This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. The last two times we've gone, it's been a nightmare. High prices, slow service, unfresh food. What a shame.

Excellent fondue, cheese, beef, chicken. Shrimp. Dessert and even the salad was great. Very enjoyable. The different sauces are great. My favorite. Coq au vin

We were a group of three, including a vegetarian, and the staff was most accommodating. They spent a huge amount of time going over the menu options, and verified numerous items to ensure that they were "vegetarian friendly." The food was delicious, and abundant. We were old friends getting together, and did not feel rushed at all - just the opposite - we were there much longer than we expected. (I'm not saying the service was slow; I'm saying they respected our desire to not be rushed.) I have gone before with my family for special occasions, and we've always enjoyed the experience. This visit, with friends, convinced my friends that this was a place to enjoy!

Overall a great experience. We had Steve as a server and he was very accomodating. We had several people with food allergies and he was able to juggle all of it. Only complaint, which is every time we go to melting pot is that it just takes a very long time for the meal between cleaning up between courses and setting up the new pots always takes time.

It was absolutely freezing. I had to wear my jacket the entire time. Our waiter was... enthusiastic, to say the least. Always interjecting into our personal conversations offering his opinion. He is a great waiter, but is young and must be directed not to do so for it is inappropriate.

Overall the food was delicious and ambiance would have received an all-star review if it wasn’t for the frigid temperature and awkward service.

It is insane that I would make a reservation for 7:30 and then be asked to wait 30 minutes for a table. I thought that was the point of making a reservation. After that service was great.

Excellent food and service! We go to the Melting Pot at least a couple of times per year. The food never disappoints and the service is top notch. The only thing is that it is quite dark in there. And it gets noisy too.

My wife and I like to go to the Melting Pot for our anniversary and Valentines day. They have private booth seating, which is nice. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We always have a good time and like the booths. It is a pleasure to recommend them. If you enjoy fondue every so often, this place is the way to go.

Aleksi was our server and the best thing about the restaurant next to the cheese fondue(the only thing we really loved there). The salad & entrees were just okay and the chocolate fondue somewhat disappointing....expensive night out for a mediocre meal

After spilling an entire tray of beverages on us (water, sodas, red wine!) the restaurant gave us a free serving of cheese (or they forgot to ring it up, no one will ever know), nothing else was done. I get it accidents happen, it's not a huge deal, but the restaurant should have done a bit more. We dropped over $300, and had to enjoy our dinner soaking wet covered in red wine. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth, $300 lighter and needing a trip to the dry cleaner to get the red wine out of our clothes. Disappointed overall.

It's our second time at this restaurant celebrating my son's birthday. The big problem is that some booths are very poorly lit, so we had to use the flashlight to be able to read the menu. Hard to take good pictures, too.
The menu is pretty confusing, even for someone who's already been to the place, let alone a person who came for the first time.
We were 3 adults and 3 kids. We took 2 meals from the kids menu and one 4-course meal. It's still very vague how we managed to get it all sorted out with 2 places for the pots. Maybe the kids meal was supposed to be one cheese and one broth, but we ended up having one cheese for both kids and one broth.
Anyway, it's quite an experience for the family, kids like the concept. The dark chocolate flambe was out of this world!
The waitress was nice, but I had to go search for her a few times - whether it was to clean up a spilled drink or bring more napkins, or get her to pick up the credit card for charge. She also forgot to bring the salad, so we only got it after we finished everything but before the chocolate.

The food is good, not great. The cheese and dessert fondues were delicious. The main entree fondues were "okay". The atmosphere is fun and the service is friendly. However, I gave the service only 2 stars because the bus staff was a little too eager to clear away our table. They kept coming back to our table reaching for our plates while we chatting and taking our time eating. It made us feel rushed like they wanted us out so they could seat the next table. Other than that, it was a fun evening. Would go back for the cheese and/or dessert.

It was a fun evening with friends. We spent almost 3 hours having dinner. Our server was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, he made the evening very nice. The cheese fondue was excellent. We were a little challenged getting the cooking of our food just right, but the dessert fondue made it all worthwhile.

The service was horrible. We went for my sons birthday, payed for the birthday balloons at the table and she forgot to bring cake and candle with the dessert. we waited 45 minutes between dinner and dessert and the place only had a few tables. It took over 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order, she didn't refill any of the drinks without us asking several times. I have been to several other Melting Pot locations and have never had the horrible service I encountered here. She brought the dinner out and none of the condiments, no manager was present in the dining room and she even tried to tell us to bring the dessert home.

This is my 3rd trip to a Melting Pot Restaurant, and I guess the novelty of it is wearing off, I know I can get much better seasoned meats and serving of food from other places for less then what I pay at Melting Pot...welcoming wasn't cordial, music wasn't clear. Occasion was 46th wedding anniversary.
