   Dinner took a long time, 3 hours. Our reservation was for peak dining time so plan accordingly. Our server was new or so he said, which added to the long dinning experience. The water in the pot for the cheese fondue course totally evaporated. I told the server that but he ignored me, turned the burner on and proceeded to start the cheese fondue. It completely smoked us out and we had to leave the table while he went to get a new pot and re-start heating the water. There was too much garlic in the cheese fondue. There were no support staff to help refill waters, clear dishes and support the server which also slowed down service. I pre-paid for a celebration package which we did not receive. The night was unforgettable but not in a positive way

   We tried Melting Pot for the first time today for Mothers Day. It was very enjoyable. Our wait staff was amazing and very attentive. They had a varied delicious set menu for Mothers Day. As first timers we needed tips on how the process worked and our waitress got us up to speed in no time. All good and we will be back.

    Server never lit our candle. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. Had to ask other wait staff for water refills After we did not recieve what we had requested from our server, we had to ask other staff to check on our items.

    The cheese fondue and chocolate were amazing. Tia was the best waitress, kind, funny and helpful. It was a very busy night with proms going on and Tia and the rest of the wait staff were quick and efficient. Kudos!

    Things have really changed (sarcastically) "thanks to Covid". With the food (start to finish) each course was worst than the last. The cheese was thick, stringy (and unless fondue has changed, it should've been smooth and easy to dip), and significantly less than pre-Covid; it was literally gone after about 5 or 6 dips, heck half of the board went untouched because the cheese was gone. I skipped the salad. Entrée course let's start with, upon arrival I was asked if there were any food allergies and I said "Yes, anaphylaxis to mushrooms and bananas", they said ok and seated us. Imagine my surprise when they set the plates down and I see the veggie plate has whole mushrooms and the meat plate has mushroom ravioli! I then reminded Mandy that I have an allergy and she swapped out the plates (thank you); but please tell me why there was only 2 butchered semi-chunks of steak, 3 shrimp, 2 fatty pieces of chicken, and 4 pieces of salmon for 2 people at $140! Finally the chocolate course, imagine my surprise again when the dipper plate was sat on the the table with bananas on the strawberries and cold chocolate fondue. My final bill was $588 and the only reason we didn't get up and leave is because we were celebrating my husband's birthday. When the check came out, we had to have it adjusted a few times for items that we hadn't received. She made sure to highlight the tip area as she closed our bill. What really sucked is that she started out attentive, but as the time passed were saw her less and less. We've been going to the Melting Pot for years but this visit was definitely enough to make it our last time.

    It was amazing and the service was wonderful. We had a party of 6 adult/ young adults/teens However we were sat next to a tables with screaming yelling small children. The parents and were loud as well. They also said that the room was private. Thank goodness they finished and left before our main course arrived to the table. My bill was over $600 with tip Thank you, Goldie

    Server was rude and she complained about her tables. Online and on the menu said the menu could be modified so the server said no. Any additions she charged us for that have always been free and she didn't deliver drinks until our dinner course. Manager was useless. This is the worst service and experience we've ever had at melting pot. For the server to want something her way surprised she couldn't follow health code and keep her long nails short, and they were acrylic nails with gems all over. Thanks for making our food table side with the bacterial breeding factory

    The melting pot is an iconic treat for special occasions. Doing anything but the 4 course and you are cheating yourself. The staff have the timing down and keep the food coming without rushing you. In all this is someplace you go once every few years. For the same price there are lots of other options.

    My experience could have been better knowing what I know now. First of all, if you plan on having a party of you 4 or more, you will definitely want to request a two top table. If not, you have to share one pot. It's not good if you have someone with allergies. There were some other small issues, but it was not worth mentioning. The manager did make it right.

    Our server was not only slow and failed to check in regularly, but also forgot multiple requests like silverware, beverages, etc. it took 45 minutes for our beverages to arrive, and linger for our first course. Drinks were made inconsistently, and one had to be sent back as it simply did not taste good at all. Parking is also a challenge - add 10-15 minutes extra time before your reservation to find a parking spots. We’ve been to several Melting Pots before in different cities and had great experiences. This location did not live up to the others and was quite disappointing, especially for the cost.

    It was my boyfriends 28th birthday and I surprised him with dinner here. We didn’t know what to expect but we LOVED IT. We are more than we thought we would because everything is just sooo good! I asked for wine placed on the table upon arrival and it was there ready to go as wel as our server bringing out a HAPPY BIRTHDAY dessert that was unexpected! She was amazing and very sweet! I just wish I remembered her name 🙁 Everything was just lovely from the food to the environment. Definitely will be going again soon.

    Me and my boyfriend were celebrating Valentine’s Day . I was disappointed in the martinis especially for the price I paid for them. They charged me so muchh to substitute Belvedere, anywhere else it’s a $4-5 up charge (Anthony’s for example) which is considered to be upscale like melting pot, if not more upscale. I was charged $10 per drink to sub Rum for Belvedere, and my first martini had too much simple and tasted like cough syrup (love martini). My second two were better but very sub par for a $22 martini 😅 And not to mention it was taking a loonnggg time for my martinis to come as I ordered them. When I ordered my second I’m sure if I timed it , it took 15 minutes to come . When you are trying to enjoy a Valentines date and pay 265 after tipping for 2 people , you expect better. The waitress was nice and Friendly . I don’t know where the beverage problems were happening, but they were happening! This was our second time here for a date but I think for the price we will book Texas de Brazil next time . The food is good, up charge for my preferred liquor is reasonable , and the drinks come within 5-10 minutes after I order them 🤷🏽‍♀️

    We chose to come in the day after valentine's day because I didn't like the mandatory valentines menu. I was very excited for my yearly melting pot and was extremely disappointed. We were given minimal dippers I had to keep asking for more. We had to wait extra long because the cast iron griddle was not heated correctly so it wasn't ready when our meat came out. Then the smallest amount of desert dippers came out. there was chocolate left over so I asked for more strawberries and brownies. I was given ONE strawberry sliced and 2 brownies... For 3 people... Very disappointed with this experience not at all worth the $200 we paid for the "bigger" night out. Somehow the bigger night out turned out to be less food. We literally left hungry which for $200 I should be so full I can't move. So I guess don't go the day after a holiday because you'll get the scraps left over.

    We went on Valentine's Day to have a very special first-time experience at The Melting Pot. The food was good, and we did enjoy ourselves, but the service left us skeptical about coming back. I had to ask for water. Our Champagne was never put on ice like all the other guests. The server never explained to us what our dipping sauces were. For the price we paid at what is supposed to be an up-scale restaurant, I would not recommend or go back for a Valentine's Day dinner.

    The Melting Pot was such a fantastic experience! The food, the service and the atmosphere where all top notch. Being able to turn a meal into an fun activity really keeps you engaged with whomever you choose to bring. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once, and especially anyone looking to break the ice if on a first date.
