We were initially seated in a very large room. After the intimate dinner we had enjoyed a few years ago at this establishment, it was very disappointing to invite friends for their first experience and it was so noisy. Especially since I made the reservations some time ago I was surprised at the seating. The staff did move us but the second waiter gave us the vibe we were a bother. Overall the staff was exceptionally great.

Great service. We sat in the upper level in a dark candle lit room on the right side of the house. It was a very small room with 6 tables for couples. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. We tried to order things we couldn’t get anywhere else like their flounder and special for the night. Highly recommend.

Several friends across the country said it was terrific when i asked about this restaurant on Facebook. I was celebrating my birthday while attending the Savannah Book Festival,
I have never given five stars on everything to any restaurant anywhere in the world. But this place is simply one of a kind! It starts with the ambience but the hospitality and food was amazing!

The food was exceptional, from the salads to the entrees. The fried quail appetizer was one of the best things I've ever had. The mashed potatoes accompanying the lobster were also delicious. Lastly, the service was impeccable--there was no need to ask for anything and every need was anticipated.

Ambiance is amazing at the Ole Pink House! Staff greeting and seating guests were extremely friendly and accommodating. Server was slow and kept forgetting parts of our order. The appetizers came out before our drinks. The Maitre De came by and quickly corrected the mistakes. My husband had the 1/2 duck which he said was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I ordered the Pecan Crusted Chicken, dry and no seasoning. Again the issue was handled super efficiently. Dessert was out of this world fantastic! I would actually recommend this restaurant just for the historical/romantic feel of the establishment and the very easy response to any arising issues.

I made a reservation about a month in advance. My wife and I had heard that the restaurant had a number of different rooms so we decided we’d go check them out. We got a fantastic tour of the building with some history, and were given a choice of select tables throughout. We picked one and couldn’t have been more excited about dining there. Unfortunately when we got there the table had not been reserved for us. We ended up waiting about an hour to sit. Could have sat at a nearby table probably sooner, but had gotten all jazzed up about sitting at what we considered the best seat in the house. All the other service was excellent, but this set us off on the wrong foot. During our tour of the building we were told if people couldn’t be sat in the room they requested the place would give you all kinds of perks and go out of their way to make that night special. We did expect our drinks or something to be compensated, didn’t happen. We still had a very nice time, ballroom was beautiful and table service again was excellent. Food was average to good.

I have lived in Savannah my whole life for the most part, 41 years, and never visited this local favorite. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was amazing. I will definitely return and I would absolutely recommend it.

I recommend The Olde Pink House to anyone visiting Savannah. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated wonderfully! The food was outstanding and the service even better. Our waiter John was well versed about the house and the meal choices. Every person working there truly make it their job to make you feel comfortable and valued. I look forward to visiting again!

We celebrated our anniversary at the Olde Pink House. We enjoyed the historical setting with it's many intimate dining rooms. Service and ambiance were impeccable. Good selection on the menu. Some unusual items and many traditional Southern dishes; some with a special Pink House twist. Portion sizes were perfect, not too large and not too small. Orders were perfectly prepared. Servers were skilled, congenial and attentive. The maitre d' followed up frequently with all tables in his area. $125.00 with 2 drinks and 1 dessert.

We were in Savannah for the Book Festival, and I'd made Open Table reservations more than a week in advance (recommended) to be sure we'd be able to eat at this popular restaurant. We were seated promptly. Our server was informed, efficient, and personable. I had the grouper stuffed with crab, and it was wonderful. My wife and our friend had a vegetarian dish and enjoyed it. An enjoyable evening at one of Savannah's destination restaurants.

Asked to sit on the outdoor porch as it was a beautiful evening. Our waiter was engaging and our meal completely exceeded expectations. This building is actually 16,000 sq ft, although it looks to be just a house from the street. We then expected typical mass prepared food of mediocre quality. Wrong! The fried tomato app was over the most delicious, thick bacon. The fried oysters were sweet, small and crisply fried without being greasy. The scallops were huge and tender, not over cooked. The shrimp (local) were served over a deep fried cake of grits with a delicious sauce. The crab cakes were served with fried tomato. We are still talking about this meal and look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our meal at The Olde Pink House except for one thing:our waiter Jordan. From the beginning he behaved as though he just didn’t have time for us. We could hear the other servers giving interesting and detailed descriptions of the menu items, but we received a brief and hurried descriptions. He rarely checked back to see if we needed anything, and requested items did not arrive until our meal was almost finished. Too bad, because it was our only dinner in Savannah and it could have been a very special memory.

This place exceeded my expectations. Everything from the ambience, you food, to the service was exceptional. Our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu and enlightened is with facts about the history of the house which was quite interesting. The food was served in a timely manner and was excellent. I recommend the fried lobster and blackened oysters! I'm from Maryland so I know good seafood, and this was good seafood! This place is a must if you are visiting the area!
