It was a good overall experience. The food was good, not really great. I found that there are restaurants with better quality food in the city. You’re kind of paying more for the restaurant’s aesthetic/ambiance when dining here than you are for the quality of food. That being said, reservations are hard to come by, so that’s saying something about the quality.

Enjoyed the ambiance of the old house. Would recommend dinners request seating there rather newer extension. Old bar down in basement of home is quite cozy and fun place for drink before meal. Service and food were fine ...not outstanding. Fried and sliced flounder was hit among the entree’s.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience here at Pink House. I made reservations on Open Table and forgot to mention that we are here for our 3rd year anniversary. When we got here we checked in and asked to sit down in the cellar for some ambiance. Pink House not only sat us down stairs, but they took us to a special room call the Vault. This room is a wine cellar and is completely lit by candle light. What a special anniversary surprise!! The service was excellent and food phenomenal! I can’t wait to visit Savannah again and eat here!

We were excited for a nice quiet dinner. However, there were several bachelorette and birthday parties that were loud and rambunctious. Kind of hard to talk with all the noise.
The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Would go back but hopefully it won’t be so loud!

Excellent! Great atmosphere, excellent food, great service, etc. Pricey but worth it for what you get and to support a local establishment. I also have Celiac disease; they had a separate GF menu and my server was very knowledgeable (and when in doubt would ask or at least advise against). The kitchen screwed up my salad (putting a fried apple on the side) but immediately apologized, took it back to the kitchen and made me a new salad, and I even got an apology from the manager/head Maitre'd. Also loved that you could ask the host staff for a tour of the house, even during peak dinner hour...so got a tour/history of the house on top of an excellent meal. Bar in the basement is also definitely work checking out either while waiting for a seat or after your meal; located in the basement, it's a piano bar and very cool. Definitely recommend you make reservations.

Service was incredible, they had a lot of staff on hand and were very fast and attentive. I had the special, which was a grouper stuffed with crab meat. It was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Savannah!

Expected more. Fried chicken was average. The macaroni and cheese was dried. My wife did enjoy her salmon. Service was average.

Went back next day and ate in Planter's Inn Tavern (located down stairs in the basement). Same menu as restaurant. Enjoyed piano player immensely. Some lady sang some impromptu blues with the piano player. Memorable. Sat at bar to eat. I had the chicken pot pie. Very good. will return but will eat a tavern which has bar, several tables and seating area next to fireplace and piano player (first come-first served seating). Atmosphere is outstanding!

Always outstanding service & food at The Olde Pink House! We started with bread and she-crab soup — one one the best I’ve had! Also had the salad with pecans & feta, which was awesome. I had the shrimp & scallops linguini which was fantastic and my date had the grouper with a lemon butter sauce — both were fantastic!! We we had incredible desserts— I had the key lime pie and my date had the peanut butter mousse shelled with semi-soft chocolate!

Everything was delightful. We began with the she crab soup which was delicious! Our cocktails were also great- I had the proper! My fiancé had the fried lobster tails and loved it while I had the sea scallops which were cooked perfectly. After our dinner the host gave us a tour of the house snd provided some history which was really awesome!

Fourth time to Savannah, fourth time dining at The Olde Pink House Restaurant. Seated immediately with our OpenTable Reservations. Waitress there immediately to take our drink order. Maiter Dei came around to make dining suggestions and answer questions. Waitress there soon after to take order. Asked her to take time between courses because we were in no hurry. Quick response to any suggestions such bringing additional goat cheese for my salad. Excellent food, excellent service, beautiful ambiance. A group of five having a good time was a bit noisy but let the good times roll.

Our food was presented beautifully when we delivered to the table. We had the fish tacos and they were some of the best we have ever had. Taylor our waitress gave us exceptional service and catered to my allergy issue promptly and professionally. She went ahead and checked all the food on the menu for me even though I only asked about a specific item which I greatly appreciated. The ambiance is historical and a peaceful place for dinner.

We brought our good friends from VA for a very special evening. We first had to maneuver past too many employees at the front desk. When we were seated our waitress came by our table three times before we even had time to get settled and look over the menu. We had the maitre d come by and introduce himself. He then stopped by two more times. During our meal the waitress checked on us a minimum of three times. We then had a woman, who we saw would sing to the table, come by and one more time disrupt our dinner. I do appreciate attentiveness but six times to check on our dinner was excessive. While we were eating dessert and of course, talking, we were interrupted one more time by the waitress who felt the need to remove our wine glasses from the table. We then stopped talking again to hand her our glasses. The food was nice. It was not amazing by any stretch but it was good. It was underwhelming based on our expectations. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely. The food was average and the service intrusive.

Our server Michael was fabulous. He attended to our every need and made excellent recommendations. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal and my son took care to savor every bite of his pork shank. Dessert was also a great way to end the evening. We have been to old Pink house multiple times and every time they exceed our expectations.

I had the flounder and it was WONDERFUL! My husband had the pork sliders. He really liked them, but there were only two small sliders. He was still pretty full from breakfast so it wasn’t an issue, but I would definitely not get that if you were super hungry. The pink lady (drink) was delicious and the house was beautiful!
