We have been wanting to try this place for a while now. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The cheese fondue was very, very watery, it just was not good. The meat did not taste good, didn’t like the seasoning or the cooking base at all. It was extremely pricey. We didn’t even stay for dessert. We will not be going back.
Tried this out of the blue - had no idea what to expect. Lovely, zen-like ambiance, server was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Cocktails were spectacular for the eyes as well as the palate. Food was very good - novel approach. Definitely an experience! I would recommend highly, and will absolutely be back.
There are gluten free options, low-cal. (Neither of which did we utilize.)
The experience was simply perfect from the moment we walked it. Our waiter was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well. We choose to go the chocolate route and it was an exceptional experience. Their chocolate covered strawberries were to die for. It was a long drive for us but worth it. I would definitely come back again.
Food was delicious... just everything took a long time. Took 20 mins to get the check. In the end left cash as got fed up of waiting. It wasn’t that busy either. Other than that was good.

This is my second time at Melting Pot and even though this was not a special occassion, I felt special. Every staff member is just so polite, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I love the fondue vibe and the dessert was amazing! Fun experience cooking your own food. Can't wait to come back
Lots of fun for a special occasion and for girls’ get-together. Takes a long time for the four course dinner, allowing lots of good talking time. Very expensive - not a great value but worth it for an occasional fun dinner.

How can endless cheese fondue be bad, really?! This was an event worth making the trip for. We ate cheese until...we couldn't! YUM!

It is more for something different and out of the ordinary. The food is good but nothing special as its all about how you cook it yourself at your table. It is worth a try for the experience, I promise.

We love the melting pot, and this was a nice one. Charming staff, reliable food as expected. We had a Gorgonzola Adventure with the Wisconsin Trio. Recommend. Thanks for a fun family night.
The food and atmosphere were excellent. Our waiter couldn't have been better. It was a great experience for my 7 year old daughter.

Had such a great time
Waitress did not comply with our request to not be rushed. She said to let her know when we were ready to order, but yet she kept coming back to see if we were ready. Each course came out before we were finished with the previous one ....we were very rushed and the restaurant wasn't that busy !
The food is of very good quality, the beverages are efficient and the service is very friendly. Your first time will be a crash course in fondue, and wished I had a cheat sheet for the entrees; although the server was always readily available for a consult or reiteration. Smaller groups for less distraction would make for an easier first time experience.
