Great authentic Mediterranean restaurant - best Greek salad I've had anywhere. And the Polenta Salsiccia was excellent!
Great please, lovely people and really really great food
What a wonderful treat. We found this restaurant on Open Table and decided to try it. We were greeted by the owners
at the door. The food was fabulous. Their wine selection was good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our dinner and thought the service was perfect. We would highly recommend!
We had our family valentine's dinner here on Saturday Feb. 15th and it was wonderful. The food was excellent and the service was very good by the owner's son. They are very gracious here and it is one of our favorite family owned restaurants in Seattle. No pretensions, just a great place to have a meal.
Had an amazing 4 course meal here for Valentine’s Day. Everything was delicious. The set menu was a starter to share, separate salads, separate entrees and a dessert to share. We enjoyed shrimp-pesto stuffed mushrooms with a glass of Prosecco, Greek salad and strawberry-spinach salad, steak topped with shrimp and scallops and luscious mushroom gravy with a side of arugula salad and a tasty little potato croquet paired very nicely with an Italian red wine. Dessert was pistachio baklava and pistachio ice cream with espresso. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thanks open table!
Was such a rip-off. We were seated 30 minutes late even though we arrived on time for our reservation. Then we were ignored by staff for 15 minutes. Our entree's came out wrong--we ordered a lamb skewer and sirloin and instead of lamb we got kefta. The sirloin was too tough to even chew. The gnocchi tasted exactly like a thick, buttery clam chowder when the menu said it would be tossed in a rose-vodka sauce. It was disgusting and more soup than pasta. And because it was Valentine's Day, they jacked up the prices. Our bad meal and experience came to $200, and it consisted of a shared appetizer, 2 tiny salads, 2 gross entrees, and 1 shared dessert. We've gone to this place on a regular night for dinner and it was great, but after this experience we won't be back.
Still the best food and friendliest staff in Seattle.
We generally patronize the Olive and Grape after an afternoon at the Taproot Theatre just around the corner. It makes for a most delightful overall experience. The myriad selections from the extensive Mediterranean menu complement lively discussions of the theatrical offerings. The Olive and Grape is our go-to dining destination in Greenwood.
Comfortable and delicious
The Olive & Grape is our favorite restaurant. The food is wonderful. The owners are so welcoming and really do pay attention to every detail. The atmosphere is relaxed and feels so homey.
Enjoyed it very much. Early 4:30 rez. Friendly/casual. 3 happy hr menu selections were perfect. Baklava delish. Coffee, expensive. Back door entry needs upgrading.
Very friendly and excellent food
I made dinner reservations at Olive and Grape on Sunday Dec 15th at the recommendation of a friend. We had a party of four and to celebrate three Dec birthdays. The food was amazing. The host and staff were excellent. The ambiance was welcoming. They also had a group sing happy birthday to our table in different languages for us. It was a splendid and memorable experience! I will certainly have dinner there again and recommend it highly to family and friends.
We had been at the Olive and Grape a few months ago during restaurant week and wanted to return someday. We arranged dinner there this week for after the 5th Avenue theater Sunday Matinee .
In short it was wonderful. The service was great; it clearly is a family restaurant and there is a feeling that the staff there really care about quality and service. They seemed to know a lot of the diners as well; having lots of return customers is a good sign! The menu is really interesting in that they have dishes from Turkey, Greece and Italy. This really covers a range and provides a lot of choice. My wife and I had the Grilled Platter which was excellent and was a substantial amount of food for the two of us. The price range was in the middle ground and given the quality of the food and the service, represented good value for the price.
As an added bonus the restaurant had singers that were performing later in the early evening but we were not able to stay that long. I don't think you will be disappointed at the Olive and Grape.
First time. Everything was delicious I live in Snohomish & was attending Taproot play. Wait staff showed me how to get parking app on phone. Great food & service

We went to the Olive and Grape for my birthday dinner. Wow they have lots to choose from on the menu. The owners and their son waited our table. The choices of foods were plentiful, Italian, Greek and Turkish. All our apps were very tasty and our dinners were hot a very good. Oh and there is 90 minute parking behind the restaurant. Great place for family, friends or a date night. We will definitely go back.
Family run Resturant with delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Definitely a place for family and friends
We had to wait a long time for our dinners because of a large party.
