Very nice place, we had two dipping sauces, cheese and chocolate, the fun part of the night was that we got to cook our own food and it only took 2 mins, we had a variety of different meats to try, and the atmosphere was romantic but also kid friendly, the desserts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a reservation for our anniversary which happens to be 2 days after valentine's day and this was our first time there. The place was SWAMPED. We waited about 10 minutes after our reservation time (which was fine with us) but you could tell other people were waiting for a while. The seating was a bit awkward in an L shaped 2 person booth. The restaurant was dimly lit which made for a romantic date. We ordered the valentine's 4-course menu. It was too much food for us and the whole experience lasted about 2 hrs. I would recommend either coming for strictly fondue or dessert. We had the white truffle cheddar fondue and the cherry chocolate for desert. The main course was "ehh" at best. I wasn't aware that we'd be cooking our main entree in the fondue pot until that course came up. Service was pretty slow and the ambiance was a bit hectic, but it's understandable given the date. The waitress was great. Aside from the 2x 4 course meals, we also ordered a flight of wine (they were pretty good) and 2 sangria cocktails (not the best). All in all, our bill came out to $170 and we left a $30 tip. The service was fine, the food was fine, but it was nothing SPECTACULAR. Does make for a good intimate date though.

Went here on a whim. Wife and I were treated to excellent service and pretty good food. We had the Steak trio with the 4 course meal. We both left very happy and will be coming back.

We’ve been here several times but not in the last few years. Our sever was great with a good sense of humor and very personable. Timing on courses was perfect and the atmosphere was good for a romantic dinner.

Expected a lot more for 190$. Service wasn’t attentive, food wasn’t that great. Really disappointed, felt like we were rushed and a burden. Didn’t give us any reason to want to go back

Did the Valentine's Day special dinner with my wife. Our waitress was wonderful she did a great job.she made sure we got our drinks and everything at a perfect timing. We got the seafood lovers it had Shrimp Tama scallops, salmon, lobster and A he tuna which I ate raw and it was delicious. It was very good all the seafood was very fresh. Had a couple beers and my wife had a couple of their Love martini which was very good. The restaurant atmosphere was quiet and romantic it was very nice. The desert like always was wonderful ,diabetic coma time . Melting pot is always a wonderful place to go for an anniversary, date or whatever. It is a little costly but it is worth every penny. Me my wife go to melting pot about 2 times a year she would eat there once a week if we could. Always remember that they take reservations cause sometimes they have a very long wait. And don't forget to tip your waitress Or weahter they do a lot of work for you to make sure your experience is a good one.. Now I'm pretty much just going to ramble on the little because I couldn't come up with the long enough review for them so one more thing I would like to add about the melting pot please shorten your written review It is a little too long to have to come up with such a long review blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah have a wonderful evening Blah blah blah blah blah blah sorry really long review they want from you blah blah blah blah blah blah I hope that you enjoyed the review that I wrote for you blah blah blah blah blah

Our kids, 7 & 9, loves this special year meal for Valentine’s Day. What we didn’t like was waiting 25 minutes after our reservation time for a table. I made our reservation early so we could get the kids home in time for bed so I didn’t appreciate having to rush a bit to make up for the extra wait time.

The main problem we had was the burner was too hot and some of our food got burned. We told our waitress about it and she turned it down twice but it was still pretty hot. She said that the burners were not working properly.

Our server was delightful and the food was delicious. The drinks took a very long time to get to the table. Since you're sharing it's a fun place for people who already know each other.

Waited 40 min for our cocktails. Had to go to bar to pickup ourselves. They were forgotten about. Waitress was not knowledgeable for what some of the cheeses tasted like.

Went for my friends 20th birthday! We did cheese and chocolate because the entrees are really expensive. Everyone there was super nice, best service ever! They brought out super cute non alcoholic drinks for us. Would 100% recommend for special occasions!

Food was good as usual but took way too long. Took a bit more than 2 hours which was way too long given the unnecessary amount of time we waited between courses. Last but not least I had notes it was a birthday but was not offered the traditional champagne toast that we’ve gotten all the other times while there celebrating.

There were 5 of us for a 4-course meal. One person was gluten free and the waitress adjusted the items he got. It was the first visit to The Melting Pot for 2 couples, and definitely an enjoyable evening.

While Melting Pot was not the most outstanding food I've ever had, considering I boiled it in a pot of broth, it was surprisingly tasty. The cheese and chocolate, however, were outstanding. The pork was my personal favorite, and my fiancee agrees. Melting Pot is certainly not cheap, not for everyday outings, but for an occasional date night, it was a whole lot of fun.

We usually love the Melting Pot so we go there for special occasions each year. However, this visit was perhaps the worst we have ever had there. Our server was HORRIBLE! He set the cooktops at too high of a temperature, smoking out the entire part of the restaurant where we were sitting. The temperature of the oil either burnt the breading of our food or left our meat undercooked. He also mischarged us, and if my husband hadn't been paying attention, would have charged us $50 too much.

I would recommend the Melting Pot; but hopefully they bring in better servers.

Great experience for the whole family. The cooking experience at the table by the waitress allows more communication time with the family. Less cell phones more interaction. It was fun.

We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation at a table w/ one burner when we asked for two. We brought this to their attention and he said it would be another "small" wait which we decline. The waitress apologized multiple time which we were fine with but it wasn't her fault the hostess overbooked. You could tell our waitress was a bit rushed during the night which made of feel like a burden. The manager did come over and apologize comping $10 worth of drinks which was nice but the meal was still over $90 for salad, cheese and chocalate. We usually love the melting pot but that was definitely our last time. It was horridious.

Thanks to open table I was able to reserve online day of at 7. My fiance and I walked in at 6:55 and were seated by 7. We both got The Austin's big night out, which is a four course meal for 2 for about $100. The experience is amazing, over the course of 2 hours we drank a bottle of wine and had just a really great experience. The waitress was perfect at explaining and then leaving us alone to experiment with the food and taking and goofing off.

The food was fantastic, the service was amazing, and overall the experience was great. I went for my anniversary during brunch so it would be more intimate and enjoyed the experience of cooking my own food. What I didn't enjoy was the large table next to us where the individuals were loud, listening to music on their phone and singing loudly to explicit lyrics, and were cursing and saying inappropriate things. All of this on top of the fact that there was already music playing and others talking made the first half of the 3 hour experience miserable. I feel they only got away with this because they knew several staff members. I asked the staff once to have them turn there music off and again to stop saying innapropriate things in a restaurant where children were also present. After they left the experience was enjoyable but it was a rough start and almost had me leave.

There was only one bartender working. We were seated at 7:00 and my glass of wine did not arrive until 8:00. They need an updated dining room. Our booth had cracks in the vinyl upholstery. The table seemed too crowded for all the supplies needed to cook our food. For the price paid for all the food and drinks with sub par service, I doubt we ever go back.

Good food, good service.

Had a 6:15pm reservation for 2... arrived 5mins early, seated at 6:25pm (15m wait). Was not busy at all... probably only 30-40% of seating filled. So not sure why such a long wait, but all was good after we were seated.

My family and have been going here for special occasions for years. My now 11 and 16 year old love the fondue concept, and dinner takes about 2 to 2-1/2 hours, so the conversation is always good and we always have a fun time! It is expensive, but not when you take into consideration the quality time you spend with your family!
