Service was fabulous! We had a great server named Rachael.
Had a wonderful time at the restaurant! Was greeted very kindly once I step foot and had a waitress who was very nice and funny. The food and drinks were delicious as well. The view and the temperature was perfect too!
All around......Food great....service A+...!!!
No dessert/coffee menu. No ice cubes for the bourbon. These basic things would have made it a perfect evening.
We like to dine early... when you’re literally the first table ...you know that extra care has been taken in the preparation of your meal! Mackenzie was our server and bartender and we absolutely loved him! Every course was fantastic❤️❤️❤️❤️
We had the fried oysters Rockefeller appetizer and shared the 4 lb lobster and 12oz center cut filet.. our sides were the king crab risotto and creamed spinach. Everything was absolutely amazing!! We are very particular diners. If the foods good but the service sucks.. we won’t go back! Here, everything was perfect!
Our evening at the Palm was great! We went for a light meal so we were planning to sit in the bar area but the restaurant was not busy so we sat at a table by the open windows and had a very pleasant and relaxing meal. Our waiter, Sebastion, was very attentitive and personable and was happy to let us dine at a slow pace. Martinis were excellent, the jumbo shrimp appetizer was truly jumbo, and our salads (caprese and wedge) were delicious. We moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and the Palm is fast becoming our go-to dinner venue.
Another pre game dinner at Palm. Always a great take and even better food! Very quiet, superior service and exactly what we were after. We will be back soon I'm sure!
Celebrated a birthday with fabulous food and drink.
The service and the food at The Palm was incredible! We stopped in for a nice, quiet dinner before a hockey game and everything was excellent!! I would highly recommend making The Palm a stop before kicking off your evening in Boston!!
An excellent place for steak in Boston. Notable wine list. This would be a great place for date night or special occasion.
Would have liked if bread was served at the table. We all had salads so I would have thought that bread would have been a given.
Rachael was one of the best servers we ever had!!
Graduation staff was so accommodating .
Great place to celebrate graduation. Our waitress was Stephanie. She was outstanding!
Went here for dinner on a Tuesday night so not very crowded, although the outdoor area was full. We sat in the main dining room which is open and comfortable. Our server was very attentive, drinks were good. I like that they have some Italian dishes and not just steak and seafood. They were also very accommodating when we made some substitutions to our meal, which we absolutely appreciated. Prices are high but no higher than any other steakhouse in Boston. We will return again.
Although the staff was friendly, many things were forgotten during our meal.
Our overall experience was good. It was an anniversary celebration and it wasn’t acknowledged at all. It was listed as a special occasion.
They were out of the entree my husband and I both wanted.
I would have understood had it been later in the evening.
It was surprising that they were out for a 7:45pm reservation.
I ordered the gnocchi which was fair. The bolognese sauce was almost old tasting. It didn’t have fresh tomato flavor. No server asked if I wanted any fresh Parmesan cheese. The gnocchi overall was a bust.
We always enjoy the Palm bus this time it missed the Mark.
I love The Palm and so happy to see it so busy on a Saturday night! Our server, Julie, was knowledgeable and engaging. Can’t wait to enjoy the Lobster Mac and Cheese again!
Excellent as always !!
Food was just meh
Great service! Our waitress was outstanding
They run out of a lot of food on Mother’s Day. And the day just started for them. Désappointé
This was my fourth time having dinner at the Palms and it never disappoints. I would put it up against any steak steak house in Boston. Worth the trip!
Patio dining was perfect!!
Lately been sticking with Lobsters, Chicken Parm for entrees. I find them a better bet than the steaks. The crab cake fine again tonight. Love the sides... mashed, creamed spinach, brussels. Fine service.
Quite frankly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything took forever to get to the table, food was cold, drinks were awful. So many great restaurants in the city, don’t waste your time or money on this one.
Lobster used in the lobster roll was poor quality/not very fresh.
I hadn't been to the Palm in a while. No more valet parking, and whomever I called misdirected me on parking. However, the food was fantastic as always, although I miss the tuna tartar. The place was pretty empty inside, which was not surprising given the current times. Our server was excellent, and I hope to be back soon.
Not the best beef. Good but not great. The room and service are wonderful.
Good steaks, small sides, small desserts.
Pricy, but this was expected
When we first entered The Palm the decor was beautiful. We were seated near the window which was beautiful but we asked to move because there was a draft from the vents. We had two waiters which weren't very attentive and no personality at all. We ordered the crab cake and the chopped monday salad for a starter and they were both delicious. For dinner we had the Bourbon Salmon, Ribeye, Garlic mashed, brussell sprouts, and marinated mushrooms which all was delicious but we did have a couple issues. The Ribeye was ordered Medium but came out rare in the middle, and there was a piece of plastic in our garlic mashed. Neither issue was brought to the waiters attention because honestly we waited too long to get the check and we needed to leave to pick up our daughter. We own a restaurant so we are understanding that establishments are short staffed and we took that into consideration but for the price of dinner I expected alot more.
Our waitress was great, I didn't get her name. The only downside was that a few of the items we wanted to try they were all out of. The steak didn't have much flavor either.
Loved my meal and the waitress was awesome I always have a delicious meal experience at the pslm
Saying that this was the worst experience ever would be an understatement! Ambiance was dull, music was barely heard by people shouting and kids running around. The waiter was unattentive and would show up after hours, that even the complimentary bread rolls came after the appetizers! The other waiter would pour the wine and water in an aggressive way and spilled the water everywhere.. The cleaning staff would casually stroll next to the dinner tables with the garbage bin wide open, I cannot stress how disgusting and unsanitary that was. Now as for the food, at that point we did not expect the food to come out great, so we were not disappointed but accepted it at that stage. The crab cakes were not fresh and tasted awful, We asked for the steak to come as medium well, but it came out well done. And let's skip to the part where the fries came out so unpleasant as if they were re-fried for the fifth time. This was supposed to be a special occasion but it will definitely be unforgotten.
Absolutely love this place. Been twice and it’s a magical evening with fantastic food. If you want a great steak come here
Out of cranberry bread. Need to bring back key lime pie desert. Steaks were good.
Service and ambiance were great but food was just ok
Service was excellent, but outback can cook a better steak.
We ordered lobsters. They were fabulous!!
Great service. Generous drinks.
Waiter was excellent his name was Steve
