Great food, fun place to eat, different than your usual meal.

They have to fix the atmosphere, they went from a place where each couple felt like they were in a quiet private booth with low lighting to a feeling of a room with a lot of booths and too much lighting. They have really affected the experience.

This place has taken a huge step backwards. It used to have very dim lighting that created each little booth into its own private sitting area. The low lights encouraged low voice conversations and it had a high-end feel to it. Now it is bright like a McDonalds. It changed the entire feel of the meal and ambiance. The menus used to be nice menus now they resemble something just nicer than a waffle house.

The food was good, service was good, and we enjoyed ourselves, but it didn't have the high end feel it used to have. For $100+ a couple, I think this is a major mistake and step backwards.

I would recommend the restaurant re-evaluate their changes. My wife and I have been going here for almost 15 years and this was the first time we left feeling disappointed.

This is one of the better Melting Pot locations we have visited. Somehow we ended up with an odd waitress who told us she was vegetarian!🙀No coffee or cappuccino available as machine not functioning! Will return!

This was our first time at The Melting Pot and it exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was friendly, helpful & attentive without hovering. The seating was semi-private and quiet, allowing nice conversation. The food was delicious. The chocolate dessert was the BEST!!

We first met at a Melting Pot and we go back each year to commemorate that. Tonight was as good as it has ever been and Martin, our server, made everything perfect. Timing was good, his prep of the cheese was the best we've had from anyone, and he helped us make the best choices based on what we indicated we liked or remembered liking. Dinner here is always a 2-hour event but you don't notice the time because everything is spaced out to perfection. We'll certainly return and hopefully we'll remember Martin's name. He's the best server we've had at any Melting Pot we've been to!

Every time my wife and I visit this location we have a remarkable experience. The atmosphere is always comfortable, quiet, and cozy for the two of us. The perfect setting to have an intimate date night!! This time was no different and we had an unexpected bonus with our server, Dre. He was a very knowledgeable and funny young man that fit our personalities and made our time with you unforgettable. Thanks, for such a great experience!!!

Terrible service. Waiter told us he was just trying to make it through the day. Our cheese fondue was supposed to have garlic. He said the kitchen ran out of garlic. Then we saw two other tables get garlic - one even got extra garlic in their cheese! We had specifically gone for the kids eat free promotion. When we sat down we mentioned it. The waiter made it seem like he was doing us a favor since the "ticket" didn't say that already. I had made the reservation through open table. The promotion was clearly listed on the Melting Pot website and it did not specify that you had to make special reservations. Then we found out that since the kids shared our cheese and chocolate course they were charged for that. A total of $20!!!!! The decor if you can call it that is very dated. I haven't been to a Melting Pot for years and I will never go back.

I go to The Melting Pot Roswell frequently and have visited other The Melting Pots in other areas. I enjoy the food and the private ambiance. They have made some changes recently to the vegetarian selection, most of which are not for the best. The new tofu is a great change. The asparagus, artichoke, and mushroom pastas are all the same. The portobello mushrooms are gone, and the ravioli pasta is gone. These two selections have been replaced with a trio of vegetarian meatballs that they call "polpettes". It is not a winning choice, especially compared to the dishes they replaced with it.

This was our first time to The Melting Pot in Roswell but was a treat it was. It's not as chic & modern as the Midtown location but the older feel is still welcoming. Rayven was out server and what a pleasurable experience it was! We had the cheese fondue (spinach & artichoke) and then dessert with the dark chocolate and pecans. Everything was perfect!

The service was terrible. The staff seemed too concern about a large party coming in later and forgot about us. The food was not very good. The meat cuts were fatty and did not appear to be the best cuts of meat. The cheese batter ran out before the vegetables were finished and no additional cheese was added. The experience was nothing close to the old Dante's Down the Hatch in Buckhead.

We have been going to the Melting Pot for the last 15-20 years and have never had such a horrible experience. We were seated in a room that looked like it may have been under construction. The wood on the walls was falling off. Next, our pot seemed to be broken as it never got the pot hot enough to cook anything. After 10 minutes and no waitress in site finally a busboy tried to help. The manager brought out a portable burner but after about 10 minutes it boiled over and put out the flame. So 10 minutes later I had to get up and walk to the front of the restaurant to get the manager again.

Just an awful experience. Been to this place dozens of times. Doubt I will be back.

service was poor. salad came out wrong. server did not come back for 15 minutes so it was near impossible to get a new one before the cheese portion. cheese wasn't completely melted and wasn't stirred thoroughly. heat was turned up too high for the oil and most of the battered items nearly burned within 30 seconds or so. Must have been a bad night

It was our first time at this restaurant and we were very pleased. Our waitress was the absolute best, she was kind, funny, helpful and patient. The food was amazing and they have so many options for every type of food eater which is great! It was cozy and dimmed and perfect for the occasion. However our reservation was at 8:15pm, I don't know if things are different in the daytime but the evening atmosphere is breathtaking.

Nice place. Perfect music ambience, never loud enough to distract you or annoy you. Amazing waitress, and lovely food. While I told them I was having an anniversary dinner to the manager, 15 minutes later they sat down a group of loud friends having a girls night out next to us(the place was empty on a Monday around 6:00) This was annoying but because restaurant was empty they still move us to a more private area. They created inadvertently (I hope) a problem but fix it quickly enough. I will definitely try it again, but still hopefully they will be aware in the future, as this place is perfect for a romantic dates.

Typical fondue experience. Food was good as as the service. One of those places where the experience is part of the deal - sort of an anti-Benihana where the diner does a lot of the cooking.

Pay a high price for good taste but not a large portion. We ordered a 4 course for 1 and split it. Let comfortably filled and spent only $50, ordering 4 course for 2 would have spent over $100.

My and my date went to The Melting Pot on Roswell road. It was my first visit and I found it to be a really great place especially for a date. She had been before so knew how things worked. So between her and our waiter Dre they navigated me through the menu. The food was very good and both me and my date enjoyed it. Very cozy and romantic. Highly recommended for a special occasion or just a romantic night with your lady.

We love the Melting Pot and frequent it quite often. Last night, our server Leah was amazing. I wish everyone could have such attentive service. She walked us through the different cheese and chocolates which led us to two fabulous new choices. Our daughter loved it when Leah, our server, made our Creme Brûlée chocolate "sparkle". A night to remember!

Good and service was great, with the exception of the potatoes. The past two times I've been the potatoes haven't cooked all the way through. We put them in the pot as soon as they got to the table, but still weren't done after 20 minutes of cooking.

Our waitress & service were excellent. Food was very well presented & delicious. More then enough food. Heard several customers at other tables ask about the bottomless for $39.99. That would have been a good deal! Love to go here for a special occasion. We were celebrating Father's day. They brought out a chocolate covered strawberry decorated like a football on a decorated plate with Happy Fathers Day in icing. Well done!

We did the four course meal for one and split it and was super fun and delicious!! I have already told all my friends to try it and what a great experience it was. Can't wait to go back!!
