It was the perfect place to celebrate my wife's birthday. The fact that the building was built in 1771 and that they use many of the original rooms creates a very wonderful ambiance for special occasions.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed. I have waited to eat here for 20 years. I made reservations many months ago, the first day you could on Open Table. I was so excited. I specifically requested to sit downstairs, but the hostess basically said that there were more important parties and that we had to sit upstairs. Not only were we taken upstairs, we were taken to a room that appeared to be the attic instead of the other beautiful rooms in the main house. It felt like where the kitchen help would have eaten in the olden days so as not to be seen by society. After seated, we heard another hostess telling another couple that the room is romantic and that at least they weren’t two men, which would be creepy (within clear earshot of my same-sex husband and myself).

The food was marginal at best. The wait staff was great, but the hostesses were deplorable.

Very disappointing evening. Now I have to go find some decent food because I’m hungry.

It is a treat to dine at The Olde Pink House. My husband and I make a point of stopping here on our drive to FL. The historical mansion has many rooms each different. Everyone that works there is more than welcoming with amazingly attentive and knowledgeable servers. The food is varied and well presented in addition to being delicious! Portions are large. The whole experience of the Pink House is a treat mot to be missed.

Being from Indiana I had to come back for the second time when I was in your beautiful city. The wait staff is above most restaurants that I have been in and the food was over the top delicious. When i come back to Savannah I will be back to The Pink House. Thank you for a great night.

We were a party of four. Seated in basement at our request. Lovely and great atmosphere. Order taken no problem. Very timely service for the food. However one dish was Salmon on a bed of garlic mash. Garlic mash was cold. Not heated
So the request was to send it back to be heated. The three others were finished with their entrees before the salmon was brought back. Honestly it only needed to be exchanged for some heated potatoes.thr manager came over and apologized and said it would be right back. The server said she just talked to the chef and it would be right out
I felt very badly for the friend who ate after we were finished. Not the way to spend an evening out
The manager did remove the cost without our request
We would have gladly paid But it really ruined our night out.

The Olde Pink House is a dining institution in Savannah - historic old house with many dining rooms and great ambiance. Had great service from Brionna. My chicken tenders chopped salad was excellent and my friend enjoyed her fish tacos. Food is traditional but well prepared and portions are ample.

We decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary with a dinner at The Olde Pink House and a Carriage ride. When the reservation was made I left a note about it being our anniversary as well as the special accommodations we would need. They seated us in a relatively private uncrowded area upstairs as we requested. Although they were rather tolerant of our toddler who had to accompany us, I would not recommend bringing your littles along. Now, as far as the food I would have to say it was good. Being someone who is gluten intolerant as well as vegetarian most dinners are rather boring, pallete wise. The cheese platter is a must-have. Simply perfection! For my entree, I ordered a side of cheese grits and spinach. They came out more on the cold side than warm, but it was still good. My husband had the Salmon and couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. A great place for that romantic feeling and the food is worth the price.

A very memorable dining experience. Exceptional service, atmosphere & lastly quality food. As you travel from city to city and receive restaurant recommendations, most are of a good quality. However, after a period of time, you forget the experience. It will not be so with this restaurant.

Wonderful meal and service. The Pink House is one of our favorite restaurants. If ever there is a problem, which can occur no matter how well managed, you can always count on The Pink House to correct it without issue and insure that your dining experience with them is a memorable event. We look forward to our next visit.

There was nothing wrong with any of the food, but it lacked a WOW factor. The she crab soup had little flavor and the fried chicken was good but a bit over priced. My wife's shrimp and grits were very good.

I was very disappointed. My food was cold and my husband’s side of mashed potatoes were not given. By the time the waitress came to check on our meal, it was too late for the side. The waitress just said ok with no apology. In addition, my husband’s. duck was too salty. Although the place is very nice, I would not go back.

This restaurant came highly rated, but its good reputation is undeserved. My manhattan was so-so, the salads were perfunctory, and the fish just okay. The best part of the meal was the grits and collard greens. The service was amateurish, but reasonably attentive. The setting in a grand, old Savannah home in the old district was spectacular. So, overall, not disgusting but not great either.

Me and my boyfriend made a sporadic decision to head to Savannah for both of our birthday weekend and decided off online reviews to head here. We are so glad we did! The service was absolutely phenomenal, we both agreed we have never been anywhere to eat before with such great service. Our waitress, Lateefah, greeted us with warm smiles and recommended our delicious drinks for the evening. She was able to recommend our dinner, in which my boyfriend had the rib eye and myself had the filet mignon. IT WAS AMAZING. Best food we’ve ever had. At the end of our meal, Lateefah set the check on the table and stated to hang tight for a few minutes. To our surprise they brought out two plates in homemade chocolate spelling “happy birthday” with whipped cream and berries. Most restaurants we go to from where we are from couldn’t care less about our birthdays, but the Olde Pink House made sure to give us the best birthday dinner we could’ve ever asked for!! Thank you so much, we have already recommended it to all of our friends/families and will be back!!!

The food was amazing here and the ambiance was even better. However, the service not so much.. My bf and I were visiting for the first time in Savannah and the Olde Pink House was recommended by many. The food was fantastic, but in order to have a good experience the service needed to match. Our waiter came over to us and rushed us to order our main entrees three times, claiming that due to size they would take an hour and half to cook. We finally budged and ordered within the first 20 minutes of being there. Keep in mind this is on a Wednesday evening, where we had a reservation, and this time of year is typically quiet in Savannah. Then my bf ordered an additional glass of red wine with his steak.. So much for the long wait for the food, it was up in 15 minutes - with no refill on wine. Our waiter did not deliver our food (someone else did) and did not check up with our table until 25 minutes later.. (worst part was he was caterning to every need of the table behind us) My boyfriend was bummed, since he couldnt enjoy a glass of wine with his 43$ steak. He finally came over and asked how we were and I mentioned we ordered wine with our dinner about a half hour ago. He then brought the wine after we were finished with our meals and still charged us!! then proceeded to place the bill on our table. the whole experience was rushed, and it really did take away from the well known restaurant in savannah.
