   Excellent dinner! Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared. We enjoyed everything from the squash blossoms to the beet salad, shrimp and grits to the veggie plate. Service was great - Chris was friendly and knowledgeable.

   Really exceeded our expectations. The ambience is light and clean, but simple and not fancy. The food is the real star here. We had the small plate of delicious squash blossoms stuffed with goat cheese, leek, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan crumble. Supper was shrimp & grits with Gulf shrimp, Anson Mills grits, poached farm egg, bacon, and a wonderful tomato broth. We finished with the Caramel apple pie with dulce de leche and spiced cream fraice. Every dish was a hit!

   Very, very wonderful. Three in our party, had three different dishes and everybody was amazed at how delicious everything was! I had chicken liver pate (super!) and fried oysters (soooooo crisp on outside and soft in center. Can hardly wait to go back. Chris was great and considerate. V Fraser

   We had an amazing experience at the noble south! The deviled eggs… a great way to start the meal. We had the brisket and the pasta dish which were both delicious! (The brisket literally melts in your mouth). The wine pairings were on point. The pecan tart was delicious. Service was excellent!! We will be back despite living 3 hrs away!!

    The Noble South is our favorite date night place in mobile but it was just as delicious and innovative for brunch. You have to order pickled shrimp! Aside from that we enjoyed the steak and eggs, omelet, crepes, and shrimp and grits. The deserts we tried were all wonderful as well but the table agreed the Banana Pudding Semifriddo was our favorite.

    We were sat in the sidecar and that brought down our experience a good bit. While our waiter was wonderful, the room was run down and did not have the same vibe the main room does. Also, to get there you have to walk outside which mean our waiter was running our food through the main dining room, outside and then to the side car. I won't be back if I can't be in the main room.

    Dazzled: locally-sourced high-quality ingredients and the focus-of-the-day that meant the best of the best. Superior service meant I got answers in what to try and why, and I seriously have never had a better meal start to finish (and I travel extensively). I even had dessert, which I never do, just because I wanted to (a) extend the experience and (b) see if it was possible that along with the best IPA and meat dish (sous vide lamb) I had ever had, that the dessert would wow me. It did. (Pecan tart with vanilla bean ice cream, FYI). Service was superior, and the atmosphere light and airy and focused on diners having a good time in a friendly environment. When I got home I told the family we need to head to Mobile to have a meal there together.

    They were busier than I had expected for a Tuesday night. However, the waiter was prompt in greeting us and gave us the perfect amount of time to look over the wine list and menu. Food was delivered to the table in a timely fashion. The staff worked as team.

    I had lunch at Noble South twice this past week. The first day I had the fried catfish and the second, Etouffee. Both were delicious but I liked the fried catfish the best. The batter is the best I had and the fish is light with a mild taste.

    This was our first visit to the Noble South and we were blown away not only by the quality of the food but the superb and friendly service. Our server was Malachi who was just phenomenal in explaining the menu and took his time to help us make good choices off a very eclectic menu. The food was simply fabulous! The oyster small plate was the best oysters I have ever had and both the shrimp and grits and brisket entrees were superb.
