We had a family dinner at the bar, James was an excellent bartender and server. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in town.
It’s was great. Service was fast and the food was great. It was the Mother’s Day I could have asked for
Awesome!! Wife really enjoyed herself.. Waiter did an OUTSTANDING job!! Great job folks...
Experience was good except being seated in the child section near the restrooms. Too much traffic and noise.
First time visiting the Melton Pot, experience was awesome, food was amazing and we had a great time
We came in for a birthday and our server was Nathan. He was amazing, his service was outstanding and though the food was terrific and delicious our experience truly would not have been as wonderful without the suggestions, knowledge and great personality Nathan had. He made our experience fun and one to remember.
Overall we had a romantic, one of a kind night and will definitely be back!
The food be as awesome as usual! Our waiter was absolutely awesome!
Although we arrived on time and had a reservation, we waited a bit -while the hostess took a phone call- to be seated. The restaurant was not crowded. Our waitress was excellent! - knowledgeable and personable. The food was not outstanding. Loved the cheese fondue, but veggies and meat boiled in broth, even with the dipping sauces, was not delicious. The chocolate fondue WAS delicious. Overpriced! but a good option for special occasion or date night.
Food was Fantastic and the server was very personable and taught us a lot about the wonderful ingredients.
Took my wife for her 295th birthday. She loved it! Traffic was horrible and got there a bit late but still was seated and had a wonderful experience. The waiter was helpful and the portion sizes were good. Could have shared an entree but was able to take it home. We had the classic 4 course experience and and the white choc creme brulee . (bomb)! Would highly recommend!
We went here for my daughter's 17th birthday and we had a great experience. We had never been to a fondue restaurant before but now we will definitely be returning. The staff was very helpful and answered questions.
Very nice and romantic. A tad bit overpriced but it was very quiet and very romantic.
Our waiter (Jordan) was awesome! We couldn’t believe he was so young. He was super outgoing and extremely friendly!! I would ask for him the next time I go!
The restaurant desperately needs a refresh. Even though the service was excellent the restaurant Looks so "Tired" . The electric burners that heat the oil/cheese/chocolate are old and not performing, the booths are worn, there were cleaning supplies (spray bottles, rags,) on the window sills. The food was so much better a year ago when we had dinner there last time.
Our server was fantastic, and the food was terrific!! The cost could be a lot less...
I enjoy eating at MP. This night wasn’t the greatest. Me and my BFF we’re celebrating her birthday.
Had a great time. Haven't been to a Melting Pot before. The food was tasty and fun to do. Service was great. Brandon was our server (great!). We had a 5:00 reservation that was very ideal for low crowd.
This restaurant needs better ambiance. At a minimum more decor on the walls such as art/paintings. Take a page out of Dante's... for ideas.
Our server, Grace was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
This is me and my kids favorite restaurant, we go here all the time
We were headed to an event at the Fox and our server, Ryan, was outstanding. The meal was very good. The Alpine seemed a little off for some reason.
Came for unlimited cheese and chocolate and to taste new “championship cheese”. All was terrific, but we all fell in love with the new “Cherry Crumble Fondue”. My daughter went so far as to proclaim it “Life Changing”. As far as we are concerned, this should become a permanent offering, vice a seasonal special. Bottom line, you need to go and try this one! Great food, great night, and waitress Julia made it all the more enjoyable. We do fondue!!
The food was amazing our server was completely wonderful the manager came to check on us which I really liked our booth was dirty and the floor and they had just opened and we sat by the windows so we can really see the dirt everywhere so that was not great but over all it was a wonderful experience.
Great place for dinner or special occasion, friends and family gathering. The ambience is very clean but did not enjoy the good. It was my first time I didn’t expect to cook my own food.
Excellent service, great meal, highly recommended. Fun addition to our trip to atlanta.
Nice intimate setting and a wonderful experience
Everything was fabulous
We had a reservation so there was no wait. The service was excellent, the food was very good. There were quite a few obnoxiously loud women at the booth beside us, but that is not something that can be controlled by the restaurant. Overall it was a very good experience & we will definitely eat there again.
We made a reservation for my daughter's 18th birthday. It said it was valet only. After searching for this valet, my husband parked at a non functioning meter and came in. They told us their valet had already left (8:30 on a Friday). They gave him a valet okay pass to put on the vehicle, so he jogged down and did. The next morning I notice a citation for parking on my car! Our waitress was good. The food was okay, not good enough to be worth it though. A table behind us was extremely loud, vulgar, and disrespectful. All this, and I had requested a private area...so unless you want to be lied to, insulted, overcharged for bland food, or a $39 parking ticket I would not recommend. The only thing that was good about it was our waitress. She was professional and attentive. Wish I had better to say. 18th birthdays only come once. Severely disappointed.
Went there for my wife's birthday last night (3/21/2018). It is not a cheap restaurant, but totally worth the experience. The attention the servers have towards explaining the process and the ingredients.
Our family has dined at the Melting Pot a number of times, but it had been a while. This occasion was a request by one of my adult daughters for dinner out with Dad to celebrate her birthday. As expected, the food was wonderful, the experience great and the service was very attentive. A special note about the ambiance at the midtown location. It is so cozy and romantic. If I were married or dating I would be a more frequent diner. So if you are looking for a romantic experience with that special someone, you can't go wrong with The Melting Pot Midtown.
Fox theater & Birthday
This was a great experience! We went for my husbands birthday and he loved it... the food was delicious and the chocolate fondue to die for. Our waitress grace was awesome and really helped us through the menu... definitely will go back soon!
Good experience worth sharing with friends/family etc Noteworthy is that with groups when you order the 4 course meal you have to come to a consensus on the cheese fondu and u will get 2 chocolate fondue pots. Fortunately we were 4 and could agree on the cheese. The chocolate a bit more difficult. This isn’t an expectation when paying for what one wants to done on and needs to be clear in the menu offerings.
Chris was our server and was friendly, but the service was beyond slow. We were there for almost 2 1/2 hours. We were without our drinks for far too long.
This was an excellent experience for our entire group!
My husband and I ate at the Melting Pot in Midtown before an event at the Fox. We had a wonderful time. We chose the 4-course meal so it took a little time but it was nice to relax and enjoy conversation. Our server was fantastic!!! Can't say enough about her. She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Lots of choices regarding the meal, we were very pleased.
Very good and entertaining Brandon was a great waiter for our first time visiting The Melting Pot. The menu was a little confusing for first timers.
