Although it's kind of pricey, this is a great place for a date night. It has a quiet, romantic atmosphere and the service was very good. As for the food, the cheese and chocolate were excellent. The shrimp, chicken and steak were good, but nothing particularly special. Overall, we had a very nice time.

This place is not worth the $200+ spent on the dinner. The food is mediocre and the "experience" was nothing to write home about. Bathrooms were very messy and when brought to the managers attention he seemed to not care.

Soup was cold, cheese was freezer burned, one burner never boiled, dessert was the best course. Our fault for going on Valentine’s Day. Not hyperbole when I say it was probably the worst $100+ per person meal I’ve ever had.

Amazing food and service! This venue was a little more open than other Melting Pots I’ve been to so that was a little different.

I wish I had known that the private booths reserve way faster and are an extra charge for them. It would’ve made the night much more romantic.

Fabulous dinner! This is our favorite place for a fancy date night! We just had our 1 year anniversary and not only did they meet my request for a lovers lane both, but they put rose petals and candles on the table! So special! Would recommend this to anyone for a special occasion!!!

Interesting experience and very unique. Kids loved the fun with the food. The server was outstanding! The food was mediocre at best. Salmon was super fishy, meat was basic and even the lobster bland. Lots of variety but very small portions. Food definitely over-priced especially considering that you are cooking it yourself.

There were 4 of us and using one pot for the price is ridiculous. It should be 1 pot per 2 ppl. I would go back for the cheese if you put some spice in it...very bland and the chocolate. Boiling my meat added no flavor and was a struggle with 4 ppl and one pot. Overall it was a different experience but it will not be a regular place to dine.

We went to The Melting Pot for our anniversary and I wish I would have gone somewhere else. It was fun to cook your own food in the pot but it was way over priced. The veggies were old and brown, the pastries for the dessert were definitely bought from a supermarket and for the price of the entrees, there could have been a lot more. Also, our waiter disappeared halfway through our meal leaving the hostess and manager to quickly help us after they realized we were left without service. This was definitely not worth the money.

felt like I was eating in a phone booth, very cramped. The food was good but ridiculously over priced. Took 20 minutes to get a table I had reservations for. The server was a delight however I will not eat there again.

The Melting Pot had been on my "bucket list" for quite some time. I enjoy fine dining and do not mind higher range prices as long as the quality of food and experience matches the cost. In this case, the food quality was far below the cost. The overall experience and the food, especially, was a major disappointment.

Birthday Celebration
Our first time dining here, we were suggested to ask for four 4 entries but it was too much food for teenagers!
Next time we will order less food to avoid wasting money and food.

Loved the options for cheese, meats, and chocolates. Went on a double date, and had a blast. Prices are still a little stiff, but makes it more special to go out and experience once or twice a year.

My boyfriend and I came here for our 1st anniversary. We had a private booth with the “Touch of Romance” package which gave our special night an extra special feeling. The food and service was phenomenal! I am so happy my partner and I chose to celebrate such a special moment in our life at the restaurant.

I would not recommend this restaurant for anything. This was the second and final visit to this establishment and I will be sure to make sure everyone I know does not waste their time or money. For starters, the lights were so bright, we had to put the black cloth napkins over the light pendants. When have you ever been to dinner where the lights were too bright...seriously, they were painful even to my 82 year old father. Then at 8:00pm when my dad asked for a coffee refill we were told they were out of coffee. In Scottsdale, AZ they were out of coffee. When I spoke to the Asst. manager Emily about this, she couldn't be more rude or more uninterested. Where are we? The food is average at best and after 3.5 painful hours and a $400 dinner bill I was done. Time and money not well spent...do not make the same mistake we did!!

Recently, I started dating someone who is vegan & had avoided The Melting Pot since i’ve Always had ‘family’ style meals there.
Well they have tables with double hot plates & vegetarian selections so we had a fantastic meal without any hassle or challenge meeting our very different dietary needs!
The Melting Pot doesn’t disappoint!

I'm very disappointed with the melting pot. They always give you hassle over reservations. My experiences with them throughout the years haven't changed. I remember the first time I visited: They treated me like a smelly homeless dog, and guilt-tripped me, just because I happened to stop by and try to get a table without a reservation. No melted cheese for me that night. I've never been treated so poorly in my life by a restaurant for daring to come without a reservation.

This restaurant has an "our way or the highway" attitude, and it shows in every one way. I visited them a week ago twice in separate occasions. The first time, we left a note giving them feedback because we weren't satisfied. Instead of accepting our feedback like a responsible business, they responded by tightening up credit card requirements for OpenTable reservations. We found out because my husband decided to give them another chance and take our whole family for Christmas dinner and they demanded a credit card to reserve. That's not the worst part: They called my husband, after he reserved our table online for eight people, just to see how much we were planning on spending. They specifically wanted to know if we were planning on getting their most expensive menu items. I believe they were trying to decide whether or not to cancel our reservation.

All these issues are born out of this anti-customer mentality they have. To them, you are just a nuisance, an enemy that needs to follow rules, pay up, and shut up. And until enough people leave bad reviews and start punishing them financially like they deserve, they will not learn.

Very disappointed customer.
