very disappointed ,had been there when it was it was the The Ironbridge and the bridge, we went for the Valentines dinner was it was quite dated and no tablecloths on the table, the food was slow in coming , my husband ordered the beef wellington totally raw and cold. We did have a good waitress she was trying very hard. Overall bad experience ,will probably not go bad

My wife and I dined for the first time at Denim & Pearls on Valentine's Day, and ordered different options on their four-course special menu for the night. We were incredibly disappointed with the quality of the food that was served, and will not be returning as a result of this experience. Comments on a course-by-course basis are provided below: COURSE 1 - Fig and Prosciutto: average - nothing exceptional - Burrata: mozzarella/cream surprisingly flavorless COURSE 2 - Crab/Lobster Bisque: gag-inducing saltiness and fishiness (asked waitress to take away immediately, and she replied that many people that night had similar opinions; no offer of a refund or any substitutions for this course, however...) - December Salad: no bright green lettuce - only the stalks made for a sub-par flavor COURSE 3 - Beef Wellington: green beans overcooked, mashed potatoes a sticky liquid consistency, and the beef itself barely edible - hardly worthy of being the main course of a pricey special meal - Duck: dry and salty COURSE 4 - Creme Brûlée: didn't have any caramelized sugar on top?! - Cake: solid, but Denim & Pearls didn't bake it... (Gateau did) In addition to the poor quality of food, the service was lackluster. Dirty dishes stayed on our table for too long, and we had to ask to have our water glasses refilled. The kitchen was not properly staffed to handle the clientele, so the four-course meal dragged on for over 2.5 hours (when we were seated, the restaurant was not full, so it is surprising food didn't come faster!). I cringed when I paid the bill of $65 per meal, and find it hard to believe that businesses like this one persist, other than being in the (all sub-par) lineup of dining options available in Warrenton. Thanks for a Valentine's Day we won't forget, Denim & Pearls - we won't be seeing you again.

Sunday night dinner on a weekend getaway with my wife. Everything was well-prepared, and very inexpensive for the quality. We had 2 salads. I ate grilled salmon with grits, roasted tomatoes and arugula with pesto, which was very tasty. Grits were in the style of risotto, molded into a firm ball with perfect al dente texture. My wife had seafood fra diavolo, which was also very flavorful, and fairly spicy, although the pasta was on the soft side. We shared a New Jersey cannoli for dessert.

Went here for a date night with the wife. Our second time here, first was at the soft open. Service was all over the place. Our appetizer (meatballs) came out in under 2 minutes. Fast, but clearly not made to order, and looked like it had been sitting around. My cocktail came out rather quickly, but was poorly made. Chef brought out wife's ceaser salad, and asked if she wanted pepper. When he walked away we realized the salad didn't have parmesan cheese, and we didn't see our server for a while to ask. Our server did come back, but that was to give the table next to us the same salad and ask them if they wanted parmesan cheese on their salad, and then offered them bread which we were never asked about. Entrees came, and wife's was great; mine, completely tasteless and saddening. Dessert was good, but the whiskey I wanted to try took about 15 minutes to arrive. Atmosphere was loud, and seemed like everybody had to be louder than the next to be heard at their table. This place was great as Iron Bridge, good as the New Bridge, and is awful as Denim & Pearls. Not sure if its working for them, but it's not working for us. So guess we have to go somewhere else for a nice night out. Hopefully they can pull it together.

Food was terrific but on the slow side. It took forever to get our salads and most we're completely mixed up. Our entree's we're terrific. Will go back.

It's always a meal we look forward too. The location is lovely, the staff kind and polite, and the food excellent. The sausage and penne and the lasagna entrees are not to be beat.

This is a cute restaurant in downtown Warrenton. It is small, and kind of crowded at the bar. The food is pretty good, but the menu is not big. A nice date place, but would not be kid friendly.

Good food. Interesting approach on SoCo, the dinner menu was more italian looking tho. Gonna have to go for their chicken and waffles brunch.

This was our first time at Denim and Pearls. It was absolutely delicious and we very much enjoyed the service and food. I’m not sure if the gentleman who came to our table to check on us was the chef or sous chef but it made the experience that much better. I had the steak Alfredo which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the medium rare ribeye which was huge but so good that he finished it all. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to others.
