Ladies night out - four of us - out on the town meal option, two drinks each and a bill that was almost $400! It had been a very long time since I had visited the Melting Pot - and now I remember why! We should have avoided the chain restaurant and gone for a small business, probably with better food and a lot less expensive! Logistics drove our decision - it was across from the movie theater.....costly lesson learned.

My husband and I came here for Valentine’s Day tonight. The service and food were amazing as usual. Such a fun way to spent a date night! We usually come here just to order cheese fondue and dessert—it’s the best part! Our server Sammi (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is the sweetest human you will ever meet. Our experience was made even better by our server Rachel. She seemed to be an expert on everything Melting Pot. She kept the meal moving at a pace that wasn’t too fast or too slow. She explained the menu, the courses, the items and the dipping sauces without pretense and made our special night even more special. Give Rachel a raise…we will come back to see her and we will send our friends and neighbors to The Melting Pot to see her. It was refreshing, during this time of reduced staffing and seemingly reduced service levels, to get great service.

Restaurant is very well built in the way that you always feel privacy and aren’t too often starting at someone else having dinner/someone staring at you. I went for an anniversary and I was able to purchase flowers through the restaurant when they called me 30 minutes before my reservation to check if I was still coming before we arrived at our table. It has a lot of options with very high quality food and the dessert was by-far the best dessert I’ve had anywhere. I was skeptical of how good an expensive chain like this could do but it is absolutely phenomenal. You also get to take home the flowers and vase after your meal!

The general manager contacted me ahead of the reservation to help me pick out the menu for our large party of 15. She was awesome. Our hostess that checked us in, we were early, not a problem!!! Seated us right away! Our waitress was so wonderful. She greeted us with ice waters and a smile to begin… We never waited and the service was excellent. Food was excellent and it was just a great time!!

Our waitress was way to pushy in getting us in and out. Between being taken to our table and paying our check, it was 1 hour. The waitress even had our total check ready for us to pay as soon as we finished our meal and before we discussed desserts. The waitress also checked in on us way too often even though we said we were fine 5 min into eating our food.

My husband and I went for our 16th wedding anniversary. We’ve been to several Melting Pots on the east Coast. This by far had the best waitress, Sammy. She gave recommendations, was attentive and energetic. 10/10 for our experience!
