Wonderful place. We like to go for special occasions as it's on the west side of town and we live on the far east side.

Bad news is we're going to miss it. We received an e-mail this morning indicating it's now closed indefinitely. The franchisee is looking for a new location but has not found one and there is no date set for a re-opening.

Our waitress Ashley was extra considerate and friendly. She reminded us of our safety needs and the best way to cook the meat. We enjoyed a stess free meal largely due to her attentiveness.

I took my Papi and 9 year old sister to this restaurant. We had a wonderful time. I'm glad my sister got to try a dining experience so different from her usual ones. I also feel like handling the fondue forks and cooking her meat selections let her be involved in a new way.
The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive and polite.
Bit pricey for this to be a regular choice, but still a great price per person when you consider just how much we really received.

Food is good. Service is great. However, you get more food for your money elsewhere.

We made a reservation for Sunday night to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and we were offered some birthday specials but we kindly declined and instead we were brought back to a romantic curtain table where a card wishing my boyfriend a Happy Birthday was signed by all the staff~! Such a pleasant surprise I made him take it with us as a keepsake. Our server Craig was hands down one of the best, if not the best, servers I've ever had. Very kind and funny and laughed along with us! Earned his tip for sure and we will definitely be back, if not requesting to be served by him again.
Of course it's always a bit pricy but the food is well worth it and always a great eat. We plan to make this our go to place for all of our special occasions.

Over all, our dining experience at the Melting Pot was lovely. The food was delicious! It's such fun to have lots of different little bites to try, and to get to play with your food!! I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Melting Pot to anyone, especially for a date, or other romantic evening or special occasion... with the following caveat. My only complaint is the wine list. The list isn't very impressive to begin with, and they were out of several things, making the options even more limited. Also, the fact that they don't have a single bottle of really nice champagne is a major disappointment--a restaurant of this quality (and at this price point!) where people are likely to go to celebrate should absolutely have at least one really nice bottle of bubbles. [One other quick side note: Moscato di Asti is NOT a wine that you'd want to drink with appetizers or your meal; it's much too sweet, and really should be on the dessert menu. But instead it's the only bottle of sparkling wine on the regular wine menu that is offered by the glass.] Finally, our waiter was quite new, and not old enough to drink, so he was really no help with the wine situation. They sent Edward over from the bar to try to advise us, and although he was wonderful, if the wine selection isn't very good to start with, even the loveliest of advisors won't be able to save the day. So please, Melting Pot, revise and update your wine menu so that it matches the quality and deliciousness of your food!!

Celery is not a good dipper! Ask for the broccoli. Service is great! Spend the extra for another serving of cheese or chocolate.

As this being our first time to the Melting Pot. The staff was very friendly. They gave a detailed explanation of the menu and answered all questions we had. The entrée was not really my style but I will definitely be back for the cheese and chocolate.

We were celebrating our daughters 27th birthday during this visit. When we arrived at the table the center piece we paid 29.99 for looked like it was something a 5 year old put together! Once we ordered the server disappeared and we only saw him 3 times in almost 2.5 hours. Our drinks were not filled in a timely manner and we asked for extra sauce twice and never received it. We cancelled the second round of steak because it had been 15 mins and still not at the table. Speaking of steak the filet mignon was very fatty and not tender at all. Then it was time for the bill and he brought us 2 different bills with different amounts. His excuse was the manger took off a discount that she put on the bill. This was unfortunately not a great experience and we will not be back.

The Melting Pot Restaurant was a fun experience. We got to try a different take on a cheese fondue, plus try a variety of dippers. The Melting Pot would be a great spot for a romantic dinner. Overall, we had a really great time!

The food was very good but the service was not bad but very disrespectful and made my fiance feel uncomfortable. The entire night our server Jeremy kept looking at my fiance's breasts and it made her feel very uncomfortable. The busser, was even worse. He kept doing the same thing as Jeremy was and stayed at the table much longer than he needed to just so he could be a pervert just like his buddy Jeremy. They should be lucky that I wasn't carrying that night. Overall if you want to have your significant other get visually molested then this is your place or at least feel respected as a woman, but if you want to feel comfortable maybe try a different restaurant where Jeremy or a perverted busser does not work at.
