We love the melting pot and this experience followed through. Our server had a great personality and was fun to joke around with. As always great job!

We had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot tonight. The food was excellent- all 4 courses. Our server was so knowledgeable and made terrific recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend The Melting Pot.

The food here is delicious. We celebrate our anniversary here every year. The staff is great and always makes it special for us.

My wife celebrated our 2nd anniversary dinner date here. Zoey our server was fantastic. If you can ask for her, she was funny, cheerful, attentive and just the right amount of sass. We decided on the dinner for two experience which included 3 fondue and one salad course. We chose the Wisconsin beer cheese fondue for our appetizer (gluten-free option) was fabulously delicious. Salads were next I chose strawberry spinach salad with vinaigrette yummmie, my wife chose the Caesar salad , main course or meat course I should say. I got the steak lover’s it was divine. The sauces were great,especially the Gorgonzola cheese. My wife chose the classic entree is consisted of various protein, steak, chicken, pork, shrimp, and pepper steak. Usually it has teriyaki beef but she could not have soy. I wasn’t sure we’d be able to eat dessert but we found room. We chose the yin and yang dessert dark chocolate and white chocolate and dippers were all gluten free. So satisfying. What a great way to celebrate.

It was a lovely experience...everything was excellent! Waiter was good about explaining everything.

Our server brought mgr who fixed problem then came back and gave 15% discount To another table not us
After pointing out to our server he smiled made joke about just paying that bill cuz it was cheaper
Never got discount on 250 plus bill that included soggy old potatoes and tough beef
Or maybe the beef was just tough from cookin in lukewarm broth for 15 minutes

Rose, our server was on point. She was aware of dietary sensitivities and very proactive with suggestions for ordering due to them.

We think The Melting Pot is romantic and fun. The servers are great and the food is delicious. We try to go at least once a year. I do fondue at home and it is just not the same. No way I can do cheese/main entree/ and a dessert fondue at home - PLUS a yummy salad! If you go for girls night out...or with other couples, there is time, while cooking, to visit and have a memorable time!

This was my first but certainly not last visit to Melting Pot. The atmosphere has a mad men esq’ feel to it. Perfect lighting, great decor.

When we walked in, we were professionally greeted by staff that overtly took Covid protections seriously.

Our Service Professional, Tommy, was top notch. His timing was perfect and he understood the proper balance between too much and not enough. He explained the fondu menu and answered all of our questions in a manner that left us wondering if he had been employed there for many years. The restaurant was his and it was obvious!

Our drinks from the bar were made perfectly. Neither too strong nor too weak.

Food came out in waves. It was good but not great. The meat was really dry and honestly not as good as I was hoping. Likewise, it was good enough to enjoy.

We will be repeat customers.

Celebrating Life !

Went for my son’s birthday. Our first visit to this Melting Pot location. We had a reservation for 4 p.m. for the two of us. The restaurant was not busy at all. We had what I consider to be the lousiest table in the place. Stuck in a tiny corner, barely enough room for the food. Very disappointing in that respect. The food was, as always at the Melting Pot, excellent. Our server was pleasant.

Total fun with an experienced waiter - we actually weren’t expecting to like the food as much as we did because we weren’t sure what to expect. It was more about the novelty, but I would definitely return and was not expecting to say that! The place was totally packed but totally COVID safe - they did a great job of that and the layout works well because we did NOT hear noise and it pis naturally set up to keep people separated in a clever way. Well done to the management and staff during a difficult time in our history!

over priced, definitely won't go back. Would not recommend. The service was great though, but did not justify the pricing.

We had a reservation and were seated when we arrived. We had a friendly server who did a great job. Thanks Zoey! Manager even checked on our table. Food was delicious and we were not rushed at all.

The food wasn’t as good as I remember from a couple of years ago. They’ve created a lot of “add on” items for extra money that used to be included in the menu. It’s very pricey to begin with. I probably won’t ever do the whole dining experience next time. The cheese and Chocolate only next time!
