Great food, and always fun way to enjoy friends and family
Sam our server was good, slow but good.
We went here for my wife's birthday and it was wonderful! They offered a romance package that helped make the night extra special for her.
We were disappointed in the service and ambiance and how long we had to wait between courses. Our waitress was not personable at all. We were there for 3 hours which was way too long and the fact that we were celebrating our daughters birthday wasn't acknowledged at all, even though when I made the reservation I specified birthday occassion. We have celebrated special events there in the past but we were so disappointed this time that this most likely will be our last visit. We will make our fondue at home.
The wine was delicious! The atmosphere was private and quiet! Great for a date night with the hubby! Cheese fondue, salad, main entree, and delicious chocolate fondue. Every part of the meal was exquisite. For everything we got and the amazing customer service the price was worth every penny! We will be going back soon!
Very expensive for food that was just OK. The experience is definitely what you're paying for.
Our server was great and very helpful. Felt very comfortable and not rushed.
My gf and I went for date night it was a very fun experience and we had to take our 2 year old son because our sitter fell through and didn’t I now have how it would go but he had as much fun as us. We did the date night for 2 which is pricey at $99 per couple but you get so much delicious food and the experience is a lot of fun, it took us about 2 hours to get through all 4 courses. The service was great as well!
We love about 3 hours away and this was our first time eating at The Melting Pot. A friend recommended it. The food was alright. We did the 4 course meal for 100 bucks. The cheese was pretty good. We both had a salad with ranch, and that was good as well but, it wasn’t very big. It came time to cook our meat, the server was super helpful letting us know how long we need to cook everything. Ok, the amount of meat you receive is kind of shocking. I can tell you are paying more for the experience than anything. Last but not least...the dessert! It was so good! I would go there just to eat dessert. We got the chocolate s’mores fondue. Strawberries, bananas, pineapple, brownies, Rice Krispies, and they even offered to give you extra of whatever you liked. I don’t see myself ever going there to eat an entree, but the cheese and chocolate fondue is a must.
We have been to the Melting Pot many many times. The last 3 visits haven’t been that great. One time we had multiple gnats flying around every where, the second time they were out of a lot of regular stuff, and this most recent visit, the service was horrible. We waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order, then another 15 for it to actually be brought out by someone else. It was probably another 15-20 before anyone came to take our order. The first course was brought be a manager. We never had the same person twice until toward the middle-end. It seemed like we weren’t really seated in someone’s section. While they were friendly and warm, it was still ridiculous.
It's been at least 5 years since I've eaten here, but once I walked in and spoke with the hostess, I remembered why I didn't want to go. Stuck up! Every. Time! I'd rather spend more time and money at any other restaurant. Service was OK, but again, not very forthright with information. We had to press him several times for more information that would have been easy for him to share to begin with.
We had to wait over an hour for our server to return to our table and clear our dishes from the 3rd course and to order our 4th course, then it was an additional 25 minutes for us to actually get our 4th course. It started off great, then they must have ran into some problems -- my husband had to go up to the front desk to finally get someone to clear our main course plates and then they never came back for the check - so we ended up leaving a bigger tip than I wanted to for the bad service. . .we won't be going there again. Our bill was $325 and they basically forgot about us - no apology, nothing taken off of our bill for the mishaps. . .
Great experience, glad I went during the week. Price is kinda high but we loved our time. Party of 5.
Food was great but the service was a little slow.
The food is always excellent here. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
The food is good but every time I come hear I leave hungry.
We had a very nice time. We had a great selection. The food and variety were very good. We plan to take some friends with us soon, that have never been here, to celebrate our long time friendship. We think they will really enjoy it too. It can be a little pricey so unfortunately we do not feel like we can go often and justify the expense.
Outstanding food, ambience, and service. Definitely worth the money and drive from Liberty area!
I would return for dessert. Although everything was good, it was very little food for the price. Dessert was not only delicious, it was appropriately sized for the amount charged. The service was excellent.
The cheese and chocolate fondue was amazing, the main course was moderate.
Everything was excellent! Service was superb and food was wonderful! Will definitely return!
My spouse and I made a reservation for a late dinner and it was amazing. Our server Adam walked us through the process of everything. It was definitely romantic!
I came with a group of 6 co-workers and we all enjoyed our time. We loved our waiter, Gabriel and had fun talking with him. We ordered three meals and shared all of it (there was plenty of food).
It was a fun experience but as first timers felt like we didn't understand the menu as well. When asked for help didn't get a real explanation.
We loved our experience at the Melting Pot. It was tasty and our waiter was super friendly and helpful!
I was a little worried that the quality of our experience wouldn't be as great due to a late reservation after 9 pm but it was actually delightful! The area was a lot more quiet than it would have been in the middle of dinner rush and the staff was all very professional, polite, and friendly! All in all, amazing food, service, and even the setting inside where we were seated. Great experience, excited to go BACK!
Our waiter gage was great. He was knowledgeable, polite, and personable. The food was fantastic as always, definitely recommend for any special occasions.
The Melting pot was very dirty (floors) restroom was very dirty. It took very long for service, also my wife ordered a drink that took 40 mins and we had to ask for it then, on top of that it was warm when she got it. The manager did come out and offer desert, but we haven’t even received the actual desert for the 4 course meal..
Most overpriced meal I’ve had. The salads looked like something a hospital cafeteria would sell, kinda summed up our 4 course dining experience. If the meal would have been closer to 20$ a person I could have tolerated it but our tab for two was over $100. Much better options nearby.
A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. I wish there was an option to have your main cooked for you but the fondue was incredible.
Gabriel was fantastic! Really made our anniversary shine!
Had a ton of fun and the food was very good. I recommend anyone to go there.
Best Vegan and gluten free options. Surprised and blown away.
Had a reservation at 6:45 had to wait for a table until 6:50. Sat down and didn’t get a waiter/waitress for 10+ minutes. Left without anyone coming up to us.
The food was okay and the service was unusually slow. My husband and I have dined here previously and it has always been an excellent dining experience. We were surprised that the service was not at It's usual high level . Even so, the Melting Pot is a fabulous place to have a romantic dinner.
Everything was outstanding. Great food, great service, and a whole lot of fun! It was a real treat!
My girlfriend and I went to the melting pot to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Neither of us had ever been. The ambiance was very nice and all of the staff was friendly. We were seated and given menus, and our waiter (can’t remember his name but I think it’s Adam) was fabulous. Very helpful showing us how the melting pot works. Our only complaint was the table next to us was loud and belligerent. The food was amazing and the price is a bit high but the value is good.
We had the best waiter named Gabriel. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, funny. My granddaughters loved him. It was a very enjoyable evening and wonderful memories for my girls.
Ben was great..the food was wonderful
Wonderful birthday dinner. All three of our kids (15, 11,and 5) LOVED it. We were served plenty of food and even brought home leftover dessert dippers. Three courses is too much, though. Cheese and chocolate was enough to fill us up.
