Excellent foundue and variety
Our waiter was wonderful. Cheddar fondue was amazing.
Food was delicious and we had a great time! Aleah was great and really looked after us!
Great service and personable hostesses.
We made a reservation that we were on time for and we still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. My service was not good. we had to wait long periods of time for our waitress to come back to us so we can ask her for another drink or different things that we need at the table, which she forgot to bring. I brought my boyfriend here for a birthday dinner and while he enjoyed experiencing fondue he said that he will never come back here.
We made a reservation for 5:15pm but we finished our tours early and went ahead at 4pm. They allowed us to go ahead and dine. The staff there is wonderful. They constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food was delicious! This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first time. Thanks again!
Portions of meats was small for price .
Our server had a stale personality and slow between courses but all other servers and other staff was amazing and our experience was good we went to celebrate a birthday
The experience of the entire Melting Pot was only accentuated by the most delicious food your palate could handle! My highest recommendation! Impeccable service!
A few of my friends and I were going to see CATS at the Fox theatre. We decided to go to the Melting Pot because we had not been here in a long time. It was also within walking distance to the Fox.
The Melting Pot in Midtown is just a short walk from the Fox. Great for dinner before a show.
The server made the worst alpine Swiss cheese we have ever had and did not flsmbe’ our dessert chocolate we chose. She was rude and the worst Melting Pot experience we have had.
Dominic was our server and we were impressed with the level of professionalism he presented! Very friendly and personable.
Although we had a good time, the food and dessert portions were insufficient for the number of people we had at our table (6). Was very disappointed in the portions we received. The waitress did bring out some additional fruit for chocolate fondue but even that wasn't really enough.
Wait staff inexperienced. We got our own water refills, never offered something else to drink, had to ask for everything we needed twice. The waitress wasn’t very careful about starting the flame for our flaming turtle chocolate dessert. I would have expected them to ensure all guests were not near the bowl.
had a great time and a great server, Haley I believe
Our server was great and the food was great as always! We love going here for a nice date.
First time at The Melting Pot ever and so happy that we chose this location for our special birthday celebration!
The food was excellent. We loved the new choices in seafood and desserts. We hadn't been to this location and enjoyed visiting while we were in town.
Always our place to go for special occasions! The food was wonderful and we had a fantastic time.
It’s not a lot of food when you think of it for the money. But the experience is what you’re paying for. Our waiter was training someone and we asked the guy he was training for some more strawberries and rice Krispy treats. That’s one thing that every time we come we have to do. They never give you enough. We waited 20 mins to get that. That was ridiculous. We won’t be back for many years. Wasn’t worth $150.
Awesome! My wife and I spent our Anniversary here. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and challenge of cooking our food. Great experience, will definitely be back.
I think I lucked out with a bad server. Honestly, I loved the food. However, our server never came to check on us after setting up each course of the meal. I asked for scallions and Tabasco for the cheese, and he didn't return with it until after we had finished eating our cheese. This was the same for the salad when I asked for the garlic and wine seasoning. When it was time for the meat and veggies, someone else set up our pot and the server returned with just our meat. He realized he forgot the veggies, and took a while to bring those back as well. He also forgot the search and rescue spoon twice. We had to remind him. He also did not return to take our pot. Lastly, for dessert he told us they were out of the stuff to set our bananas fosters chocolate aflame, and I challenged him saying that I had just seen someone with their chocolate aflame. He left for a while and came back to do it. I do not think my experience is the usual one, but I am extremely disappointed.
We dined here on July 13, 2019. Our server was not that great. She seemed very distracted and did not engage with us except to ask what we wanted. The couple next to us had a fantastic server - ours was a body to take care of a table, that's all.
The food was good except the charcuterie board - complete waste of money. If our server would've explained what it was, we would not have wasted $13 on it. We had ordered Watermelon Coolers to drink but were told the restaurant didnt have the ingredients to make them. We settled for sweet teas instead.
We went to the Melting Pot to celebrate y birthday, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
Overall it was a great experience, no complaints. I would like to go again.
Macaulay was absolutely amazing and perfect - as was the manager. This was my sons first time at the Melting Pot, and he is excited to come back - as am I!
Amazing service and food!
The waitress we had came back to the table demanding a tip and a larger tip amount than she already had . The manager stated this doesn’t happen as often meaning it has before he apologized nothing else too place to make us feel more comfortable with it being my first time there .
The night started off with us not having a server but the manager made everything turn out perfectly as soon as he was aware. I would and will certainly go back in the near future. And it was my daughter's 14th birthday and they made it special for her.
We had a very weird experience. We were there for our anniversary. Got a nice table. Waitress came and took our order. 10-15 minutes goes by and another waiter came and said that she had a melt down and was asked to leave. Not something we should have been told. Could have been handled better. We had to resubmit our order and the rest of the evening was just uncomfortable. Food was good. Just a weird experience.
Outstanding service!! The portions, especially for the cheese and dessert appear smaller than they used to but are still tasty. Atmosphere is excellent as it is quiet and comfortable.
Great place for a change of pace. Food was quite good, it does not look like there is much there on the plate but it's very filling. Not a place to go if you are in a hurry, allow at least 2 1/2 hours to dine.
Excellent service and good. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.
We had an afternoon date here and as always it was very nice. I have never been disappointed.
Special shout out to the manager Tyler. He is very nice and helpful
Najwa was the best!!! Definitely ask to be seated in her section!
The Melting Pot is my favorite restaurant. However, when my best friend and I went to the Buckhead location on Tuesday, June 25th, we had the worst service we have ever had in our 20 years of enjoying TMP. The food was delicious as always, but the waitress was horrible. She was would disappear for half an hour sometimes. She never asked if we wanted refills. We had received the cheese course and salad and then didn’t receive our entree until we had been there for literally 2 hours. We were there for over 3 hours. Just horrendous. When we spoke with the manager afterwards, he just said it was probably his fault for her being new and not overseeing her enough. Just go to a different location like we normally do. Roswell and Duluth are our favorite locations by far!
We made reservations and showed up on time. We still had to wait 10 minutes to get a table. Once we were seated we were promised over and over that the server/hostess/food runner would be out in a minute. 10 minutes in we get water. 20 minutes we get another promise that someone will be there shortly. 15 more minutes later after not ordering food or drink, we leave so we will have time to wait in the security line at the Fox.
I will not be eating at the Melting Pot again. We went for a pre-Fox show dinner. Essentially the restaurant was chronically understaffed. We waited to be sat despite reservation. We waited to see the server (over 10 minutes with no one even glancing in our direction). We waited another 20 minutes for one mixed drink. I finally tracked down the Manager. Everyone was very good about explaining why their service was awful and the Manager took care of our fondue (we only ordered appetizers because we were afraid to miss our show), but truthfully what should have been an enjoyable meal before a show turned into a stressor and that is not a good dining experience.
The service was beyond awful. We will not be going back
