Reservations suggested for parties of six or more and special occasions. Due to weather, reservations are not available in the outdoor courtyard or rooftop biergarten.
The Millworks is a brewery and restaurant serving all local and sustainable dishes. We have a full bar with an outdoor biergarten and three art galleries with 18 artist studios... all under one roof.
Our mission here at the Millworks is a simple one: to create a regional destination which showcases Central Pennsylvania’s wonderful artistic talents as well as our region’s bountiful, sustainable agriculture.
Farm to table experience that is well worth it! Includes mini art galleries to visit.
Our server Mathew was great !
Great beer, food, and service! Highly recommend.
Very good lunch. We had the house cheeseburger and the catfish sandwich. Both were nicely done. The fried catfish sandwich was very different but a pleasant change. Service was excellent. Very nice atmosphere.
Steering and service were great! Easy and convenient parking. Food was good but the menu didn’t have anything spectacular on it. I’ll attribute some of that to slim picking for a farm to table restaurant in mid-winter. Really good cocktails, beer was hit and miss.
I’ll be back to see what is in the spring menu.
EVERYTHING was delicious from flight of beers, delicious Scallops and Beet Cake for dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. I came here by myself traveling on business. My only disappointment was not having friends who appreciate fine food and drink to share it with. I even took home a six pack of one of the awesome beers I tried - the Amsterdam Larger.
Clever and creative appearing food, but the taste and presentation was merely adequate, hardly much more than mediocre bar food.
Great menu! We will come back next time we are in town!
Went for Sunday Brunch with my husband and daughter. My husband had the smoked brisket pizza and a beer flight. Daughter also had a beer flight with her pancakes (:/)! Both enjoyed everything, and we even got a growler to go of the Cherrywood smoked rauchbier. I had the fried chicken with sausage gravy and biscuits. The bourbon maple syrup was amazing, as was the hot toddy I had! I wish I could remember our waiter's name, because he deserves some accolades. All around great experience and we will be back.
Was visiting from out of town and this place was a very cool spot! Loved the art galleries and shops in support of local artists. Food was great! Would definitely recommend!
The food was very well prepared and the onsite beer from there brewers were exciting and tasty.
Increadable food and delicious beer. The wait staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beer, drinks, and food. We had the brick oven pizzas. They were delicious, and I highly recommend them. We had reservations so we had zero wait time on a Saturday night at 7pm. Our food was served hot and relatively fast for how busy it was. The beer was cold and I loved the variety of beer they make. It's definitely a place I will come back to, and bring friends along with me.
Great experience from food quality to service
A great noontime lunch with friends. Pizzas are fabulous. As is the beer choice.
The food was incredible and the art was beautiful. My party and I were in the area visiting, and this was recommended to us. All of us loved the dishes we got and would definitely recommend Millworks to a friend. If you're in Harrisburg this is a must stop.
Great venue and service
The Millworks was the perfect place to catch up with my Sister. The parking is readily available, the staff are amazingly nice. We ordered the charcuterie board (urban picnic) and the waiter, Scott, explained it all to us. The beers were fantastic!!
However both myself and my companion became ill after eating at your restaurant. It lasted about 6 hours with great distress. The food tasted great but my mind is now tainted by becoming ill thus I may not return for quite a long time.
I am never disappointed and I always recommend the Millworks.
Great spot. We were in town for the Great Outdoor show and searched Trip Advisor for a local restaurant. Millworks has great reviews and we agree now having experienced the good and service. Meals were great. Our server Brian was a delight.
We have been to brunch at millworks before and comparatively this visit didn’t add up. Our order was delivered incorrectly and we had to as multiple times for basic things like syrup for the pancakes. If it hadn’t been so good before and this was our first visit I would not go back.
Delicious food and beverages with relaxed ambiance!
Great food and experience.
We always have a great time and great meal at Millworks. Love the beet salad and the desserts are a delicious indulgence.
Had not been to this section of Harrisburg for many years, and pleased to see such regeneration. Millworks was lively and spacious. Great brews and food. Definitely will be back soon.
My party really enjoyed the food at Millworks. We all were extremely pleased with our meal selections. Our waiter, Matt, did a fabulous job!
We were a really large group and had some last minute changes it the staff just rolled with it. Thanks for always making these business events so smooth and enjoyable!!
I enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant. Service was great. My only complaint is that the menus says it is a seasonal Dinner Menu. I have been here 3 times, spring, Fall and Winter and it is the same menu. To me seasonal means that the menu is going to change.
Excellent waitstaff, food and beer. Prompt friendly attention provided without being invasive.
This was another great experience at Millworks. Our food was excellent as we celebrated my mother's and daughter's birthday.
Extremely disappointed with our first time at the Millworks! The food was very poor. Chicken was burnt on one serving and steak was supposed to be done medium on another serving and was extremely rare. Both meals had to be sent back. Waitress was apologetic, but never heard from a manager.
Arrived on time for my reservation and was seated at a high top table. not my favorite but it was okay. The service was excellent and the food wonderful. Loved the kale and broccoli rabe warm salad, very tasty. Also, burger was cooked exactly as asked and was delicious. Draft ale beer was also very good. Would definitely go back.
Attentive server. Food and drinks were decent. Busy place to be on a Saturday night.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Millworks last Friday night. It was lively, with excellent food and great service. Loved the craft beer choices and ordered a flight of 4 beers to sample 4 from the many they offered. Aside from the dining, there was lots to see in the building and plenty of nearby parking. Definitely will return again. Highly recommend.
Always enjoy coming to the Mill Works. Food is excellent as is the staff.
We love the Millworks. My husband is SO hard to please, and he loves it, too. He said that his hamburger (he gets it just plain) was the best he has ever had! And he loved the beer!
The service was just right - the whole experience was wonderful.
Always fresh and delicious.. I tend to always order the 16 hour ramen, as it's one of my all time favorites!!
We really like the Millworks. The ambience is great and the food is some of the best in the area. This time, we set up our reservation through Open Table and planned to use our Open Table gift card, so we were disappointed to learn that although the Millworks participates in Open Table for reservations, it does not accept Open Table gift cards.
I loved our visit!! Amazing food and atmosphere. I highly recommend.
