We were seated downstairs and it was freeeezing! Granted, it was one of the coldest days of the year. The fondue experience is fun, but the food is so and so. Some none fondue options would be nice to have in addition. Dessert was divine!

Wonderful experience. If you do the full four course experience, expect to be there about 2 to 2.5 hours total. Highly recommended.

After setting up the reservation for my sons 18th Birthday, I received a phone call, not recognizing the phone number I did not answer it but The Melting Pot left a message that they needed to speak to me to confirm our reservation. I immediately called back and got an automated message that asked I hold while being transferred only no one picked up and the call hug up. I tried 3 more times, my wife tried twice the same night and twice the next morning with either the phone ringing with no answer or the same message with being hung up on. This was strike one . Our reservation was at 7:45 and we arrived at 7:37. We were told it would be just a few minutes and we would be seated. We were called to be seated at 8:10 only to stand at the host stand and wait while the hostess went to check to see if our table was ready. Strike two. I have to say, the service was spot on. We enjoyed the appetizer cheese, bread, apples & veggies as well as the dessert of s'mores chocolate with cake, brownies, fruit. The main course we did not enjoy as much, if you like boiled steak, chicken, pork, you will love the food but it had no taste, even though the supply you with a variety of dipping sauces. In the past, we were offered more choices (two cheeeses, two types of cooking styles for the main course and two different desserts so it felt more like we received more of a value. This time for the cost (almost $300 including the tip for 4 of us) we don't see the value. If there is a next time, we might try the other location and we'll go for the appetizer and dessert.

We brought two of our closest friends for a special occasion and since neither of them had ever been we really hoped for a great experience. The food itself was great, but the service certainly left a bitter taste in our mouths, even after dessert. Just a few things that went wrong from start to finish, we arrived five to ten minutes prior to our reservation time, once checked in we were told it would be just a few minutes for our table. We were not sat until fifteen to twenty minutes after the reservation time. Everything was fairly smooth through our salads, it was maybe five to ten minutes after we finished that our coq au vin was set before us on the burner. After it was placed, at least twenty minutes passed before anyone checked on our table, when someone came by it was a completely different server who asked if we needed anything. She was very nice and helpful and she brought us our main courses and sauces. Once served she came back awhile later to check on us and one of my friends asked if we could get a new sauce since ours had hair in it, she apologized and was prompt to bring us a new one. About fifteen minutes, give or take, into our main course I noticed that our burner had turned off. It took five or ten minutes of trying to flag someone down before I stood up to find our original server and told her that our burner had been shut off. Apparently this wasn't a simple button to fix and she had to call over a man, maybe a manager, to crawl under our table and fix it, this took another five or ten minutes before they figured it out. After it was fixed we waited another five to ten minutes for it to heat up again and then we finished the rest of our meals and dessert without issue. Overall I spent over $300 and was hoping for a great night with our friends on a special occasion and what we got was a series of problems that continued to detract from the overall experience, overall maybe two out of five.
TLDR: A lot of waiting and lack of service, also a hair

Everything was great.
It took a while to get to our table even though we had reservation, but it was ok.
Tony was really helpful and friendly and gave great suggestions for the food.
Would definitely recommend.
