   Absolutely love going here! This is the perfect place for anniversary, date night, or just want to try something new! My wife and I have been several times and it still stands to be our favorite restaurant ever! Our host/Server Feliciea and Her GM Rob were amazing to have extremely polite, professional and answered all questions my wife and I had! I also suggest getting chocolate dipped strawberries to go! Because they are the best strawberries you will ever have not even exaggerating! The Melting Pot is the Ultimate food dine in experience in my opinion!

   Everything was great about our Anniversary celebration with the exception of being sat in the bar area. There was a lot of socializing going on that could have been a bit quieter for our taste.

   Food was good we had to wait 20 minutes in between each course. Server was extremely nice and it was not her fault but it was so slow. Some of our food items came out still frozen. For $200 we could have gone to Ruth Chris.

    It was a very nice Mother’s Day meal. The only negative was that we got seated about 20+ minutes after our reservation. Service was really good. Food met expectations with the cheese and chocolate courses being the best.

    We’ve eaten at Melting Pot many times, and this Mother’s Day was the worst we’ve experienced by far. It wouldn’t be a go to for special occasions if this was the norm. We arrived about 7 mins before our reservation and waited until a hair over half an hour past our reservation to be seated. Then sat for almost 15 mins for someone to come to our table. It was almost an hour after arriving at the restaurant before we were at our table with drinks. The general manager initially waited on us which didn’t help much. He then passed us off to a waitress who would be walking away as we tried to ask for something or finish an order. Drinks were not refilled, the table wasn’t cleaned off adequately between courses, and the floor of the restaurant, especially around our table, was completely trashed. I mentioned the mess to the manager who came and took exactly one feeble sweep at it which accomplished nothing. The entire experience was over 3 hours before we left with terrible service throughout. The food was at least mostly good but the salad selection was terrible. We were then offered no discount or compensation for the bad experience even though I complained a couple times. On top of that, 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill so we paid well for little to no service. The staff were obviously overburdened but not very apologetic or friendly about it. For a meal that’s over $200 for 2 adults and a child, this was a pretty unacceptable experience. As an RN, I understand having too much to do for too many people but the staff and manager did not handle it well. You wouldn’t think this could be a luxury dining experience if it was your first visit. The worst part is that it was a poor ending and partially ruined an otherwise great Mother’s Day.

    Excellent Mother’s Day dinner. Service was fabulous and food was excellent. Only complaint is that charging $75 for a vegetarian meal even on Mother’s Day was a bit excessive when as the mother my meal was only $37.

    The kids had never been so it was a fun experience for them. We had a reservation but still had to wait another 15-20 min for a table. Our experience was fine but they had a limited. Mothers Day menu which was annoying, but they definitely told us in advance. It was just very expensive. We got 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals and mine was discounted due to Mothers Day and no alcohol and we still spend well over $250! Definitely a destination place, not something we will do often with the kids.

    The service was great and server was friendly too. The food is delicious! I loved the private feel to the date night I had there with my hubby.     Chocolate fondue was excellent as usual, but the rest of the experience was disappointing compared to previous visits. Mom's Night Out event advertised rose petals on table, enhanced dippers, $25 Dip Certificate, and Mom trivia for prizes. We had to request the Dip Certificate and Trivia when bill was paid, and we didn't receive rose petals or enhanced dippers. We also had to request more cheese in our Spinach Artichoke fondue because it was thin and soupy, unlike all the times we've ordered it before. We were originally overcharged for our drinks, which were room temp, not cold. Also ordered 6 chocolate covered strawberries for birthday and found that there were only 5 in the box when opened later. I would still go back and give them another try, as our past visits have been very good.

    we made a reservation and still had to wait about 40mins. the appetizer felt like a school lunch, we had to ask for water, and it took forever to get our utensils as well. overall, this place is overhyped and definitely overpriced for what it is. we ended our dinner early, because it took so long to get started that we were gonna miss our movie. the server was nice though!

    Disappointed. Finally returned to Melting Pot when new ownership took over. First trip back was amazing. A few months later, right back to where it was previously. Servers stretched too thin. Waited for bar drinks for over 30 minutes. Didn’t get requested dipping sauces until we were almost finished. Waited another 30 minutes for chocolate fondue after dinner was cleared from the table. Waters were empty. Our server was sweet and seemed to be trying but no support from other staff. Reserved our table using Open Table. Requested a quiet booth and let them know it was my husband’s birthday. We were sat across from a large group room in a high traffic rates and the waitress had no idea we were celebrating a birthday. This was a slow Tuesday. So disappointing. For the money, I would go elsewhere if you want good service that matches the price you pay.

    The wife and I wanted to try the Melting Pot for a unique date night. First off, we got to pick our cheese. We chose the “fiesta” cheese. They brought out a spread of bread,crackers, and fruit and it was very good. Cheese was cooked right there in front of you. The salads were really good, could have used some more dressing. The entrees, this is where we could have known what we were getting into. The meat was very delicious, marinated perfect. The only complaint is that for the price (our bill was $200) you have to cook your own meat. I wasn’t a fan of this, but some people may be. The dessert, was perfect. This was my wife’s favorite thing. We had the turtle fondue. It was definitely worth it.

    Our recent dining experience at this Melting Pot deserves a standing ovation and Five Stars! Our server, Madison, was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, prompt with our food (which was delicious) and she shared all kinds of tips and tricks for creative use of our sauces. She really added to our night.     sometimes theres good waitresses that are on top, mainly with time, sometimes you can be waiting longer between each course! in general is one of my favs restaurants! i always give a good tip, but that seems to not be an issue!
