hosting a bachelor party dinner at PT. The waiter was attentive and took all our orders carefully and accurately. The manager gave us a couple of great desserts on the house for our party! our bachelor was pleased with the food! Will come again! 11/10!!
Food was great with the exception of them running out of the fried chicken special - it looked and smelled so good so I wish I was there early enough to have some! It was quite loud in the restaurant as it was quite full but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The ginger beer was refreshing and the Fried Rice dish was delicious, especially with the extra sauces that were available on the table. Overall it was a great first time here and I would go back.
It’s a pretty meh place to eat at. The food isn’t spectacular yet very pricey.
Great service from kat
Good Asian fusion food
