Good food, good service, good fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I booked online I said it was an anniversary and upon arrival .. my name was on the In house TV ! It felt very VIP walking in to that added touch! Our little secret “nook” table was sooo perfect for privacy and although I felt the server would forget about us so far into the maze of tables .. he was fantastic and beyond attentive ! Very informative on the menu and can’t say one negative thing about this dinner !! Thank you for making our romantic dinner sooo memorable!!
Excellent Food Experience Waiter,Alex, THE BEST!
Made my Sisters 70th birthday as special as she !
A wonderful ambience for a highly participatory experience. I like that the service includes unlimited "dippers" for the cheese and chocolate fondues. You will be more than satisfied with the volume of food. If you are up for a slower paced meal with friends and/or family, this is a great option. The wine selection was good as well. Certainly not a 'sports bar' if that's what you're looking for.
Just a lot of fun. We hadn't seen my sister in a while and wanted a fun night out
Been here many times and have usually had a great time. This time the service was slow but the server nice. Still had a great time and the food was amazing.
My husband and I had never been to the Melting Pot, but had heard many people speak highly of the place. So, my husband and i made reservations.
When we got there we were seated almost immediately.
The server explained the very limited menu choices. We both decide to order the four course meal.
Cheese fondue came with carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, stale bread, nacho chips and apples. It was okay.
Salad was probably the best part of the whole meal. Lovely raspberry vinaigrette with Gorgonzola and candied pecans.
Main course was 4 small pieces of chicken, 4 small pieces of prime rib and 4 large shrimp. You cook the main course at your table, which kinda defeats the purpose of going out if you were like us and didn’t feel like cooking. The amount of food was decent for me, but my husband was a bit disappointed.
We had the flaming turtle chocolate fondue which was served With strawberry slices, bananas, two small brownies, a few rice crispy treats, a couple of marshmallows. Again it was okay, but really nothing very exciting.
We ordered a bottle of moscato. Total for two was $150 with a tip. The service was okay and the food was boring. Left feeling as though we had eaten off a kids menu. We could have much better food at many other restaurants. We won’t be back to the Melting Pot.
Food was great, as always, but service was terrible. Took forever for waitress to return with the next course or drink refill.
It slowly got worse as night went on. Took 4 hours in total to have a big night out, 2.5 of which was time spent waiting for next course or drinks.
They did knock off $10 because of the wait.
We celebrated Valentine's Day here - Wonderful Time! I'd enjoyed fondue several times, but it was a first for my boyfriend. The food was delicious, the only complaint was the dippers were heavy on the bread but light on the veggies, and extra dippers were removed each course. We would have enjoyed them with the broth as well, vs the mushrooms and potatoes that were served. I would recommend you ask them to be left, as I'm sure they would.
Brittany was very helpful. She checked on us as much as she could. Made my first Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend great.
