I have driven past The Mill many times, but had never been until now. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Roswell restaurant. We were met with a complimentary valet service. Once we made it into the building we were greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The service was great, the food was delicious...the only MINOR issue I had was the music/environment was a little loud, but nothing really to complain about. Overall, this is a must try for the city of Roswell!

Our first visit and we shared the pork belly appetizer/small plate and the rib eye, prepared Mill style with Brussels sprouts and lobster mac & cheese. It was really good and we had enough leftovers for a light Sunday night dinner at home. Our only complaint was that our server was a little nervous and spilled wine from the decanter and then seemed to forget about us for awhile. We will return as we do like the farm to table concept and there are non-steak entrees we want to try.

My wife, brother and his wife met here and it was the first time for all of us, we absolutely loved everything, from the moment we walked in we were impressed. The food was fresh and expertly crafted creating a gastronomic adventure rarely found outside the biggest cities in the world. This is a must for anyone that enjoys great food and outstanding service in a cozy, warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Real gem in Roswell, great steaks and farm to table menu with seasonal and standard menu items.

We are regulars here and they never disappoint. We love sitting at the bar, and they have a nice selection of draft/craft beers, bottled beers, etc. We had a group of 8 at the bar, and had a great time and great food. Janice and Katie always take good care of us at the bar. Watch them make the "old" old fashioned, in the smoke infused glass with a burnt orange. It is a show, and it tastes great. THey also have a great selection of whiskey/scotch, and some pretty good wines.

This time we had the lobster sliders. Ask for a side of drawn butter, they are great. We also had the short rib, it is big enough to split, and is incredibly tasty, served with a 3-cheese grits, and brussell sprouts. Our group really enjoyed the evening.

The food was out of this world amazing! You could taste how fresh the ingredients were and how much thought was out in to creating the dishes. The vibe in the restaurant is so great. It was upscale, but comfortable and the noise level was just right for intimate dinner conversations. Our waitress, Rebecca, was so great at recommending appetizers, drinks, and even our meal. She made sure we were taken care of and was very personable. I highly recommend The Mill and will definitely be going back!

I took a friend for her birthday. It was her first time at the restaurant. We both loved it. Our waitress made it exceptionally wonderful! Her name is Maris. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very excited about the quality of the food served. I teased her that she should be the owner because she loved the food so much. She explained that all the food was locally grown. She was right because the food was extremely fresh. I had a chicken sandwich but it was probably the juiciest piece of chicken I've ever had.
The ambience is wonderful too. They have an amazing outdoor area but it was too cold to eat outside when we were there.
It is one of my new favorite restaurants.

Went in with great expectations. A great concept, but it was just okay. Food was good...not great. Service was fine. Great facility with a lot of potential.

Normally love this place... they had large crowd and everyone suffered. Slow drinks... 25 mins or so. (I thought we should get free round... nope)

Service and food off their normal game. Good place... but recommend Sundays and skip Saturday lunches. Still love this place but prob wont be back for sat lunch... when they are on they are on, alas same goes for when they are off.

My friend and I sat at the bar and had excellent service. Food was great and it was a fun atmosphere. Definitely a thumbs up.
