Amazing food and portions are huge beautiful dining experience.
Love love loved this place ! Will definitely be going back!!!!
Been to a few Melting Pots and this one is not up to par with the rest. Lettuce on the salad had brown edges like it had been made the day before. The dippers were soggy and there seemed an overall lack of quality control. Meh at best.
Fondue was reasonably good but they were in a hurry so the cheese and chocolate fondue were cold when they brought them so we had to wait for it to heat up at the table which too quite awhile.
Great food and service! Nice view of the strip
Food and experience was absolutely amazing. Food was so delicious!
The Melting Pot is a dining experience - a little pricey, but so worth it for something special! This is where my daughter wanted to go for her birthday - we had the spinach artichoke fondue appetizer, shared a steak lovers entrée, and had the cookies and cream fondue for dessert - all were delicious!!
Server gave himself a 20% tip for inferior service
Long wait for drinks, Drink not as advertised.1st course delayed.
Checked on us once during our meal
Dipping sauce portions minuscule
Nothing like our 2 trips in the past
Scratching from our “must go” list
5 star quality experience, food, service, and quality
This was our first time at The Melting Pot, overall was nice experience, but this is a dining experience about 2 hours.
Excellent restaurant with great tasting food. Good value on the wine specials. We really enjoyed the Quatro Fromagio Cheese on our cheese course! Bananas Foster on the desert course was also amazing. We had an excellent meal and left satisfied!
Birthday, anniversary and good grades.
Our waitress spilled two glasses of tea on our table and all over one of our party. All we got was a sorry - and had to reseat ourselves as she tried to keep us at the table and clean up. Not even the manager came to check on us about the incident. I was sorely disappointed in the lack of concern from both the waitstaff and management at this location.
When we arrived they where out of salads, and veggies for the broth. Nothing was offered as a substitute till we asked.
Wonderful Service, Great Atmosphere, Friendly Staff! Great for Romantic Night Out with Your Honey! We will be back! A must try!! Food was to die for!!
Our server was great. Food great as well
Great as always
This was our anniversary trip and so we planned for something a little different and a splurge. Overall our experience was okay. The food was edible and some parts were better. The cheese fondue that we chose was not very good at all and the bread choices seemed cheap and with lack of taste. The salad was nothing outstanding and the main coarse left us wanting for more, but was good flavor wise. The chocolate fondue was the highlight and probably the only thing worth the money. For $100+ for a meal for two I was underwhelmed and a little sad and regretful. Our server was also very inattentive and seemed to either lack drive, care or training. I am very saddened by this experience as I had heard such wonderful things.
Keeping in mind that COVID has impacted restaurants' supply as well, there were a few details of the evening that did not meet Melting Pot standards in our opinion. The vegetables served with the cheese fondue course were soggy and sad. The carrots were frozen, not fresh. They told us the broccoli, of which there were only a couple tiny florets, were fresh and had been blanched. They looked like they had been frozen and thawed as well. Plus, why would you blanch a vegetable for the cheese course? There was no cauliflower. I'm not sure if this was a supply issue or a change in procedure for the restaurant. In either case, it was a disappointment. They did produce some fresh broccoli when we asked for it. The rest of the meal was what what we've come to expect from Melting Pot. Although, it was a little strange that they prepared the cheese and dessert fondues at the bar and then brought them to us. I'm not exactly sure if this was a COVID procedure, or just a lack of staffing.
The experience this time was very good. our waitress was attentive and friendly, and made sure not to make us feel rushed.
Service was very poor, no drink refills and not enough veggies to finish the cheese course we purchased. When we asked for refills of veggies and sauces we were told they don't give those out even though we have eaten here many times over the years. We sat in the bar area and one of the servers dipped a straw in a mixed drink setting on the counter to taste it right in front of our party. Very disappointed with this visit and will not return to this location.
Went with a group of friends (first time experience for many of them). Staff was accommodating to our request for a different table for my large group. Experience was amazing as always. Would definitely recommend!
It was okay; our waiter wasn't very social. Did tell her it was our first time there in hopes she can help us. Wasn't so helpful... I was a little bummed because I specifically chose to do it there for my girlfriend birthday, and she did not receive anything. It seemed pretty plain. When I did make my reservations I did state that was the motive I was going because of her birthday. We traveled to Tennessee for a more welcoming experience.
The manager at the Gatlinburg location is on a major power trip! My husband dropped me off so he could park the car in a Gatlinburg parking garage. The hostess refused to seat me until my husband arrived. I asked for the manager. She came out ready for a fight spouting the “policy” of not seating incomplete parties over and over in front of others. She was SO rude and argumentative! Who in the world made her a manager?? The restaurant had very few people in it and she seated us in the bar area as our “punishment”. The server was nice after she found out that we were nice. But the disgusting manager should never be allowed to talk to customers! What an embarrassment she is or should be to The Melting Pot Company! The customer is NOT right at the Melting Pot, don’t forget it! The server actually made the rest of our time there pleasant. With that policy (she said my husband could be 30 minutes away from the restaurant; didn’t believe me that he was parking the car) and with hiring short tempered, disgusting managers that have no respect for the customers, I will NEVER go to ANY Melting Pot again. The food wasn’t that great anyway. She should be fired.
Professional. Clean. Great food at a fair price. My wife and I visit every chance we get
It was my boyfriend and I’s first time going to The Melting Pot and we were definitely not disappointed. It did take the waitress a while to give us refills and my salad had honey mustard on it instead of ranch. But overall, it was definitely amazing.
Wonderful bachelorette party lunch for one of my friends. The food and service were outstanding.
Had the bigger dinner. Which was more food than we needed. So good though.
Outstanding evening out. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Excellent service.
Make sure you have a reservation! We got the more expensive meal that comes with all the meat including Filet Mignon and lobster. The food wasn't worth the money. The only meat that came seasoned was the chicken and teriyaki sirloin. The sauces weren't great and they had no steak sauce. I know a good steak doesn't need steak sauce but an unseasoned filet needs either seasoning, marinade, SOMETHING not just plain.... Maybe some people love that but we found the food to be bland. The only thing that we enjoyed was the dessert. We had banana's foster and that was actually delicious. If we ever go back to a Melting Pot, it'll just be for dessert.
The experience was ok, but not phenomenal. I think it’s a fun thing to try once, but for a meal for two (including a bottle of wine), for $200, I prefer a little bit different experience.
Food, wine, and service were wonderful. A great date or special occasion destination. The only negative I had was the tiny size of the $11 add on lobster tail. ( 3 very small bites) We had a great time and left as full as we could be without making ourselves uncomfortable. Very satisfied.
The service and atmosphere was amazing same with food and drinks. Only somewhat downside was the price, our bill with food, 4 drinks, and tip came to nearly $200. Was a great experience but at that price itll be a once in a lifetime one
Sat at a round table for 6 but only had 2 people and said could not move. Out of spoons. Out of potatoes. So much noise from slamming doors all the time and other issues. Just bad management.
Food was good, service was good. Love the melting pot!
They did a great job and even had rose petals all over the table since we were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary
Family vacation so we decided to splurge. Service was very slow and our table was in a high traffic area that definitely detracted from the experience. First time at a Melting Pot. The meat and veggies were very good, but cooking for five people meant a lot of waiting. The potatoes never did get cooked well enough to eat. It was interesting but just not my cup of tea
The food was delicious. It was our first time at The Melting Pot, it was a good thing we had done some research to know what to expect, what to do because our server didn’t offer much info even though she had asked if this was our first time. We ordered the big nite out for 2 and could not eat everything! So much food. Next time, we’ll do cheese, salad & chocolate.
Small getaway for me and my husband. Food is absolutely amazing and service is great! Nice and quiet so you can talk without having to raise you voice like most restaurants.
