Thank you for this extravagant dining experience with my wife of 26 years. The anniversary plate at the end was perfect ending. Absolutely loved the history behind the house.
Kayla was the best!!! You also get table service singing
The restaurant was lovely! We were seated in the sunset room. I was appreciative that the tables were well spaced, and there weren’t a lot of other diners in the space. The room was beautiful! Our server Madeline was outstanding! She offered great suggestions, was friendly, and very attentive. Our food was absolutely delicious! Chris, the manager checked in with us to make sure our needs were being met. The Old Pink House met, and exceeded our expectations.
Kelly, our server was outstanding. Her knowledge of the food was awesome. She was very personable and helped make our experience there one we won’t soon forget.
Worth the wait!! Tough to get a reservation and took a late night slot … but eating at 10pm was so worth it!! Food was amazing and the service was great. All the recommendations from the waiter were on point and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Food and historical home was amazing. Recommend the pork loin.
Great place to eat but get there early the bar downstairs is a must and check out the small chambers also. Had the best pork chop moist juicy just great. Don’t let this one go by without eating here.
Food and service was great! We can’t wait to return!
The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing dinner. The service was incredible and Ariel was amazing describing menu items.
We were lucky enough to snag a last minute opening at the Old Pink House for a dinner reservation. As an appetizer we enjoyed the fried mac and cheese poppers- not overly heavy and a great start to the meal. For dinner my husband had the pecan chicken ( highly recommend ) and I had the sweet potato ravioli ( also recommend - however it is on the sweeter side so if you do not enjoy a sweet entree skip this one). The Old Pink House takes COVID protocol seriously ( staff in mask, social distanced tables ) which my husband and I appreciate and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall I recommend dinner at The Old Pink House and have already made a reservation for the next time I am in town.
The Olde Pink House was a lovely restaurant. We were seated promptly. All of the employees were polite and welcoming. The food was very good.
The staff was fantastic. Two different managers stopped by to see how dinner was going. Nice personal touch.
I am not a biscuit fan but the ones they serve are beyond delicious. Blue cheese dressing excellent. Had the shrimp, scallions, with fettuccine. The entree was great.
Would definitely recommend trying this establishment if you happen to be in the Savanna area.
Great food and cool ambiance. Walked around the whole mansion. The only negative was that we didn’t see any ghosts!
Very good! Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. No real complaints, just an observation...they were slow to seat us for our reservation-25 minutes later. But because there were only two of us it wasn’t stressful. Very coveted reservation to get. Plan weeks ahead.
So disappointing Made a reservation two months ahead of time They put us in a banquet hall. Hostesses very rude and not welcoming.
We requested a table in one of the smaller rooms and were very pleased with where we were seated. All our food was excellent and our server was excellent. She found out that we were "celebrating" a very good friend of ours moving away. After our main course she brought a plate with "Best Wishes' written in chocolate with a few berries and whipped cream at each corner. This was accompanied by a large candle holder and candle. A very thoughtful touch!
2nd time at Olde Pink House and overall disappointment this go around. Food was not nearly as good (and husband had the same thing as last time, the flounder). I had the steak which was just ok, little flavor and the potato was dry and not great. We were celebrating our 1st anniversary. We were not even offered dessert just the check so we just paid and left. Also, not the restaurant’s fault but a noisy group of young girls ordering just dessert and drinks sat next to us — very loud and obnoxious and just ruined the experience.
This was our favorite meal in Savannah! Our waitress Stephanie was very attentive and super friendly. She made great suggestions and made us feel at home. Everything we had was delicious. The fried shrimp and corn bread oysters were outstanding! The praline basket dessert was our favorite part. The history and beauty of the building was unmatched. Thank you for a great meal and great service!
The food and ambiance was great. The single failure was where the restaurant was trying to save money. We ordered a martini and received a glass which was half full. We ordered the same drink the night before at Alligator Soul restaurant and received a full pour!
It’s amazing how shortsighted the restaurant was concerning something small but very noticeable!! Very disappointing!!
The food was incredible. However the service was very distracted/forgetful and a few big parties really impacted the overall noise level and setting for our dinner. Was a bit disappointed after looking forward to the night out there for so long, but again all the food was wonderful.
Beautiful building with tons of character and history. Food was delicious and service was very formal yet personable.
Our server Rob was absolutely amazing. The food was great and the venue is very nice. We had a great time
Sheldon, our server, did an awesome job and made many helpful recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about the menu! They treated us very well on our anniversary.
Had a reservation at 7:30pm and our table was extremely wobbly and the server had to wrestle with it for 5 minutes. Our server was very nice and apologetic. However it took 45 minutes to get our bottle of wine which they also had to get an alternative since they ran out of the one requested. As a former server, I was disappointed with the pace of service at such a popular restaurant. Our appetizers came out, one was luke warm… Every food we ordered was truly excellent though, no complaints on the quality of the food. Not sure if this was because it was prime time but pretty disappointed in the service level especially since our server was so attentive with the 6 top next to us. Definitely recommend the experience, however, maybe come earlier or later - might be a better experience if it isnt high traffic time.
As always….. Amazing!!! Came all the way from the dirty Jerz to eat at The Olde Pink House!! Happy 250!!!
The staff are very helpful and courteous. the food was amazing and the ambieance is veery nice. Would definetly come back!!
Wonderful experience. We live in Vegas where dining can be as lavish as you are willing to pay for. The Pink House is of a character and price point that cannot be found in Vegas. The dining rooms are small with just three or four talbes. Wonderful food in a quiet and charmingly historic setting, with superb service.
My husband and I were so excited about our much anticipated and long awaited reservation. We were enjoying our appetizers which my husband had the shrimp and grits and I had the fried green tomatoes they were both delicious. When suddenly my husband spotted a huge bug on the floor that was scurrying right towards us. We immediately brought it to the waitresses attention and she apologized and told us that it was a palmetto bug and made us feel like it was a regular occurrence. Unfortunately it ruined our meal even we stayed and tried to make the best of it. I would not put my feet down on the floor. We also really didn't care for our meals. I had the pork and my husband had the pecan chicken breast. They were just okay nothing special. For dessert we split the signature praline basket and that was absolutely amazing! One of the best desserts we ever had. Not only was it delicious it was beautiful!
Amazing and perfect for my 40th birthday dinner! Simply charming!
The food and service are excellent. This is my favorite Savannah restaurant! Sidra singing is an added bonus! Do yourself a favor and get the Praline Basket dessert.
Simply excellent, make sure to book in advance or at least call on the day to see if they have any openings!
Best place to dine in Savannah hands down! Wonderful place to celebrate a special event! I surprised my wife with dinner for her Birthday and she Loved the place, food and service! Must see in Savannah.
Beautiful old mansion…incredible fried chicken….each dining area is very different…our room was very dark…next time I’d request a room with more lighting…
Excellent service, lovely ambiance, delicious food. This is a must whenever I visit Savannah!!
Great service and ambiance but the food was just terrible.
Everything was amazing the service and food outstanding
I would skip the restaurant with other options being better in Savannah.
We absolutely loved our experience at The Old Pink House! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better place.
We had made a reservation and were seated not too long after the time. Our server was a very animated, friendly and knowledgeable young man. He was able to provide us information on the menu, specials and history of the building. The food was excellent and good value for money. We would definitely return should we be in Savannah again.
