   I am writing to express my deep disappointment following our visit to The Melting Pot tonight. This was our first time dining at your restaurant, and we were looking forward to a special evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of our expectations due to a series of issues that I feel need to be brought to your attention. From the moment we arrived, the service was disorganized: We were initially brought to our table, only to be told our table was actually not ready, and were made to wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby. Once seated, it took 30 minutes just to receive water, and 45 minutes before our waitress took our order. As first-time guests, we found it disappointing that our server did not take the time to explain how the dining process works. Our allergies and dietary needs were neglected: We have two nut allergies in our family, which we noted in our reservation, yet our waitress was unaware and unprepared to address them. We also do not eat pork, and had to specifically ask about the marshmallow and dessert ingredients. When the cheese fondue was brought out with pesto, we had to double-check for nuts ourselves. Only after questioning did the waitress realize it contained nuts, requiring a replacement batch. Meanwhile, my daughter’s cheese sat on the table unprepared. Order mistakes and long waits continued throughout the meal: Despite requesting no salmon, my wife’s plate included extra salmon and her correct order took additional time, while the rest of us had already begun eating. I ordered lobster, which never arrived until I flagged down our waitress. The dipping sauces were missing spoons; although the waitress promised to bring them, we never received any and simply skipped using those sauces. Service was inattentive and inconsistent: Our water glasses were left empty; we eventually had to get up and ask another waitress for a refill. Nobody from the restaurant will respond to me.

   I just can't remember having a bad experience at this Melting Pot, and we've been a handful of times over the years. In fact, if anything I'd say service and food is usually above and beyond. Lovely people, fun evening, delicious food. The whole family loves it and always wants to know when we can go back.

   Very loud and it’s lots of kids, very surprising. In Arizona the booths are more secluded not so open. Not a place for an intimate date night.

   We did the ThursDate night special for our 10 year wedding anniversary last night. It was AMAZING! The table was beautifully decorated with rose petals and candles. The 4 course meal made us both uncomfortably full (in a good way, though). We were allowed to take the dessert leftovers home to our daughter. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

   We celebrated my daughter's birthday here last night, and the customer service from start to finish, was the best I have experienced in years! We were greeted at the door by Dave, the manager, and for the rest of the evening, he went out of his way to make this a special and memorable dinner for not only my daughter, but for all of us! He was welcoming, made a special bouquet of pink flowers for us to have at our table, and gave my daughter a handwritten card, a coupon for a free chocolate fondue on a later date, and complimentary chocolate covered strawberries! She was delighted. Our server, Michael, was also fantastic. He listened to my kids with a genuine attitude, was super friendly, and very knowledgeable! The food was delicious, and my kids had so much fun being able to cook their own entrees! The manager continued to check in to make sure we were having a great time, and the kids appreciated Dave and Michael so much, that they felt compelled to make them each a personalized Thank You card, before we left. The meal was nicely paced, well worth the money for the experience alone, and truly exceptional! I am a server at a different restaurant, and I will continually strive to offer my customers, an experience as remarkable as the one we had at the Melting Pot! Thank you, Dave and Michael, for making my family and I feel like celebrities for the day! We really had the royal treatment, and we are beyond grateful!

   The food is great and the experience is wonderful but what sets this restaurant apart is the service. We have been 2 times and both times we have just been celebrated and made to feel so special. We came today for Easter Brunch and they asked if we were celebrating anything else, I said, well, we did get engaged last weekend. That was all it took for this staff to just make us feel like royalty. They brought out a fresh red rose in a vase free of charge! And we got a plate with chocolate covered strawberries. Our parents were impressed with the service and the food also! Wonderful place to come for a special event!!!!

   Our server Will? was on point, perfect! It was my kids first experience at Melting Pot and they were in love!! Through the years the meal has changed a bit, but now they allow grilling of meats!! Which I prefer since I think it’s more flavorful. We were all stuffed and even took some of the chocolate fondue dessert leftovers home - even better the next day. It’s $$$ but for a splurge and an event with the kids highly recommend it!

   We have been to several Melting pot locations This time we came to the Bellevue location to try their SRW menu. We were pleasantly surprised that they did not cut back on quality or quantity on their SRW offerings. Came home with full and happy tummy!

    Lovely, low lit, slow pace dining experience. Definitely the place to be for long conversations and delicious  dessert fondue
