This was our first time back since the pandemic. While the prices have gone up, the food is still great and our service was excellent. This is always a great date night spot. The setup allows you to be close to your partner or family and take time to talk and enjoy the food. We definitely will be back again and are happy one of our favorite date night spots is still great!

Pricing has increased and food quantity has decreased. Staff was overbooked and couldn’t keep up. Waitress was sweet and friendly. Waited 30 minutes after eating to pay the check. 2.5 hours is too long for a meal!

The food was excellent, the adult drinks seemed watered down, we ran out of our soft drinks an hour before we finished eating and could not get a refill until almost done and was just givin water. $200 for 2 people and we should of had soft drinks the entire time. Never got one refill.

First for the good. Sebastian was the best server we have had anywhere in a very long time. He is the only reason we just did not leave midway through the meal. I would ask the management to purchase a vacuum and a pan and broom. The place was disgusting. Trash and food all over the floor everywhere. They were out of food items, straws, and tea. On a fixed menu with set reservations not sure how this happens without gross planning issues. At this price point it is not excusable.

It was a unique experience but to spend $450 on lunch with a family of four for food I have to cook myself isn’t particularly my preference when dining out… LOL. But if you like to cook - knock yourself out!

Came for my birthday dinner. Excellent service from our server Sebastian. Probably the friendliest server I have had in a long time. Food was very good. Had a couple mixed drinks and that is the only area where I would mark them down. Both sounded excellent and looked beautiful (like an artist had made them) but were overly weak for their cost.

I take my wife here every year for our anniversary and our birthdays. Every single time has been wonderful. I miss the cheesecake for the chocolate dipping but everything is usually quite perfect

Great, attentive wait staff with wide variety of food and flavors. Restaurant immediately seated us after identifying our reservation. Wait staff also immediately took our drink order and provided and explained the menu. Wait staff was helpful in making dining choices and explaining the Melting Pot fondu process. It was an enjoyable evening and surprisingly busy, but well managed and positive experience. I’d recommend for other couples.

Love the melting pot, this was our first time to this location, we usually go to the Atlanta one. This location is a little less private for tables, but experience is just as good. We went close to closing and did not feel rushed and felt attended to. Would recommend and will go again.

Our server was outstanding and did everything she could to make our evening enjoyable knowing there was table next to us that had kids from toddlers to middle school age that where out of control. Management did not do their job to address it. The table next to us had 3 kids that spent the event yelling, throwing things and actually screaming curse words. This family was African by heritage and I am sure management was afraid of being accused of being racist. However management’s job is to take on the hard responsibilities rather than leave it to the great server who really could only say she was sorry. The parents should be embarrassed but I assume culturally they will not care about or address the issue with their children. Management should be replaced with people who can take care of hard issues at their restaurant.

Melting Pot is expensive. That's a given, and you just accept it going in. Having said that, the limited menu for this time of year is over the top. If you're just looking for cheese and chocolate you're out of luck. Avoid this place during the St. Valentine's season if you're looking for any kind of value... Our server was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable without being intrusive. The ambience is always nice, calm, and intimate.

It was 5 days before Valentines & the ONLY menu choice was the Valentine day menu which consisted of only 2 choices. For 2 meals & 2 drinks our total was $240! Ripoff! The cheese fondue was the highlight of the meal. The wedge salad was lackluster due to hardly any salad dressing & had some brown edges on the lettuce. The meats were OK (teriyaki steak was the best). We could have gone to any restaurant in the Metro area & not paid that much while getting better food. Overall, very disappointing.

We have never had bad service at The Melting Pot. We tried a new cheese course, the Quattro Fromaggio, and we will definitely eat that one again. Only issue was the screaming child a few tables away, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. We love the Melting Pot.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go… Not anymore! Not only has the Big Night Out for two persons, reduced in quantity, it has also reduced in quality. Especially for a total dinner price of $140 with tip. It ends up being $84 per person Definitely not worth the 2.3 ounce lobster that we had to SPLIT between us one would think that if you’re ordering a big night out for two persons, you would get two lobsters but you do not! After cooking, the lobster cooked was less than an ounce each. Definitely not coming back so many other restaurants offer much higher quality food for $84 a person! It took an hour and 40 minutes to get our main entrée! Service was so slow we had to ask for our server for everything, water, more dipping sauces, refills on our drinks, for our dessert… Pretty much everything had to be requested!

The Melting Pot always satisfies the pallet. The cheeses, meats, veggies, and desert were quite satisfying. Always more food than you need though and we were comfortably rolled out to our vehicles after 2 hours & 45 mins.

Our waiters Bryce was the lone bright spot of the dinner. The food was horrible and the portions were snack sized? I paid $200 for some bland appetizers. I have never been so disappointed or felt so ripped off. If you decide to have a Limited menu but charge full price you have no room for error. We've wanted to try this place for years and could not be more disappointed. Christmas eve and anniversary dinner ruined. Our first and last time visiting the melting pot.
