   Everything about Noble South appeared effortless. Lovely room, lovely food. The service from Rebecca was stellar - friendly, knowledgeable and not overbearing. I would definitely recommend and hope to return!!

   They were busier than I had expected for a Tuesday night. However, the waiter was prompt in greeting us and gave us the perfect amount of time to look over the wine list and menu. Food was delivered to the table in a timely fashion. The staff worked as team.

   The Waygu beef brisket dish is absolutely incredible! The small plate choices are excellent, there is a good selection of wine, and the wait staff and kitchen are top-notch!

   I had lunch at Noble South twice this past week. The first day I had the fried catfish and the second, Etouffee. Both were delicious but I liked the fried catfish the best. The batter is the best I had and the fish is light with a mild taste.

   This was our first visit to the Noble South and we were blown away not only by the quality of the food but the superb and friendly service. Our server was Malachi who was just phenomenal in explaining the menu and took his time to help us make good choices off a very eclectic menu. The food was simply fabulous! The oyster small plate was the best oysters I have ever had and both the shrimp and grits and brisket entrees were superb.

    Second time that I have eaten here. We tried to go earlier than our reservation but it was busy so we sat at the bar. Definitely a different experience/level of service than my previous dinner where we sat at a table. The food arrived uber quickly--somewhat abnormally quickly--for fine dining. The food was very good and as I remembered. However, while the bartender was very nice and responsive, the service at the bar was subpar for the price of the food. Dishes stacked up and we had to do our own "to-go" boxes. I just expected more for the price of the food as it was not a diner.

    This is the 2nd time at this restaurant. The farm to table concept is great. We had the deviled eggs, very good, and the lamb which was probably the best lamb dish I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten in over 80 countries and had lamb in many, but the quality and tenderness of the meat paired with the sorghum grain was outstanding.

    Really an extraordinary meal! We went two nights in a row! This chef is so very talented. We eat out all the time and all over the world in different cities. The yellowfin tuna, the shrimp and grits, the Wagyu brisket, the pork belly entrees were so well executed, great flavors. The service was impeccable! Makes me want to visit Mobile again!

    Place went from 9 guests to 40 in the span of a few minutes and the staff was in the weeds. They really needed a dedicated busser. Plates were being delivered by the kitchen. That said: the bartender was AWESOME. She handled all her guests with grace and humor and was very attentive. High marks to her. Great food. Good space. Would definitely return.

    Loved The Noble South! The pickled shrimp were FANTASTIC as were the Brussels. I had the Waygu brisket and it was remarkable! Cool vibes & open atmosphere. The waitstaff were friendly and funny! Definitely a must try when dining in downtown Mobile!

    The food was outstanding and totally awakened our taste buds upon eating. The Chef, Josh, was amazing. Upon our request, he met us to make introductions. He was fabulous and a terrific chef. We will come back again and again!

    This was the first NYE that my husband and I have been able to go out, and The Noble South made it a special memory we won’t forget l! The service from Logan was amazing! She was attentive, prompt, friendly, and a joy to have as our server. The food was absolutely divine and we highly recommend the Pork Belly and Wagyu entrees.     Was passing through Mobile and found this awesome little joint. Food was amazing and drinks were on point. Best meal we had in weeks. Started with a tartare which was accompanied by beef tallow popcorn(weird but totally delicious) that provided a great way to consume tartare that doesn’t miss the bread. Then we ordered The wagyu brisket which was phenomenal and the pork belly bowl was just as good. Unique and unexpected, this meal was something which will bring us back to Mobile. Highly recommend it.
