Food was just incredible. I can’t wait to go back

Love the food at Oyster Loft. The Salmon Poke tacos are to die for and while they have incredible seafood I usually get a steak.

The view is one of the best views in Pismo. Try to make it for sunset- you won’t be disappointed.

Looking forward to a return visit. Food was great, beautifully prepared and presented. Really just good service, great food, a bit pricy but I can see why.

Cameron (our server) was top notch. He knows the menu, super attentive, overall one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere.

Our server was great - well informed on all menu items and super friendly and upbeat, even with an upcoming closure due to covid restrictions. The food was fantastic. Crab cakes were great, and the salmon special with curry was wonderfully prepared. Will return.

We had the most incredible waiter, who gave us some great tips on what to order! We will definitely be back and hopefully he serves us again :)

The waitress took a long time to take our orders, she never brought us napkins and utensils. We had to ask someone else to provide us with the utensils.

O.L. is pretty perfect: delicious, creative food, lovely servers and delightful views of the sea and long pier. We go often.

Our review is based on a dining experience on a holiday evening, which often means the service is slow and expectations are not fully met. In our case, the dishes came out after a long wait indeed and they were served at room temperature. We would have enjoyed them more, had they been taken to our table right after the chefs plated the food. The grilled oysters and the butternut squash ravioli soup were good, while the halibut could have used some extra flavor in the form of seasoning. Portions are small enough here that customers will have room for dessert. About the ambiance out on the patio: the lighting and warmth from the heaters were both sufficient to keep us comfortable, whereas the computer-originated music coming out of the speakers was slightly annoying. Overall, being a holiday dinner, service was too slow and dishes overpriced for the value put out.

Fantastic restaurant by the ocean. Some of the best oysters I have had. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

The food is always superb and they make the best smoke infused drinks.

A must stop when traveling the Central Coast. Chef Jared and his staff do a great job! We were lucky to find the Oyster Loft about 5 years ago!

I have lived in Pismo for 4 years and have always wanted to try this place. Was completely impressed! The scallops and the smoked old fashioned cocktail were amazing as well as the customer service!

Our waiter Cameron was very polite and professional. The hostess and Cameron wished us happy anniversary. Entire staff was spot on. Food was incredible filet with melted blue cheese and the risotto with wild mushrooms. They even gave us complimentary dessert for our special occasion. I little pricey but excellent for that special occasion. Definitely recommend.

While the food itself is excellent, it was a bit excessive to wait 50 minutes for chilled oysters to appear on our table! I know it's not the server's fault, but management ought to address whatever problems they're having with short staff issues. The shades were also broken so we couldn't even enjoy the sunset view from the patio. I'm clicking would recommend because of the high quality of food, not anything else.

Food and service was superb. Prices for most things were appropriate for the quality, but the prices for pork chop & chicken entrees I felt were unreasonable. Wish they had more seafood entrees. Cocktails and wine selections were fabulous!

Our server Cameron was fantastic, the food is always good. Dress warm if sitting on the patio, there are heaters but the tables are away from the wall due to Covid.

A favorite place of ours to visit for a special occasion

My husband had our first date for almost 2 years(new parents) I looked for something nice, with great food and we hit the jackpot with this place! Great food and service!
