    Food was as expected but service was worst we have had. Expect a long experience but this was ridiculous. 4+ tables for a server was too much. Likely an hour longer than necessary.

    We always feel like family when we visit the Melting Pot Kennesaw. The GM is very kind and understanding and seems very caring to her staff as well. The food is delicious and the service is great. Definitely a favorite of ours!

    Food is always delicious and fun. Enjoyable with teenagers. Service was a little slow this evening (not refilling drinks, not as quick to get GF options out, etc). Easy place to talk and hear everyone.

    Another NYE at The Melting Pot - probably about 18 of the past 20 years. The staff is always in a good mood and the food is excellent. We wish it wasn’t a limited menu on NYE, but we understand why they do it. Can’t eat here in a hurry - but that’s part of the reason we come! Manager was so nice and checked in our big group often. Pricey but worth it and we’ll be back!

    We have been several times to the Melting Pot and this was by far the slowest and worst service. We had to ask for our napkins and silverware when the first course came. Drinks refills were barely done and food courses were crazy slow. Then we had to ask for the fondue forks for the chocolate. It was like they were very short handed. Not a good experience especially with the fixed menu and increased price for New Year’s Eve. We will not go back again. Our family of Six can eat a great $700 dinner elsewhere.

    Never felt so humiliated in a restaurant. This is a Christmas Day. This manager checked me in. I said at the time we were late but she said it was fine. 15 minutes later she said I was way late and that had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes even though the restaurant and bar area were half empty. She and her staff ignored us and made us look feel like ants. They also sat people without reservations in the meantime. Never going back to this place. Shameful.
