    Not quite the same experience as a few months ago. Food was good but not outstanding. Service was acceptable. We're not marking it off the list yet, but there are others in Roswell that provide an overall better experience.

    Chicken salad sandwich served with dried out chicken salad on a stale (toasted) croissant. Very nice waitstaff and great looking restaurant. I’ll be back for another try.

    The service was terrible. Once seated, it took 20 min for a server to come. We asked for a drink menu and it was another 10 min. Had a drink at bar after and the service was bad there too. Very disappointing.

    Ordered the Bolognese it was comped because it was so bad, son's steak was raw and had to be recooked. Music so loud was hard to talk to each other.

    This was our first time back since before the pandemic. I know they have a new chef and menu. We were excited to have brunch here because so many Roswell spots don’t take reservations for brunch and you have to do first come first served / wait instead. Our servers were lovely. And checked on us often. Almost too often. Lovely hostesses greeted us and took us to our table. The restaurant is clean and at 11:15am on a Saturday was almost empty while all the other spots down the strip were packed. I am someone who scopes out the social media of the restaurant before going and their socials had very little about their brunch offerings. So maybe it just isn’t well known for brunch? The 4 of us - 2 couples - ordered biscuits with butter and the baked brie with sourdough and fig jam. The biscuits with butter came out almost immediately. The biscuits were very soft and comforting. The Brie was good too but the sourdough it came with was covered in blue mold. My friend is pregnant and was half a piece of bread in before I noticed and stopped her. A manager came by and apologized profusely and brought us a new brie with biscuits instead of sourdough. The staff continued to apologize for the remainder of our time. Our main courses were avocado toast and the southern breakfast. Both were yummy and appeared fresh. But nothing about either dish was exceptional or exciting enough to come back. The space is so cute and the ample parking is so nice if you know anything about the downtown Roswell area. Maybe it’s better for lunch/dinner. I probably won’t be the one to report back on whether that’s true or not. I was not impressed enough to return any time soon.

    Doug, you were absolutely the best server! Also, Doug, you treated us with TLC. Just as if it was your own elegant kitchen. I went over to the chef and thanked him as well. We will definitely be back to see y'all! Thanks so much for making it a special day with my family.😊

    Food was outstanding. Service was good. We chose to eat outside, so it got a little chilly toward the end of the night, but we finished the evening in front of the outdoor fireplace, which was perfect!

    We came here for my fiftieth birthday dinner. The restaurant has a warm & inviting atmosphere. The decor is farmhouse & feels very cozy. The food was delicious! We enjoyed everything we ordered. The menu is a bit pricey but for a special occasion it was definitely worth it! We will be back!

    Nice choice of brunch food. Lots of noise outside and around bar but seated us in back where we could have good conversation. Food was flavorful and nicely presented. Never felt rushed

    We chose The Mill Kitchen to celebrate our daughter passing her final CPA exam. Our server, Alex, went above and beyond to make the evening special. My husband had the Delmonico Rib Eye and it was one of the best steaks either of us ever had. Our son chose the strip steak and it was also delicious. Mother had the "Three Little Pigs" and the dish was very flavorful with some of the best prepared brussel sprouts ever. Highly recommend any of these dishes. We were seated promptly upon arrival and all staff were friendly and engaging. The restaurant appeared very clean and well kept inside and out. We greatly enjoyed our evening and would definitely go back for future occasions!

    Service top notch and new menu items delicious - pimento grilled cheese and steaks superb. Frozen key lime pie was a hit as well. Noisy table near us was annoying but not The Mill’s fault

    We had a good experience. We will be back. Service was OK and the food was great. The ambiance was wonderful. They have their own parking lot which cannot be said for other downtown restaurants. Overall four stars.

    Outstanding meal and great service from Marco. Asked for special spritz and it was perfect! The fried chicken and mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. Wish I had chosen another side as the green beans did not measure up to the other food. The Caesar salad was excellent but needed more dressing. Should have asked for it. The pecan crunch dessert was so good we ate it all and normally just eat a few bites of the dessert. We were able to sit outside and it was delightful. We need to go to this restaurant more often.

    My dad and I routinely meet at the Mill for brunch because it is halfway between our homes. The food and service are always on point. Marissa was a tall drink of fresh air. She was personable and a delight to have as a server. The patio is a destination (weather permitting) and the facility has several options to host larger parties and events. The Mill is the Deal!

    We typically love the Mill and we will defiantly be back but there were a couple of things this time around that prompted me to write a quick review.... something I NEVER do! 1- First the noise level in the large backroom is getting unbearable especially if you have the misfortune to dine with a very "joyful" group and they are all trying to talk over each other. Our waiter was great and patient but I believe I caught maybe one of three words he said all night! 2- A couple of people in my party mentioned that the food very sweet, like WAY too sweet, especially when it's a burger! LOL. Just thought I'd pass that on. Overall, service, cocktails and food very nice. The noise level was really bad and made us want to leave as quickly as possible.

    Can't help but love The Mill Kitchen & Bar for our casual special occasion experiences. I chose this place for our little family dinner because they always take care of us, the food never disappoints, and we always know what to expect.     Service was a little slow but that is par for the course these days. Lovely outdoor patio - comes with road noise, but it was a perfect early fall night. Best octopus EVER. Fantastic shrimp and grits. Worth it for a splurge or special occasion.

    Had an excellent experience at The Mill last night and it now has become one of my top restaurant picks in the Roswell/Canton St area. While it has been a firmly established restaurant for years, I believe they hired a new chef and their menu, now rivals the best the area has to offer, hands down. We were there with a party of five and we all were wowed by the food and enjoyed the friendly service.

    It was a beautiful day. We sat outside which was lovely. Our waitress was very polite. She told us about the specials. She gave us some time to decide what we wanted. The food was delicious. The waitress didn’t rush us at all. It was a very lovely experience. I love The Mill. The food and service is always delightful!
