Food was great and our server Steph was awesome!
Natalie was amazinggggggg! Probably the best service I ever recieved. Food was fantastic as well!
Our meal was decent but our service was bad. We got our salads as soon as the cheese came out. Then we ordered a second round of drinks at this time and didn’t get them until after dinner was over. We waited a long time for a waitress to come check on us after dinner was served as we needed more sauces but she didn’t come until we were almost done. And waited a long time again to get our dessert. We had to go to the bar to ask for our bill. For a 240 meal, we shouldn’t have had to wait for anything
Excellent food. Great service. A very enjoyable evening. Great for people who have celiac - made sure I was served in separate dishes and helpful in selecting food.
Teen daughter's favorite restaurant.
She did outstanding on a test, so I surprised her with a reservation.
Melted cheese, rare meat, chocolate for dipping - yum.
By far the best place to go to for special occasions. Friendly staff, great food and great drinks.
Food and service were excellent. Only issue I had was when setting up my reservations online I asked to add the half dozen rose package to my order. I put it in the comments section. Unfortunately that never happened. Not sure if someone missed it or what. Would have been nice to have that added as we came to celebrate my wife's birthday.
Just ok. Only went back because kids asked
My wifes birthday dinner. Alec and Randi were wonderful. Great service.
Was a great time! My only complaint would be that before our table was ready, we went to the bar for drinks and were never asked what we wanted by the bartender. He seemed overwhelmed by restaurant drink orders. After about 15 mins our table was ready so we never got drinks.
Came in for the restaurant week special and the food was amazing! For the price it was a great value and I left unable to eat anymore. Very satisfying meal.
It was my moms birthday and when we got to the table they had a card for her and chocolate covered strawberries(you have to call and say you have a coupon for free strawberries for your birthday) but it was amazing. The food was so good and the staff was so nice. She also got a plate that said happy birthday on it in strawberry sauce.
Samantha was very friendly and helpful in making best selections for our group's likes and dislikes. She brought our courses at just the perfect moments. Great experience for my daughters first visit.
The Melting Pot always has great service and delicious food! My mom and I always go when they are running a special, it's a fun girl's night for us!
Would like to see you go back to or have the option of having the cheese fondue
made at the table. Always enjoyed watching that.
Delicious and fun way to spend an evening with my wife
It was a lovely experience.
The Melting Pot is far by my favorite resturant. We got the 4 course meal which was outstanding. The bread and cheese was amazing, the salads were top-class. The meat was fun, delicious, and unique. I thought the dipping sauces were tasty, and went well with the meat. It was cool and different how you got to cook the meat yourself. The dessert- was amazing as always and delicious with the chocolate and the pastries. You will definatly see us here again.
We had a great time with our family for Easter. We had a large party of family and our server Dani was fantastic with my 84-year old mother and three generation of our family!
great atmosphere and service by Matt, great food and location.
Our waitress, Randi, was amazing. Great food and lots of fun
Overall a good time. The menu is very confusing. The biggest issue is that you will leave hungry. I was very surprised by this. For example we ordered a extra side of the Tuna. Three small pieces? Last time I was there, a couple of years ago the food kept flowing. Even the vegetables were small, and only three types?
Something changed here and we would go back if this issue was fixed ma
We went for the $28 on 28th special. Our server Matt was great. Even though it was really busy he walked us through how the courses worked and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the dinner. He was very attentive without being overbearing. As always, it was a great experience!
Didnt care for the cheese meats or cooking broth , chocolate fondu was very good.
Had a nice time with my daughters...however I felt as if my waitress forgot about us at times I was there longer then I expected
We went to the Daddy Daughter Lunch at the Melting Pot. The meal was already selected except that we were able to choose the cheese and chocolate fondue. It was a good value except that they did a pretty significant up-charge on the (recommended) broth selected for the main course fondue, with out telling us until the bill came. I would recommend the Melting Pot, but make sure you understand all the charges so not to get any surprises.
Little too dark for me but overall hospitality was great
This is a great place for a wonderful meal with good friends and good food
Lots of screaming kids. Food was pricey for what you got. Screwed up my gift certificate and then told me the money had been subtracted; it clearly had not. Will not ever go back
Waitress was terrible. She never checked in on our table except to bring us our meal courses. When fondue pots were brought, she didn’t even mix it. Left it to the table.
Food was great as always. Fun to be able to cook your main entrée the way you want to. Our waiter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu. This is still a restaurant I would only go to very occasionally as it cost my boyfriend and I $130+ for a long island ice tea, two glasses of moscato, and the dine for two option (around $50 per person), which is a tad pricey for the amount of food you get in my opinion. We got the 4 cheese fondue, which was tangy and delicious with the bread cubes that came with it. The salad was a standard Caesar, but good, and we both got the steak lovers, which the meat just melted in your mouth. We finished with the banana foster chocolate fondue which was the perfect ending to the dinner experience. My long island ice tea was mixed well and my boyfriend's moscato was nice and sweet. It was a great place to choose for our date night, it's just too bad it was $130+ for the night for just two people.
Absolutely blown away!!! Our server was patient and informative, funny and attentive. The food was FANTASTIC!!!! And the atmosphere was great.
Iam saddened by our recent visit. I had such fond memories of the many fondue parties my parents hosted in my youth. I booked the event so my children could embrace a bit of my childhood. The food portions were incredibly sparse and the suggested dishes were not desireable. All the cheeses choices were overly alcohol tasting, ruining the cheese tones. The bill ended up at over $100 and we drove directly over to mcdonalds because we were still so hungr. Being well mannered Canadians we did not want to make a scene at the establishment. We had travelled from Toronto Canada to enjoy a pre concert meal and ended up regretting our decision.
Our waiter was the best I’ve ever had. We had a wonderful night.
Plan on sitting a long time. Drawn out process takes away from the experience. Becomes frustrating.
Took my wife on a date night, endless fondue was a fantastic value! We come here frequently because it is our favorite place. Service was somewhat slow but everything was great as usual!
The service that we recieved was exceptional. It was our first time at any Melting Pot restaurant and our waitress was very patient and kind explaining the menu to us. However, the first thing I noticed was the strange aroma throughout the restaurant , which I presume to be the broth that you cook the meat in, but It was fowl. It smelled kind of fishy and it made it very hard to breathe. It was also very warm, which heightened the stench. I made reservations and we were sat in this nice quiet back area that was pretty private. I hadn't requested a private back room, but I was so thankful to not be out in the main dining room bc of how loud it was out there. The back room had a classy, romantic vibe, that I was very thankful for. We got the cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue. We skipped the 4 course meal because of the price. The 2 fondues came to about $30.00 which was very reasonable for two people to eat a light dinner. The experience was fun.
The waitress was great and the food was delicious. Melting Pot never disappoints.
The food was very good and the service was excellent, everytime we come to the melting pot always a quality experience.
