This was my first time here, the atmosphere was cozy and quiet. Our waiter Kailyn was 10/10, she gave us great recommendations. The drinks were 10/10, and the food was amazing! We started out with the Spinach and artichoke fondue, 10/10! For our entree we chose the broth she recommended, and for dessert we chose the turtle fondue. We will definitely be back!

I special requested a private area with roses and candles to celebrate my anniversary however they call me the day before to inform me they didn’t have it available but assured me I would have the same experience but without the curtain for the privacy. I was seated in a public room with neighboring tables and no candles. This was disappointing as I booked it weeks ahead and paid extra for a service that wasn’t rendered. Aside from the the food and service was superb

Had not gone in 20 years. Sadly i know why. The service was not great. Sat near a doorway where they were screaming “corner” every 2 seconds. Took us close to 3 hours to eat and the food was mediocre at best. My old fashioned came with the ice melted. Sad this place’s time has past.

For the past 20 years we have dinned at this particular MP. This last experience was overpriced for the size of the portions. The Bigger Night Out for 2 (1 lobster tail), 1 beer and 1 soda was $180.00. The service was good, but felt rushed, hadn’t finished the cheese course when the salads arrived, I don’t like to be forgotten by the waiter, but this service was not conducive of conversations. It set the tone to “eat fast, the next course is coming” wether you are ready or not. The ambiance was not what we have experienced in the decades before. We were definitely disappointed on our choice to go to the Melting Pot.

We were a party of four and there for my daughter’s 10th. We have gone for her last five birthdays and this promises to be the last time. Food was great, as always. Completely NEGLECTED by our server all night. Complained to the manager we were sitting around thirsty with empty glasses and no server for 30 minutes. Refills provided finally. Then….nothing. Zero. A cursory apology and we next say our server when she handed me the check. Shocked at the server. Even more at the lack of response from the manager and then getting shooed away. Not the service I expect with a $300+ bill. Not even for McDonalds. Evidently, my daughter and I need a new birthday/Valentine’s Day tradition.
