The Olde Pink House Restaurant
I know it’s popular and the service was outstanding, but the food was not as good as it should be for the price - no wow factor in terms of food
Everything was wonderful. Our server was very spirited and attentive, food was delicious.
The food was delicious. The only thing was they were out of three things my husband wanted to try. It was a 8:00 reservation. They were not that busy to be out of that many things.
Super fun venue inside the old mansion. Staff was great, even had excellent late night drink recommendation around Savannah. We had a server (Sydney) who was still in training but you would have never known. She was helpful and friend. The fish she recommended was very good and the presentation was really different. Will return on my next trip to Savannah.
Always wonderful! Been here many times while traveling through. Outstanding!
Nothing exceptional about the food the place is very pretty though
When in Savannah this is a MUST! The service, food and overall experience was superb! The history of The Olde Pink House is also amazing. Worth your time and money!
From the decor to the unbelievable food, the Olde Pink House did not disappoint. We loved everything about our visit, will recommend to friends, and will definitely dine there the next time we are in Savannah.
Absolutely the best. I’ve never been disappointed at the Pink House, but this was outstanding in every way
I will have to preface my review with the fact that I am still not over the lack of service I received from the first few minutes. I made reservations well in advance for a special occasion and asked for preferred seating by the fireplace and was denied. We we seated in the center of an empty upstairs dinning room and within 30 minutes as couples came in they were given the better open seating. We were sandwiched between two families with kids.
We had a fabulous experience at the old pink house restaurant our waitress Dana was fabulous as was the maitred food was exceptional so glad we went there!
Got there 15 mins late due to traffic, but were there & thoroughly enjoyed the meal!
Excellent Venue within easy walking distance of our hotel. Food was fabulous! There were so many wonderful menu items to choose from! Server was so accommodating! It was a wonderful experience!
My wife and I went for our 11th year wedding anniversary and it was a truly wonderful experience. The foot was absolutely top-notch and the restaurant was beautiful. The food was expensive, but it is of high quality! I would highly recommend this place for anyone's special occasion!
Everyone at the restaurant contributed to our wonderful dinner, but Chase made it an excellent evening. The attention to detail in every aspect of our experience was over the top. The food was so special. We loved it so much we came back the next night for drinks and small plates in the bar. A must while in Savannah!
Good drinks, awesome food and great service!!
My daughter, a friend from TX and I enjoyed a lovely lunch last Saturday. It was our first time to enjoy the beautiful home/restaurant and look forward to returning the next time we are in Savannah. The staff and service was wonderful.
It’s a tradition to take my granddaughters to Pink House every year before seeing the Nutcracker.....always special and consistent
We were unhappy with an unnecessary wait for dinner despite having a reservation - a busy place which didn’t seem to value our patronage.
For all the hype, this restaurant is ok, but not great. My Halibut special fish was just ok, a little bit on the dry side and the sauce was unremarkable. My wife had the Crispy Scored Flounder which was good.
Noise level of "energetic" for me means that it is difficult to hold a conversation. The real value of the Old
Pink house is to be able to visit the historic mansion. This visit further confirmed my notion that an putting the letter e on old to make "olde", does not confer any actual benefits to the customer for the establishment. All in all we enjoyed the night, but this is not a place that I would recommend for more than one visit.
Beautiful setting for a delicious meal. Highly recommend the pork tenderloin or the fried pork chop .....both were very good :)
If I can ignore the attitude of the reception
And reservation staff and contend with waiting at least 15-20 minutes past your reservation time, the food is great!
Food was very good. Service was top notch. Our table felt very cramped and it was a bit loud, but nothing unbearable. Overall I would recommend this place if you’re visiting Savannah.
My wife and I ate dinner here and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the food is excellent. I'm also a fan of locations with history. If you do eat here, please ask for a tour.
This was the highlight of our visit to Savannah. Best calamari we had ever eaten, outstanding fried lobster tails and outstanding grouper special. Service was attentive and informative but never intrusive to our conversation. Server helped us select an excellent and well priced wine that we will buy again. Great experience in a wonderful historic home.
An absolute must if you’re anywhere near downtown Savannah!
Absolutely a must when visiting savannah! Beautiful restaurant, outstanding service and delicious food quality and presentation!
One of the best dining experiences we have had. From the service, to the food, to the simple personal touches. The staff were amazing from servers to hostess staff and all above and in between.
The food and desserts were outstanding! I’m just sad I don’t live in Savannah. This place takes it to a new level.
Restaurateurs take a page out of this team’s book, you might learn something.
The restaurant was everything we were told it would be - awesome!
We had an amazing dinner here with our daughter. The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic. We would definitely recommend and will be back next visit to Savannah.
Excellent food and atmosphere!
Our first time to TOPH and the city of Savannah!!! A dream both.... from the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with warmth and a knowledge staff. Our wandering journey to our table, took us thru beautiful rooms, all different...... but our room was a little cozy room with the perfect table for us, by the window looking into the park.
A nice, not large wine list, which gave us perfect choices for our different courses.
Our entrees were perfect, my wife’s salmon was exquisite and my roast duck was truly one of the best, both must be repeated.
And....... there was never a since we needed to rush, so our dining lasted two magical hours.
Thank you all at TOPH!
A lovely place for dinner in Savannah - Southern Charm, great ambience and good food. My husband had
the She Crab soup and a grouper entree and pronounced both wonderful. My friend and I split the fried tomato appetizer and we both had the Fillet - was delicious; split a key lime pie for dessert. The whole experience was well worth it!
One of the best places my wife and I have been. Absolutely loved. Everything about it would give it 10 stars if we could
A return visit, exceptional meal.
The best duck I have ever had.
Food was cold. Also onion strings were nothing but grease.
It was the perfect ending for our trip! Romantic southern charm along with delicious southern cuisine - thanks to staff that made it possible!! Place was full and yet we felt like we were only ones there with the level of attention and warmth received.
Wine selection was very good. I enjoyed the meal especially the biscuit. Would suggest different options when it comes to recommendation for those of us that do not eat seafood.
We had a lovely table by a window next to a fireplace on the first floor in an intimate room. Noise level was low so it was easy to have a conversation. Service was amazing. There was a manager (or similar) that kept an overall eye on the room. Our server Latifa was fabulous. She was very informative and helpful with the menu. She was engaging, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. We had the shrimp & grits appetizer which was really good and a bit untraditional in that the grits were a grit-cake. I had the she crab soup that was very rich, thick, creamy and decadent. Also had fried oysters which were tasty. Shrimp cocktail had huge size shrimp. Fried chicken was really crunchy and was a half of a chicken. The only meal that underwhelmed a tiny bit was the chicken pot pie. It could have had more chicken and bigger chunks of chicken instead of shredded. Key lime pie was the best we have had outside of the keys. Praline basket with vanilla ice cream was beautifully presented and unique as well as very rich.
This is the second time I've eaten at the Olde Pink House and it didn't disappoint. The food is absolutely fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is fun as we had a great dinner for four in what was the master bedroom. Can't recommend it enough and we will definitely return.
