Went in for the all-you-can-eat as this is the only time I think the dollar value is worth it. I love the food but just don't think you get enough at a regular sitting for the price.

Anyway this trip was great. The food, fantastic as always. Our waitress was super friendly but we had some issues and this is why I didn't give 5 star across the board.

This was the first time my husband and I have been to the Melting Pot in Bellevue. Our server was fantastic. She was attentive without being annoying and didn’t rush us at all. We really loved her sweet personality and great sense of humor. I even told my husband that she seemed like the type of person that I would want to be friends with, that’s how personable she was. The food was super fresh and presented beautifully. We usually go to the Melting Pot on Queen Anne but when I was making my reservation I noticed that they had a location in Bellevue so we decided to try that one. It was much easier for us to get to and was located right off the freeway. The only downside was parking but we will definitely be coming back to this location.

We ordered the dessert and were disappointed with the amount of food we got based on what we paid. We ordered extra plates of food to dip in and despite having 5 people, were brought 3 or 4 of each item. Were also disappointed when we received the checks (split 4 ways) and each of the “suggested tips” were based on the grand total instead of the divided amount. Seems a bit shady.

Regretfully service has worsened recently, the staff is hard to find and service is slow. Plus the increase in prices and a 3% service charge lower the value of the experience.

Great service from John! He did everything perfect from start to finish and was very attentive. Support staff as well as the manager were active on the floor and checked in on us a few times as well. Did notice the prices had increased by a few dollars since the last time we visited - but it’s a special place, so that’s okay. The new menu items were delish! We will be back for sure!

Totally not what I was expecting in terms of main courses, the whole boiled meat just didn’t taste good at all. Will only go back if and when I do for cheese and chocolate fondue. Not worth the $70 for boiling your dinner.

So over priced they should be embarrassed. The 4 course vegetarian for $59 is a joke. The food cost can't be more that $5.00. The only good thing was our grandchildren had fun fishing out the food and trying to figure who's piece of food it was.

The server didn't give us accurate directions about cooking time. I tried the chicken for 3 minutes, as suggested, and it was raw. I asked another server how long should I leave the chicken to cook and she said at least 4 -5 minutes. Then, our server forgot about us (?) we had to wait a long time to get her attention, we had a 7:00 pm reservation and took us 3 hours to finish dinner, which was a bit extreme. There were not too many customers left after 9:00 pm, that's why we couldn't understand why the server was not around ... Anyway, overall bad experience for the price, I was expecting more to be honest. Let's hope they just had a bad night, but I won't go back anytime soon.

While I would recommend to a friend, I would have to recommend during a regular week the guest list small. We had 6 for a birthday dinner that although not on valentines day, was over the valentine's day week-end. There was a "recommended" menu that was considerably more expensive than the regular menu, and the service, although friendly, was extremely slow. The food was good and a fun experience as always, but at >$650 for dinner for the six of us, not including alcohol, it was not worth it.

The restaurant was decorated festively for the occasion and looked great! Probably the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Seriously. Kudos!
The downside was the food and the cost....bruschetta served on brown lettuce. Caesar salad served with brown lettuce. Pretty sad.
And the saddest part....paying $400 for two adults and two teens (NO ALCOHOL at our table, YIKES!). Love this restaurant, love the staff, but WAAAAAAAY over priced.

The food was fine. Since you cook it yourself you control how well done it is, which takes a bit of time to get right. The four course menu is too much food, but the individual courses are really expensive for what you get. It was fun to try one, but we won't be going back.

The cheese foudae abd chocolate foudae are good but once you are out of cheese or chocolate, you need to pay for another pot. And we chose the 4-course style but the meat is not enough for one person. For some people who eat less, this place is good and worth trying. But if you expect you can have a full meal, maybe you will feel hungry after the meal.... However, ordering more is a little bit expensive for me. Good for special events.

Best experience I have had at Melting Pot. The Green Goddess sauce is not to be missed. California salad could be a dessert. Steak Lovers 4-course was wonderful. New addition of chocolate chip cookie pieces to the chocolate fondue was a pleasant surprise. Having a hard time dealing with the fact that the meal price was exactly $20 more per person than the same option at Melting Pot in Addison, TX. I know rent is high in Bellevue and the waitstaff are paid more, but yikes! That was a big bill there.

Unfortunately the food quality was not very good. The meat cuts (especially Angus beef) were quite tough and we couldn’t finish.

It’s a real shame as we were celebrating my son’s birthday and he chose to come here. It turned out to be a “polite” birthday dinner versus a dinner we are thrilled by the food as well as the company.

Overall, the dinner was great! We did the endless fondue with the mojo style cooking and I loved the broth. It was slightly sour which brought out the meat’s flavor. I loved the cheese fondue in the beginning. Overall, the food was great. I definitely liked the shrimp and mushroom pasta over the steak. The best dipping sauce was the green goddess and curry.
