This was our first experience with a fondue restaurant and it was excellent! We had steak and it was seasoned perfectly and cooked deliciously in the pot. Dessert with white chocolate was heavenly!!!
Outstanding service and great meal
Server was great! Fun and personable.
We had a lovely girls night out. Our server, Torrie, was attentive and helpful with menu choices.
We had an outstanding dinner at this restaurant. The food was great and high quality as usual.
My husband and I came to celebrate his birthday and we were so happy we did. The service was incredible and the food left us happy and full!
Order was mixed up. I ordered duck, but got chicken. Not a big deal, but while it was clear my plate didn't have duck like my son's plate, the waiter said it was probably Cajun duck. I'm not even sure that was an option on the menu. It wound up being Cajun chicken and while very good, I wanted the duck as one of my options.
Prices seem a bit steep. I'd go more often if my check wasn't north of $300 for a family of four.
We went for Father's Day and they offered a great all you can eat special for $42 pp. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant.
Great atmosphere and experience
Wonderful time, fun and unique experience, and delicious food. Our server, Anna, was exceptional. She was very friendly and personable. A little pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion.
Great food, good service and even gluten free items for those with gluten sensitivity.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our best friends who came from PA and had never been to melting pot. The menu prices had gotten more expensive which we were not expecting but we let it go. The hostess was dressed inappropriately with her bra hanging out and when we arrived for our reservations they were running around like chickens with their head cut off it was so disorganized even though the restaurant was pretty much empty.
Our server did a great job but our meal took almost 3 hours because it took so long for the food to come out. We had nowhere else to be so we just enjoyed the ambiance as much as possible which was hard to do with the hostess literally being chased by boys in the bar and wrestling with them right in plain sight. I don’t know how in an upscale restaurant like this that behavior like that is allowed. It was completely distracting to our meal and inappropriate.
Too many tables sat at the same time. No one to help the waitress, who was excellent! She had to do everything for all the tables all by herself. The only time I saw a manager was at the beginning to grumpily tell a nice young man yo seat us. The only busboy that was there was to clear the table when we left. Will not be going back. Too bad because the waitress was really amazing and the evening could have great. We had to wait over 40 minutes between main course and dessert.
Took my wife here for her birthday. She's a veteran to the Melting Pot restaurants but my first time. The food was fine but our server left much to be desired. It's doubtful that we'll be back anytime soon.
They took away my favorite very popular entree. We probably won’t be going again cause of this.
Grandson’s graduation from elementary school to middle school.
We had a nice meal and the staff was great.
Food was great. Group of five with two boys aged 4 and 7. Idea was to have a unique fun evening with the boys. We are not regulars so needed an informed, helpful server. Are server was not helpful and, in fact was overbearing in trying to upssll the “four course” experience when we were clear that we wanted a sampling of fun things. Add to that, that the server was totally unintentive and we ended up stuffing what should have been a joyful, fun hour into a very painful, frustrating two hour experience. Call me at 404-771-1981 if you have questions.
Good but not Great. Celebrated my husbands birthday. We had a lot of fun due to the fondue experience, but overall I think it's pricy for the amount of food you actually get. Not sure how long the Melting Pot in Roswell has been in business, but the restaurant needed a bit of sprucing up and dusting. Service was good but could have been a bit more attentive. Total bill was $168.00 before tip (including two domestic beers), for a family of four, and one was a children's meal. Favorite part was chocolate fondue, great fruits and delicious chocolate. Would consider going back for a late night chocolate fondue.
Morgan is AWESOME! Ask for her! She is our favorite, and we request her every time we go to the Melting Pot - Roswell. Food was great, as always. Disappointments this time - I specifically requested the strawberries in my reservation - had to ask for and wait ~15 minutes as we were leaving the restaurant. To be fair - Morgan was busy - but I would have expected the manager to be a little more on the ball. Additional serious disappointment was the state of the restrooms (both men and woman). Please - attend to this matter - no matter how great your servers and food are, if your restrooms are in dire need of attention, that will overshadow the experience.
We went for my birthday and Danny made it a wonderful experience. Everything was fantastic!!
My 11 year old daughter and I went to celebrate my birthday. The fondue experience is fun and nice for a special occasion. The service was great. The food was good. How can you go wrong with melted cheese and chocolate? It is on the expensive side but definitely plenty of food.
It was pretty cool, an experience me and my girlfriend wanted to do for years. It wasn't what we expected but not a terrible time. A bit pricy for a simple meal but definitely not the worst time I've had. If you like trying a different kind of dinner date it won't disappoint but if your looking to get full maybe it's not for you.
Even though we booked a reservation and the place was empty they still gave us the worst table in the place.
We had an enjoyable experience, but our server (won’t say her name) just had no personalitily & she seemed rushed even though we weren’t rushing her.
As a vegetarian coming here, I must start by saying that there is never any way for me to try the specials; you have to order them "as is" with the meat-heavy entrees if you are going to get them. So while they have some outstanding sounding specials, I have never been able to try them. They are NOT substitution-friendly in that way, so be prepared for that.
Took son out to celebrate earning his black belt. We made the mistake of visiting Raclette in NYC over spring break. Melting Pot definitely doesn't compare.
The food was overrated and not that good.
Totally not worth it. Overpriced and overrated.
Food wasn’t that good and it was very pricey.. on top of that are server didn’t seem like she cared for her job and made our dining experience unpleasant and rushed.
The experience is always nice. But the flys in the place were at bit much while eating.
Birthday. Excellent service and will go back again
Our server, Ana, was amazing. She made great recommendations for food and brought everything out with superb timing we felt neither rushed nor ignored. Her suggestion for dessert: dark chocolate, caramel, Heath, a dash of salt - flambé- was TO DIE FOR. They should really add it to the menu and credit her!
The manager Drew, was very helpful with wine and after-dinner drink suggestions. He’s very knowledgeable about his wines and made recommendations for things we would never think to try but were paired perfectly with our meal.
It was a great experience and we will definitely be back.
I dine at Melting Pot at least once a month, or try to. I love the menu and atmosphere. This trip our server did not really seem to want to be there, or at least waiting on us. She did not ask about salads when I ordered, I had to throw it in at the end so she wouldn't walk away. She did not keep drinks filled, etc. She was nice, she just seemed pre-occupied and in a place like that, it could be dangerous.
Took my 10 year old daughter for Easter. It was a great experience. She loved being able to cook her own food and timing each as it went in. The meal was delicious and we can't wait to go back.
Celebrating my daughter’s education success
Our server, Dani gave us the perfect “girls night” that any mother/daughter duo ever had.
We have been to the Roswell Melting Pot many times and normally are very pleased. We liked the food, but felt the service was not good and our table was next to a table of tweens and it was very loud and made it not as enjoyable for our date night.
Ally was our waitress and she really made it a great experience she recommended all the food and all the drinks which were top notch
Awesome restaurant and very fun! Food was very good too! Our server, Morgan, was wonderful! Make sure to ask for her!
