This was only the 2nd week they have been open for lunch so they still did not have enough staff for as many people that were there. The food was good but overpriced like usual. Service was very slow, but still like the concept of melting pot and everyone very friendly. I had a special request and they followed all directions perfectly.

Just overpriced for what you get. Service was “fine” but added on 20% tip to bill. Although we were a party of 8.. 6 were SMALL children. We tipped close to 30% as we typically do- but I don’t like the self assuming tip, especially when service was just “okay”. In addition we added we were celebrating a birthday- which was never acknowledged. No singing, nothing special. When you spend $500 on fondue for 4 you expect.. something.. anything! At this price point I have a feeling this restaurant won’t be around much longer.

We went for our 4th wedding anniversary and do not get out much since we have a 3 year old and 2 month old. We took our two month old and it was still an amazing time! Our waitress Leanna was great and helped us through our first time at the melting pot! We will definitely be back!!!!

They overbooked and we were seated 30min after we arrived on time for our reservation. And although we ordered for 2 kids and 2 adults, all the adult food came out first and the kids food came out after. This wouldn't be a big problem except it was about 1 hour between serving each of us. So the kids waited 2.5 hours to eat from the time we arrived. And with 4 courses for all of us the entire dining time ended up being 3.5 hours. On the plus side they were apologetic and the food was good. But because of the amount of time it took to get food we will be dining elsewhere next time.

Our server brought us frozen potatoes, we never got a broth refill so we could not cook the last of our food, and the portions are skimpy for food you have to cook yourself at a high price. We hadn’t been here in years. The apricot fondue was delicious, and the white chocolate Chambord dip was yummy- although it scorched toward the end.

Our server, Alex S was absolutely amazing. It was our first time there and he did a great job explaining everything to us and was very kind. I would love to request him every time we go there.

Fabulous experience again. Alex was great. I made a bold decision to try a new cocktail and didn't really like it. Alex asked what I usually drink, then brought me a perfect old fashion. The new choices for the entree were refreshing as well. The steak lovers was amazing. Great job.

We enjoyed the Food, the table burner being broken and loose which made it unsafe was disappointing. When it was brought to the servers attention, she said she was aware it was broken and that’s just how it is. The cast iron and tongs also were presented with food burnt onto them. Pretty disappointed in these issues. The food was excellent and a fun date idea though!

Online, it said the max price was going to be $110 dollars. We got the same menus that were displayed online, but we ended up paying upwards of $200, with $10 being the only extra purchase.

Been coming here for years! Finally got the chance to go to the valentine’s day experience. I loved the options given. I know it was a holiday but our waiter made us feel a little rushed by asking if we were done after 5 minutes of getting our food each time… besides that, we had a great time!
