Delicious and fun. I wish they would offer deals that were true discounts; as it is, their coupons offer extra food for the same price - and while the cheese fondue is good, it's really superfluous.
Price doesn’t match what you pay for. They doubled charged for the price of the fondues because there were two of us. Won’t be coming back.
We had a lot of fun cooking our food. The service and drinks were great.
Service took too long, food was good but overpriced
Andrea was a fantastic server, she was fun and great service
Service was excellent. Main dining room was rather loud I would request a private booth next time.
Our server was rude and disrespectful and the food was awful!
Perfect for our anniversary. They gave us a cute couple booth. Our waitress was amazing she answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the menu.
Everything was excellent, from the service to the food. A bit pricey but worth it. You can expect to spend at least 2 hours here as your entree is cooked right at your table by you
Stephanie the bartender is awesome
Fantastic service, food is always so good and ambiance is perfect. It’s one of our favorite special date nights.
They had balloons at the table and the service was great! Some had never been so he took the time to explain the Melting Pot experience.
Food was good as usual, just dissapointed that I specifically asked for our table to be set for Valentine's Day as we never go out and wanted this to be extra special and it was not done
The melting pot is always a beautiful, special experience. Always fun and good food. Service was great.
Joel was great making the experience memorable!
Thank you for a great night out!
Waitstaff were awesome. Food was fun. Kinda pricey.
Amazing! Was super fun very good food. Atmosphere is great!
We love it at the melting pot. This last visit did not disappoint. Our waitress Stephanie was AWESOME! She was on point with all of our needs and kept us laughing. She is friendly and was helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back and with luck will have her as a waitress again! Thank you for a fabulous time.
This is a fun date restaurant but because I was so full when I left I would say the 4 course meal should only be done every once in awhile. I would consider coming for drinks cheese and dessert for fun date night too. The only downside was hearing the manger yell at one of his employees in front of customers very tacky
Food was ok, not much on quality tho. Chicken was nasty barely much taste. Me and my boyfriend were sick all night
Fun evening with great service. Waitress was friendly and helped us have a great evening. Portions seemed smaller than our previous visits but we had enough to eat.
Had fun with this interactive meal. Will go back again. Plan to check out happy hour
Good food and great service. We showed up a little early but had the opportunity to sit at the bar which was extremely nice!
Melting Pot was amazing! The manager, Debbie, made the night spectacular for our family! We were celebrating excellence in school for our children and Debbie went out of her way to make sure it was a special night! Thank you!
Love this place! It is THE place to go if you want to have a simple, healthy, filling & delicious meal , have a solid 2+ hours available AND actually want to talk with and have fun with your companion. Been there with hubby, it is so intimate and romantic. We ate leisurely, had great wine and such fun conversation as we figured it all out. Then went again for ladies night with the girls, it is also a perfect place for a long, fun dinner where you can actually laugh loudly & still hear each other talk while doing something different togheher. The 4 course meal is the only way to go. It is well worth the splurge. The bartender is a riot! She has the greatest attitude towards life. Make sure you stop for a drink at the bar before dinner. The Coq a vin is delish, alpine cheese & the one with the Gorgonzola cannot be missed. White chocolate Bananas flambé & the chocolate w the candied nuts, scrumptious! We will be back!
Overall the chain is a fun experience. Cheese, and salad course were very good. Main course and deserts were decent but nothing special. Nothing wrong per say with the service, but have had exceptional service in the Boca location, and I somewhat expect that for the price. The waiter in the PBG location was polite, and accurate, but didn't seem interested in explaining anything. It's a unique dinning experience and unless you go often (which we don't), you need a little help when ordering. It wasn't very busy either.
Me and my girlfriend were there for a birthday date and it was awesome I never been before and the seating room was great and the room we got in was awesome just a little noisy by the door but I loved it
We always have a great meal at the Melting Pot. The food and ambience is great.
Our server was great! I believe his name was Corey. He made great recommendations and was very helpful throughout the food journey.
The food was horrible, cuts of meat were fatty. The price was outrageous! And the service was not pleasant! Not impressed at all. Will NEVER return! Considered calling the restaurant directly to ask for a refund.
This place was great. Nice, clean very friendly atmosphere. I can’t wait to come again
Our server Stephanie really was AWESOME. I brought 6 ladies and We all LOVED her. She was funny, kind, great server and just made our trip.
It was our first time at a Melting Pot. We really enjoyed our evening. The lady that served us was very nice. For sure we will go back.
My wife and I love the Melting Pot. It dates back to the first few restaurants in the Winter Park and Turkey Lake areas. The whole fondue process makes it fun for groups (especially when the "anyone who loses food in the pot has to kiss everyone at the table" rule is enforced). For those who have not done it, it is an entertaining learning experience. For a couple that is well versed, it is a change of pace. Plus, the Melting Pot has it down pat. Court Bouillon to cook? Or how about Coq au Vin? Bourguignonne? Maybe Caribbean bouillon? Always plenty of meats, seafood and vegetables of your choice. Lovely salads. Appetizer cheese fondues. And chocolate fondue to die for. We even got a bouquet for our anniversary. Gets a little noisy when the dining rooms fills up, but it is well worth it.
We went to this location for 1st time to celebrate our anniversary, we go to Melting Pot for lots of special occasions and was not impressed, usually when you go to celebrate they give, you a card and take photo. Nothing. The bread was hard and our waiter was very forgetful and had to ask several times for stuff.
Did not like the taste of the food. Ingredients were not the highest quality.
The Melting Pot is always a go to for a nice quiet dinner, or special occasions! The service is top notch and the food is consistently fresh and well prepared. Can't wait to return!
when I confirmed the reservation, by phone, I requested a table with two pots. When I told the Hostess of my request, I was challenged. Embarrassing. There was indeed a note in my record which she found after questioning the person who did the confirmation phone calls. The service was a bit slow, and the oil pots were left at a too high temperature for too long, resulting in stinging eyes. Service was definitely less attentive and slower than usual. Incidentally, as we made our way to the table, there were plenty of two pot tables. Guess they like to save them for larger parties (we are three), but we like two different cheeses, and even with 3, a single pot is cumbersome.
