We went for a chocolate only birthday dessert and we were quickly and efficiently served. Food was delicious and elegantly presented.

Our waiter was really fun but the amount of food was not worth the money. Main course needed seasoning added. Didn’t have much flavor. I’d probably go back for cheese or chocolate but I wouldn’t make a special trip again

We chose to have a family “going away” party at the Tulsa location this week. The waiter was very patient with all of us and repeated the instructions a few times. He was entertaining. We appreciate him for putting up with us being boisterous!

Our first time dining at the Melting Pot was enjoyed greatly by my daughter and I. A terrific new experience that we will sure do again. It is a bit expensive for anytime dining but am looking forward to the next trip so we can try out something else on the menu. The food was great as was the service and the chocolate was excellent.

I wish that the patio special had been mentioned when we checked in as it was a beautiful evening but overall the experience was fantastic! The restaurant layout of the Tulsa location is definitely superior to the OKC layout and the free parking is a big plus!

We had a wonderful time at The Melting Pot—we always do! I love the ambiance, the friendliness and helpfulness of the servers, and it's always so much fun doing a full four-course fondue dinner. It's a great place to go!

My wife and I had a great experience at The Melting Pot. The server, Christina, was polite and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and we both left with full bellies. They even had special packages available to make our wedding anniversary even more memorable. I highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone who wants to have a romantic evening with your loved one.

Good but not great.

We love hotpot. It doesn't matter if it is chinese, japanese, korean, etc. Melting Pot offers a differnt and unique style of hotpot and we come here a few times a year.

It seems the taste and quality have gone down or could be we have been so get-used-to and do not feel anything special. I will continue come to this place and recommend it.

Wonderful dining experience! It was my first time going and my wife’s third time. Will definitely take her there more often. Very romantic setting in a dim-lit, secluded booth.

Exect to spend $100 minimum for dinner for two! Hubby and I enjoyed each enjoyed the four course meal including cheese fondue ( pictured below), salad, entree fondue, and dessert fondue! We also each enjoyed two cups of the handcrafted teas! (I'm in love with the BlackBerry Sage) Exceptional food, and outstanding service. Perfect for social occasions or a romantic night out! The four course dining experience last two to two and a half hours! Well worth the cost!

We went here for our anniversary meal- neither of us had ever been before but we have friends that rave about it.
We felt 2.5 hours is too long for dinner, plus we really didn’t care for our steak lovers dinner or the sauces brought out with it. Both of us felt sick the entire next day. Not sure we’ll return again.

My husband and I always enjoy going to the Melting Pot. It’s our go-to place for special occasions like our anniversary. It’s something different and interactive. It’s pricey though so that’s why we have to keep it as our special place. The chocolate fondue is the best part!

This was our first visit to the Melting Pot, and it well exceeded our expectations. We took my husband’s parents there for our first vacation meal, and two days later they were STILL talking about how much they enjoyed it! Our waitress treated us like “family” and patiently explained everything as many times as we needed. We will definitely be back!

Very humid and hot inside the restaurant. I couldnt taste an ounce of Carmel in the Turtle chocolate fondu. Service was extremely slow, but hey it’s chocolate and it was pretty good. Had the gluten free option, which could have been better. Maybe gluten free pretzels or other choices besides pineapple and blackberries and chocolate.

This was my third trip to the Melting pot, but the first at this location, and the first for a date. The “Lover’s Lane” booth was a perfect size for a romantic, yet fun, date. Our server was Hannah and she was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The menu is a little expensive, but I think the time spent here was well worth it. We will definitely come back.

I'm not sure why it seemed to take longer than normal. The time in between the main course and dessert took exceptionally long. At the two hour mark during our meal, we had to leave. We ended up taking our dessert to go. Not quite the best way to enjoy chocolate fondue. Also, it was a much smaller amount of chocolate.

This was my first time to The Melting Pot. I found the menu very confusing, as did everyone in my party. It was not clear that the whole table had to decide on ONE style of cooking. Even the waiter's explanation was confusing and we had to ask for clarification.
For someone who hasn't been, you must ALL agree as to which type of cooking liquid you want; three are broth-based, and one is oil-based. Then you all get to pick some different types of meats (and even ravioli) that you'd like to cook in that broth. That was difficult because some chose beef, some seafood, some poultry, etc., so some meats were more conducive to other kinds of cooking liquid.
Once that was decided, you get the meats brought to you. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was totally raw!! The waiter cranks up the heat on the pot of broth on your cooktop table and then you're responsible for keeping all your different colored forks straight (everyone gets their own set of four colored forks), and it's up to YOU to cook each item long enough. The guideline was that chicken takes 1 1/2 minutes, which was wrong because the chicken was uncooked at the 1 1/2 minute mark. We found ourselves setting the times on our Iphones to keep it all straight and to not have raw meat. And then you had to remember which of your forks you put in when! Also, you must be careful of cross contamination and not put a raw piece of meat near your cooked pieces!
All this cooking and stress and the bill was shockingly high! I did ALL the cooking! Why was the bill so high? Sorry, I just don't get the charm. Obviously it's a very popular chain, so I must be in the minority thinking that way, but I won't be going back. I've decided if I'm going to drop a couple of hundred dollars going out with friends, I want to be SERVED my dinner; not cook it myself.

This is our favorite restaurant for special occasions. The service was fast, the food was amazing and the customer service was incredible. We had an incident with the bus boy and the manager couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Would highly recommend The Melting Pot to anyone looking for a nice dinner out.

The experience I had was horrible. I left a review on the official Melting Pot website so the issues could be discussed in a private matter, but received no response so they will now be posted publicly. The main issues of the night involved our bill total being changed without notice (we received the bill and gave our card to the waitress only to have a higher bill be brought back: without any explanation and the card had already been charged). On top of this, the staff had been notified of a food allergy prior to the date and the waitress still brought the item out (a blue cheese sauce) and it caused an allergic reaction which made not only the night but the next day quite unenjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment and wish the experience had been better.

Clearly it's been too long since I last ate at the Melting Pot, because I forgot I almost can't handle the 4-course meal. Expensive? Yes (thanks to Totally Awesome 80's, though, for covering most of the tab!). Worth it? Yes. Would I go back? Absolutely. I'll try to remember to just get an entreé, though...then I might actually be able to try the dessert, too!

We go here every year for our anniversary because it's a little pricey for everyday. Love the romantic atmosphere. This time was a little odd because they had just changed menus so our food took a little more time to get than it should but otherwise all went well.

Our server was wonderful, and the entire staff was incredibly intentional. Went there for my friend's birthday and they gave us a card signed by everyone! They also decorated her dessert plate and made her feel very special on her birhtday. She also happens to have down syndrome, so it was extra awesome and meaningful for her. Thank you so much!!!
