A little pricey for the amount of food but overall a very nice evening.
Ryan was awesome. Dessert was awesome. Great place.
Our dinner at the Midtown Melting Pot was amazing as well as our waiter. We loved our meal. Thanks for a wonderful time, we'll definitely be back.
It was a different experience, but it was great overall. I would most definitely recommend to a friend as well.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Melting Pot and the atmosphere was amazing. They set the table with rose petals and a single rose with a card that said "Happy Anniversary". Our waiter was very informative and insightful. The food was very delicious and filling. Overall an amazing experience!
Grace was amazing, but felt like the layout of the facility could be a little more intimate, perhaps U shaped tables?
The Melting Pot is a fun place to go for an experience and a meal. You are fully involved in the selecting and cooking of each bite. And the food is great! That said, it is a bit expensive for a place where you have to do your own cooking.
Perfect everything! Our waiter was great and the secluded seating was everything!
The melting pot was an amazing dining experience with awesome customer service & good food
Very intimate place to take a date. The food was good and the service was excellent!
You must ask for Jacqueline!!! She is very efficient,
Knowledgeable of the menu, and knows about customer service. She is wonderful!!!!
Absolutely amazing! For only 5$ they will park your car and bring it to you. Which in downtown Atlanta is amazing. The staff is great! Food and drinks are all fantastic. Super romantic. Could honestly get away is nice casual or super dressy.
We had a great Early Valentine's/ Early Birthday meal! Our waitress was awesome and the food was great!
Chris was amazing!! Very informative and funny!! Made my Frits time Experience amazing..
I didn't know about the 4-6pm early special. However, I have been a fan for over 15 years or more.
Livelyvfor many occasions!
We always love the Melting Pot and usually go once or twice a year for special occasions. The food is always good. The bacon and jalapeño cheese was great and the cookies and creme chocolate was delicious. Our server was nice as well. The only down side is the price. It is not inexpensive
We were greeted with a Happy Birthday as soon as we entered. We were seated in a back corner, nice and cozy. Our server was absolutely phenomenal. He made great recommendations and made us feel like we were really the best part of his night!
Wonderful anniversary celebration! The Melting Pot even surprised us with a rose on the table! We will definitely continue to enjoy The Melting Pot
We wanted a nice quiet romantic birthday dinner. Extra noisy this evening. Unusual, especially for a Monday night. The staff and management are wonderful and the food is great!
Great food! I recommend the 4 course land and sea experience with the spinach and artichoke cheese fondue, California salad, land and sea entree selection and cookies-n-creme chocolate fondue. Cocktails were outstanding as well! This is my 4th time going to this location and they never disappoint.
Kinda fun. All the food tastes like the liquid it's cooked in so choose carefully. A bit too much work when at a restaurant for me but I can see the appeal. Dessert was the best part!
Great service and great food. One of my favorite restaurants for the variety and quality.
We were charged for dessert even though we didn’t get any AND our server was slow. We have been to melting pot many times and usually have a good experience, but this was not good.
We had a fun Due it after dark date!!!!
So satisfied and fun for a quick desert date.
Love it! Josh our server was outstanding 👍🏻
We have been to the Melting Pot SEVERAL times over the years. This Sunday we had the worst service ever. The restaurant was not busy - as the Lion King was playing at the Fox and most patrons had left when we arrived to make the show. We had to ask for skewers for our fondue, even though we had told our server we did not have any as he was preparing it. We sat for a significant amount of time between cheese and main entree course. Cheese residue was dried/burned on pot as we just sat there watching our server serve other tables. Drinks were not refilled - reorder for sauces took a long time. Again, long wait between main entree and dessert. Had to request dinnerware, AGAIN, for the dessert course. Sat and waited for a long time for our check and then for our check to be processed. VERY disappointed - this was a birthday celebration for an international student and his first visit to the Melting Pot. Was very embarrassed at the experience after we had hyped up what an amazing restaurant and experience this would be.
Brandon was our waiter and was the star of the evening. We were pre-dining before Lion King and simply could not be late. We requested all the courses at the same time (cheese, meats, fruit, chocolate dessert) and got them in minutes. It was FUN to switch from cheese, to steak, to an apple, to a chocolate dipped banana and back and forth. In spite of the lavish ordering we did, the bill was extremely reasonable.
Brandon was funny, knowledgeable, fast, and attentive even in small details like giving our two girls an extra marshmellow....little things like that make a restaurant successful.
Our server was actually amazing. Food and drinks were as to be expected. My only complaint was the extremely rude hostess who was eating at the hostess stand when we entered. Upon finally greeting us she asked if we had a reservation to which I responded yes and gave her my last name. She then informed me that I was a no show and should have called to which I responded by attempting to show her the reservation on my phone for 10pm...it was currently only 9:45. She rolled her eyes and finally after several minutes decided to seat us. The restaurant was at less that 20% capacity at this time.
Great Melting Pot experience. The end of the meal felt a bit rushed, but other than that we had a great time!
I had a very nice dinner with my wife. She loves the cheese! :)
