Should really be ashamed. Rates top 3 in my worst dining experiences ever. If it wasn't for my wonderful g/f I would have walked out before we were even sat. Checked in for reservation 10 mins early as we were the only ones in the lobby I thought to get a drink. Bartender greeted us and then it was downhill from there. While she was too busy cleaning the bar to stop and hand us a cocktail menu she continued cleaning and then went out to the patio to check on her tables, when she returned to the bar instead of asking us if we wanted a cocktail, asked one of the servers if they were busy? Indicating that she kept getting sat. Since we were ignored for 10 mins we went back to the lobby and waited. Waiting became the theme of the evening. Our server was missing in action most of the night, waters were empty on more than one occasion for over 10 mins, I asked for a wine list and the server never asked me if I wanted a glass of wine upon return. Each course had a minimum 30 minute delay which wasn't a problem because I had great company, but our dinner turned into a 3 hour long saga that never seemed to end. Anytime she was at our table did her best to pick up the pieces of the horrific server. Granted I observed the server when we sat down she had 3 tables at the time. Singing the names of items as you deliver them was not something that was desired for our experience. I will say the saving grace was Hannah (curly hair w/ glasses) she saved our experience from being completely horrible making sure to facilitate our needs with a smile and professionalism. 3hours not even a manager or supervisor was visible during the experience to complain to or I would have asked them to move us since the picture on the wall next to us was covered with splatter from previous guests and fruit flys that decided to join us for dinner. I will say that there are many more challenges I could have written here if given the room. nearly $200...and for what?

We were there celebrating our anniversary and they placed us in a wonderful quiet table and covered it with rose petals and candles. It was beyond Lovely. And our server (and all the support team, too) was awesome. Fun, friendly personalities. We had an epic dinner. Couldn’t be happier.

The person who made our cheese did not make it how it is usually made and the cheese was watery and not very good.

My grandson and I were celebrating his 18th birthday. Everything about our experience at the Melting Pot was wonderful! I wanted it to be special for him, and it certainly was! The food was delicious, and fun to cook at the table. I was impressed at the selection of non-alcoholic drinks that he could choose from to make the meal even more fun for him. Our service was excellent!
All in all, a fantastic evening!

It was our first and last time going to The Melting Pot! Not a lot on the menu that we typically eat, and some of the food was not good (the chicken breast was rubbery and didn't taste good). Even the cheese, as we only eat white cheese without the food coloring that makes the cheese yellow (not the fault of the restaurant though)! It was not explained which vegetables we would be receiving (we didn't eat one type of the vegetables, if the waitress would have told us before, what we would have received, we wouldn't want have ordered that certain vegetable (so it wouldn't have gone to waste) and we didn't like two of the type of bread that came with the cheese fondue! The bread was bottomless, but unless you kept buying the cheese fondue, all you would have is the bread (which is expensive for the amount of cheese you get)! We didn't even get to eat all of the vegetable and fruit that came with the cheese fondue, as the waitress took it before even asking us if we wanted to eat it, after we were done with the cheese! If you cooked the potatoes as long as the waitress said, it would have turned into potato soup! She gave us wrong cooking time with most of the stuff, you had to cook, it was either mushy or not cooked well enough. We had to figure out the timing ourselves to cook the food properly after we got another bowl of vegetables, after waiting about 25 minutes before the waitress showed up at our table again (it wasn't even busy when we were there)! It was too expensive for the amount of food that you receive and we didn't like the taste of most of the food! We don't mind paying more for our food, we just want the food to taste good! For the amount that we paid for our meal, we are going to spend that amount and buy our own fondue sets, and this way we get to choose what type of things we would like to dip into the cheese!

Wow, the service at this place is truly excellent! Our server Nick was very attentive and helpful. He was super understanding and friendly (my sister and I had my toddler and infant with us). He had great recommendations, and he made sure we always had items to dip in our fondue and plenty of sauce for our entrees and water in our glasses. We had a Groupon, and he still paid us the same attention and courtesy as if we'd have come with no discount. He even continued to check on us after we'd already paid our bill).

We were there during happy hour and wanted to avail of the happy hour prices for chocolate fondue, which was not included on our Groupon. Technically, we were supposed to move to the bar or patio for the happy hour deal, but the lady who served us for happy hour was understanding of our situation (ie the two little kids - one of which had fallen asleep by the end of our entree course) and let us enjoy our chocolate fondue at our original table and even honored the happy hour price despite it being the end of happy hour by the time we were ready for dessert.

We will DEFINITELY be back! This was some of the best service I've ever experienced at any restaurant! Oh, also, the food was excellent!

Better for going for fondue and not so much for entrees if you don't want to have to cook your own food. My husband may have cross contaminated cooked food with raw chicken, it is fairly easy to end up doing that.

As a plus size person, the booths were cramped.

I was not a fan of the ambiance and wished the lighting was not so low.

We may still plan to go back again but only to get cheese fondue and try the desserts as well.

Great night! Our waiter Jonah is amazing, he is so friendly and delightful. This was our second time having him serve us, by request this time! He remembered our family from a visit 9 months prior, insane! He is an exceptional artist and draws on the receipts, my kids put them up in their rooms! Food was delish and we left beyond full! Coffee is now in a french press and is excellent!!👍🏻👍🏻

Melting Pot never disappoints! For this specific occasion I went with a group of friends to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. He had a great and memorable experience. Melting Pot will forever be our go-to location for special occasions. The cheese fondue is amazing and the meat is a fun experience. Not to mention their unique cocktails and great beer selection!

It was great fun, and very delicious.... Our server, Kate, was fantastic. The prices.... Whoa! That's just too much money for the serving sizes that you get. A couple other logistical things (only one pot, therefore, one choice of flavors, among 4 people was one), but overall everything was lovely except the price. Having said that, we used Groupon and that cut it in half, so that made it worthwhile. So, i would go again with a Groupon.

We came here to celebrate a family birthday, and were disappointed to discover that the food quality is not what it used to be. The salads were watery and drippy to eat. Either the lettuce wasn't drained properly or the dressing was watery. But the most disappointing part was the chicken portion of our entrees. It had that rubbery "raw" texture that happens to chicken when it's marinated for too long. When an entree costs $50, the protein should be edible, and this was not. Our server did offer to bring us more inedible chicken, but we declined.
